By measuring the electrical conductivity of different meridians of the human body data can be obtained to demonstrate the meridian energies. Such non-invasive methods are used to stimulate acupuncture points on the meridians. There is a need to confirm the effectiveness of mechanisms of acupuncture for the human body using scientific methods. Measuring the electrical conductivity of different meridians provides indicators for interpretation. The aim of our study is to establish the possibility of using the method of studying the effect of exercise on the body by means of acupuncture diagnostics according to J.Nakatani’s method on the example of static exercise, which is performed similarly to Dhanurasana (outside the bow in Hatha Yoga). Ten female students were examined. Measurements were taken before the exercise, during and after the exercise after 6 minutes. The results of the research showed significant changes in the indicators of electrical activity in the representative points of the meridians of the body. An increase in electrical activity in the meridians of the human body, which are responsible for the functions of the respiratory, cardiovascular systems, kidneys and adrenal glands, gallbladder, small and large intestines, spleen, pancreas, liver and bladder, and its decrease in the meridian of the stomach. The method of acupuncture diagnostics chosen allows determining the electrical activity of the meridians of the human body during static exercise. It is possible to offer use of this technique of research of influence of physical exercises on a human body along with other generally accepted scientific methods.

<p><strong>The aim</strong> of the work was to determine the electrical activity of the skin when performing a static exercise "Prone press ups, static top position (Cobra) ".</p><p><strong>Material and methods</strong>. Investigation of the effect of the selected static exercise was performed using the method of determining the electrical conductivity of representative points of the human body. Ten female students of 18-20 years who perfectly mastered the technique of performing the exercise were surveyed. The measurements were performed during, after and after 6 minutes.</p><p><strong>Results.</strong> Significant changes in indicators of electrical activity in representative points of the human body were revealed. Selected static exercise has a significant impact on the functional state of the person: according to Chinese folk medicine, stimulates the body points corresponding to the acupuncture meridians according to the classification of Chinese medicine cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune systems, colon and submucosa, mucosa spleen, small intestine.</p><p><strong>Conclusions</strong>. During the study of the effect of static exercise, it was found that the increase of electrical activity of the human body points, which, according to the literature, are responsible for the functions of the respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune systems, the large intestine. This exercise also causes a decrease in electrical activity at representative points of the liver, stomach, and inhibits the activity of the small intestine, spleen, and pancreas. It is possible to propose the use of methods for determining the activity of human body points for the study of the influence of static exercises on the human body, along with other generally accepted scientific methods.</p>

<p>The purpose of the work was to determine the means of acupuncture diagnosis according to the method of J. Nakatani, the effect of performing physical exercises on the body on an example of a static exercise, which is performed similarly to the Padmasana (outside the Lotus of Hatha Yoga). Material and methods. Ten students of DDPU named after them were examined. Ivan Franko 18-20 years old, who possessed the perfect technique of performing the chosen static exercise. To determine the activity of the body's meridians, Ryodoraku's technique for V. Nakatani was used. The electric current was measured in representative biological active points of the twelve main meridians: lung (P), pericardial (MS), heart (C), lymphatic and immune systems (TR), thin (IG) and thick (GI) intestines, spleen and pancreas (R), liver (F), kidney (R), urinary (V) and biliary (VB) bladder and stomach (E) in order to determine the possibility of studying the effects of physical exercises on the body by acupuncture diagnostic methods. Measurement was used to perform the exercise, during and after the exercise in 6 minutes. Results Relevant changes in the electrical activity indices at representative points of the body's meridians during a selected static exercise were revealed. The increase in electrical activity in the body's meridians, which according to the literature, is responsible for the functions of the small and large intestines, the pancreas, the spleen, the liver, the gall bladder, the gonads, the kidneys, the adrenal glands. Also, this exercise causes a decrease in electrical activity at representative points of the respiratory system, the cardiovascular system, the urinary and gall bladder, and the stomach. Conclusion. It is shown that the use of technique method Ryodoraku for B. Nakatani measurement of meridians during static exercise is similar to posture "Padmasana" in the system Hatha_Yoga allows you to observe activation of body meridians, which, according to literature, are responsible for functions of the small and large intestines, pancreas, spleen, liver, gall bladder, gonads, kidneys, adrenal glands. It is possible to propose the use of a method for diagnosing the activity of the meridians to determine the effect of static exercises on the human body, along with other generally accepted scientific methods.</p>

Among the very important investigative actions is the autopsy. It is conducted by forensic doctors that work-competent. The autopsy realized with a court order and performed the function of whitening/lightening of the investigation, given that the main purpose is to conduct the autopsy the cause of death. The assignment of cause of death, carried out with scientific methods by doctors who are open corpse are able to describe all wounds and other injuries caused by any means or substance that is used in connection with the case which has caused death person. Such a finding is of particular importance, because it orients the court and the prosecution in the right direction and also helps in determining the overall investigation. The autopsy realized that almost all cases of suspected violent death of any nature whatsoever. Also it developed to see the inside of the human body, through which remain wound caused by guns or by other means, as well as those who have followed the path during the passage through the human body. During the autopsy done and external examination of the corpse underskirt any stage or time that the body was found. Even if the corpse found after a certain time is still required an examination of detail of that corpse, to examine and ascertain the condition in which it found it first and wounds that had and description of all positions these wounds. We can say that a criminal investigation is halved in terms of its validity, if in this case the information is not developed autopsy. Professional court would not accept any test given on the case, if the same does not report detailed the autopsy.

