It is proved in the article that at the current stage of development of artistic and pedagogical education its traditional principles of development that are oriented at acquiring of knowledge, formation of experiences and skills, range of competences are established. It is defined that the new requirements are imposed on a teacher in the context of innovational approaches as follows: the modern society needs professionals who can perform professional functions and will be ready from the beginning of professional activity to manifest professionalism, competences in formation of the generation with a high level of aesthetic culture, values and ethical orientations. Methodological aspects of formation of scenically-shaped culture of future teachers of the musical art are highlighted. The concepts of methodological approaches in the context of problem formation of scenically-shaped culture of future teachers of the musical art are disclosed. It is defined that among the leading methodological approaches that determine the essence of scenically-shaped culture of a teacher of the musical art are cultural, axiological, competence-based and hermeneutic ones that enables definition of the corresponding professionally- meaningful quality, professional competence that allow a specialist to master the content of a musical composition as a particular cultural phenomenon, to consider it as synthesis of spiritual, emotional and aesthetic experience of humankind on the basis of interpretation of its artistic and sense dimension to build its scenic image and to relay it to the pedagogical, performing and vocal activities. This quality manifests itself in orientation on artistic image interpretation through a scenic image on the basis of universal and national culture experience, personal life and professional experience, value orientation in command of interpretative skills, vocal and acting techniques, pedagogical talent in decoding of shaped system of a musical composition through the mediation of a stage image, manifold quality, structural components of which are motivational and empathetic, cognitive and educational together with creative and active. This article is devoted to the formation of professional competence in future teachers-psychologists. The problem of training a competent specialist teacher-psychologist is relevant in modern society. The success of the work of the teacher-psychologist depends, first of all, on the high level of development of his personality, his ability to empathize with others, through the ability to productive behavior in difficult situations. The article also provides the opinion of the scientist V.I.Dolgova, which considers emotional stability as a key competence of a teacher-psychologist, since this competence manifests itself in all areas of professional activity of a future teacher-psychologist and is an important component in the development of their professional competence. It is also said that the profession of a teacher-psychologist is accompanied by constant psycho-emotional overload, emotional tension, emotional burnout. This requires the regulation by the teacher-psychologist of his emotional state, the presence of motivation and interest in the professional activities of the psychological and pedagogical direction.

It has been determined that in the context of innovative approaches, new requirements are set for a teacher: modern society needs specialists who are capable of solving professional functions, endowed with readiness from the beginning of professional activity, to identify professionalism, competence in forming a generation with a high degree of aesthetic culture, value orientations, ethical settings.The methodological aspects of formation of the scenic-image culture of future music teachers are highlighted. The article discusses the position of methodological approaches in the context of the problem of formation of the scenic-image culture of future music teachers. It has been determined that the leading methodological approaches that determine the essence of the scenic-image culture of a music teacher are cultural, axiological, competence, hermeneutic; it allows determining the corresponding professional-significant qualities, professional competences, which allow a specialist to master the content of a musical work as a special phenomenon of culture, consider it as a synthesis of spiritual, emotional, aesthetic experience of a person, on the basis of interpretation of his artistic and semantic measure to build a scenic image and retransmit it in pedagogical, performing, vocal activities. This quality is manifested in the focus on the interpretation of artistic images through a scenic image based on the experience of universal and national culture, their own life and professional experience, value orientations, possession of interpretive skills, vocal and acting skills, pedagogical talent in decoding the figurative system of musical work through the mediation of scenic image, a multifaceted quality; structural components are motivational-empathic, cognitive, creative and actional.

