The destination image branding is the domain of tourism industry where the facts and information is collected and evaluated for finding the credibility of a target tourist destination. Manual collection and processing of collected information accurately is a complicated and time consuming task therefore a data mining model is suggested ,in this presented work that collect and evaluate the destination image accurately and based on evaluation can make the recommendations about visits of tourist. In order to perform this task data mining techniques are applied on text data source. In first the data is extracted from the Google search engine and it is preprocessed for make it impure. In further the data is labeled based on the positive and negative words available in the collected facts. Finally the clustering and classification of text is performed. For clustering of data FCM (fuzzy c means) clustering algorithm and for classification the Bayesian classifier is used. Based on final classification of text data the decision is made for the destination visits.

The theoretical relationships among tourists’ perceived destination image, satisfaction, and future behavioral intentions are very important for the tourism industry and have been studied by many scholars. This paper examines how these relationships differ for tourists with different travel experiences by studying 514 Mainland Chinese outbound travelers to Macau. The conceptual model incorporates the exogenous formative concept of perceived image and the endogenous reflective concept of visitor satisfaction as well as the visitors’ behavioral intentions. This study not only verifies the conceptual schema in three assumed relationships but also confirms that the importance of perceived image for satisfaction is higher for first-time visitors than it is for returning visitors. The confirmative measure model reveals that the dimension of ‘leisure activities’ contributes the most to the overall destination image. Finally, suggestions for tourism development organizations are provided based on the findings of this study.

The hotel industry is one of the integral constituents in the flourishing tourism industry and is extremely competitive. In this competitive arena, service quality has become a crucial success factor in maintaining hotel standards. A strong, sustainable, outstanding service industry requires good service quality standards.  However, due to the intangible nature of service products, measuring service quality is substantially challengeable than measuring the quality of physical products. Hence, this study attempts to investigate the impact of food and beverage service quality on customer satisfaction in the star graded hotels. Dambulla is one of the major tourist destinations in Sri Lanka, has been identified as the study area. A total of 150 foreign departure tourists who have visited three and above star graded hotels in the respective area were selected through a convenient sampling technique. A widely accepted SERVQUAL model was utilized to ascertain the findings. Primary data were collected through a self-administered structured questionnaire. Descriptive, frequency, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to analyze data using SPSS. The results reveal that there is a positive significant impact of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance of food and beverage service quality on customer satisfaction in the star graded hotels in Dambulla area. On the contrary, empathy shows that there is no impact on customer satisfaction. Moreover, tangibility is the most influential service quality attribute that affects customer satisfaction. Thus, the authorities must pay their attention towards improving the tangible evidence such as staff attires and appearance, aesthetic upkeep of interior and exterior, and provide reliable service for their guests with greater customer care.

The amusement park industry embodies one of the indispensable parts of the hospitality and tourism industry progressing in accordance with the shifting preferences and trends in travel and tourism demand. The main purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between destination image and tourists’ loyalty towards the amusement parks of Bangladesh. This is a descriptive study in which the author used judgmental sampling technique to gather quantitative data from 300 visitors of four amusement parks in Bangladesh namely Fanstasy Kingdom, Nandan Park, Vinnya Jagat, and Dreamland amusement park. The researcher used structural equation modeling to analyze the data. The findings suggest that destination image positively and significantly influences tourists’ satisfaction. Furthermore, tourists’ satisfaction, subsequently, results in visitors’ loyalty towards amusement parks. However, the relationship between amusement park image and tourists’ loyalty is mediated by tourists’ satisfaction. Furthermore, it was found that past visit experience at the amusement parks does not moderate the relationship between destination image and tourists’ satisfaction. The researcher believes that the findings and recommendations presented in this study will significantly encourage the amusement park marketers of Bangladesh to enhance their destination image to improve the satisfaction and loyalty levels of the visitors.