The article aims to study the information context of the body signs and the perception of this information by Inner Asian nomads in terms of man and nature interaction. Methods. The research is based on general scientific methods and particular methods of historical science, such as the historical-comparative research method and the method of cultural-historical reconstruction. Materials. In terms of studies of humans as social and biological beings, it is relevant to examine the human body in the system of traditional somatic representations of the Turkic-Mongolian peoples of Inner Asia. In their worldview, the human body represents a specialized “map” of messages of a physiological nature, where organs and body parts were seen as symmetrical and their messages were perceived as negative or positive, depending on location on the left or on the right. Of relevance was also whether the sign came from the upper or lower part of a particular organ. Special attention was paid to the “movements” of the liver and the heart. Conclusions. The study shows that the world that surrounds a person appeared as a complex multidimensional information space, with sensory information playing an important part in its perception. This information was not limited to images created by the senses. In fact, the entire body, including internal organs, was perceived as such a conductor, with various manifestations of a physiological nature, such as trembling, noises, itching, and pains serving as “messages”. Individuals that had special body sensitivity were described as those of “open flesh” or of “light bones”; these were usually the only child in the family or one of the twins.

INTRODUCTION: - BOST or Bone One Session Treatment, is a new treatment in tackling the problems of severe gingival disease. The treatment was pioneered by Dr. William Hoisington in the year 2005 for the non-invasive treatment of periodontal disease. METHODOLOGY: - BOST is a one session treatment that treats periodontitis at the source of the infection - Periodontium. After any injury, the human body has the capacity of healing and repair. The treatment takes around four to five hours and requires no invasive surgery. It is fast, comfortable and almost certain to be successful. The technique used in BOST is called the ‘stretch flap’ method. CONCLUSION:- BOST is a novel technique that creates the right circumstances to allow the body to heal and regenerate itself. Pharmacoscintigraphy is a non-invasive technique for determining the fate of drugs after administration into humans. Collecting valuable information through the pharmacoscintigraphy about absorption and release mechanisms of drugs from formulations, and thus proving to be an invaluable tool in developing newer and more effective formulations. Such studies can be used to determine the behavior of drugs, formulation as well as diagnostic agents that are administered. In this technique, radiolabelled formulations are administered to patients by their intended route of administration. Their transit through the body is monitored using sophisticated imaging cameras. Since the amount of radiotracer that is used is very low, this is a safe, efficient, and accurate method for studying the behavior of drugs in the human body. Preclinical studies of newer drugs have successfully been carried out using the pharmacoscintigraphic technique.

The objectives of this research are, first, to establish if the extraordinary acupuncture meridian known as Chōng $$ Penetrating Vessel or Sea of Blood, is in essence a description of certain macroscopic parts of the underlying vascular system and, second, by extension, to show that it is likely that cadaveric dissection would have been used as a tool to arrive at this understanding. Generally accepted scholarly opinion holds that the ancient Chinese rarely used dissection in order to explore the anatomy of the human body, and that the meridians are therefore invisible metaphysical structures corresponding to lines drawn on the body. However, the seminal text, ‘The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine’, describes using palpation to examine the living and dissection to examine the dead. This implies that the original authors of these texts were observing physical structures visible to the naked eye. Dissection has therefore been used to compare the descriptions of the Chōng meridian in ‘The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine’ with the vascular anatomy of the human body. Fifteen acupuncture points located on various different ordinary meridians but bearing the same name, Chōng $$ were also examined to see if they bore any relationship to the vascular system. The dissections clearly show that the Chōng meridian correlates to certain main blood vessels in the body, in particular the vena cava. Similarly, most Chōng acupuncture points have a strong correspondence with blood vessels, marking terminal arteries on the hands, feet and forehead and anastomoses on the face, body and feet. These findings strongly suggest that the ancient Chinese texts relating to this meridian are likely to have been a ‘description’ of the vascular system. Furthermore, the ancient Chinese apparently had a high degree of anatomical skill in the practice of dissection and acute powers of observation.

Abstract Medical imaging shows the internal structures hidden in the skin and bone to diagnose the disease. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder that causes high blood sugar levels due to the inadequate secretion of insulin or the body does not respond properly to the secreted insulin. This paper proposes a non-invasive method to detect DM at an early stage based on the physiognomy extracted from tongue images. The tongue extends to identify the disease of a human body. However, unpredictable response of the human body parts such as the stomach, pancreas, liver and intestines revert in the tongue. The changes in the tongue ensure the dereliction of the internal organs of the human being. The changes are difference in the color and surface of the tongue. Processing of tongue image is done by fractional order Darwinian particle swarm optimization (FODPSO) algorithm. The system framework involves obtaining the image, alluring of the image, identifying the texture and color feature and finally classified as normal or diabetic. In this paper, the authors propose to diagnose DM at an early stage from tongue digital image. The tongue image is acquired and processed with FODPSO to extract edge and texture features. Tongue reflects and diagnoses diabetes in a person.