In the article on the basis of analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical theory and practice, the means of formation the professional competence of future teachers of fine arts are determined. The main basis component of the formation of the art culture of future teachers of fine arts is decorative- usage arts, folk art crafts are noted in it. An important condition for the professional activity of future teachers of fine arts is the formation of art culture, which includes the ability to emotionally perceive of the environment, creatively transform it, culture of work, knowledge of culture people and nations in different periods of development of society, possession of universal values, in particular, the values of creative, which provide of personality of self-realization and self-development in decorative- usage arts and fine arts. The main basis component of the formation of the art culture of future teachers of fine arts is the decorative-usage arts, folk artistic crafts, the cultural and educational mission of which consists, first of all, in the increase of a productive representation of the values of human life, represented in figurative form of art works, the development of art intuition, aesthetic taste, emotional perception of art creativity, the definition of art as a specific spiritual activity in the development of culture of a particular epoch and on this based on the achievement of a high level of their own art skills.The important condition of professional activities of the future teachers of fine arts is formation of art culture is grounded. In the research and mastery of techniques of decorative-usage art in the future a teacher of fine art form of the desire to learn and protect the Ukrainian people’s material and spiritual achievements is determined.

The article grounds the conceptual bases of formation of emotional intelligence of a teacher of musical art in the process of professional training. The emotional intelligence of a teacher of music is regarded as an integral, individual-personal and professionally significant quality, acting as a system-forming factor of professional activity. It is emphasized that the process of formation of this integral quality should be carried out in accordance with modern methodological guidelines, defined, in particular, by provisions of the Concept of development of pedagogical education and taking into account the complex influence of external (integration) and internal (innovative) tendencies of development of the higher education system. This article shows tendencies of development of art professional education and its component – music-pedagogical education, awareness of which contributes to the entry of this field of higher education into the world cultural and educational space. The innovative context of the artistic educational space is considered as a reserve for improving the professional training of future teachers of music, in particular, the formation of their emotional intelligence. It is concluded that the dynamic and unstable development of modern society requires from the teacher not only a high level of education, competence, innovation, but also possession of socially oriented skills, in particular, emotional intelligence, which will provide him with rapid adaptation to society, demand, success in professional activity. The substantiation of the basic provisions of the author’s Concept outlines the purpose, tasks, guiding principles and organizational and methodological conditions that highlight the innovative approach to the selection of content, methods, forms and means of formation of the emotional intelligence of future teachers of music in the process of professional training.

Continuous education today is a major feature of modern society. In order to ensure the competitiveness of future professionals who obtain higher education within the walls of the Institutions of Higher Education, the education process should be aimed at ensuring a high level of professional knowledge as well as the formation of graduates' adaptability to changeable modern production.  Since for a future engineer knowledge of higher mathematics is the basis for solving complex problems of a production nature, it can be argued that they are part of professional mobility. The implementation of technologies for the formation of professional mobility in higher mathematics has made it possible to note that the readiness to change activities can be considered not only in the context of changing professional activity, but also in the process of students’ educational activity. And this, in turn, made it possible to determine the «mathematical mobility». The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and practically test the methods of forming mathematical mobility of future engineers in higher mathematics classes. The experiment used competency-oriented tasks, test tasks in higher mathematics, built on the basis of Bloom's taxonomy, developed interactive methods for conducting practical classes in the process of studying higher mathematics. The results of the experiment showed the effectiveness of the proposed innovative technologies in the process of fundamental training of future engineers.

The rapid pace of development of modern society, dynamism and continuous innovation processes lead to the fact that knowledge of the subject and possession of the method of teaching cannot fully characterize the current level of professional training of future teachers. The contents of the disciplines is constantly changing, new means and technologies of learning are emerging, and the flows of information that teachers should take into account in their professional activities are growing. Significant changes in the educational sector, in the first place, concern the use of Web technologies. The purpose of the article is to highlight the methodology and results of research and experimental work aimed at the verification of the effectiveness of forming the professional competence of future teachers with the use of Web technologies. In order to achieve the goal and check the tasks of the study, the selection, modification, development and testing of the theoretical and empirical complex (interviews, questionnaires and questioning of teachers and students, diagnostic methods) of research methods were carried out; qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results was carried out with the use of mathematical statistics methods. The empirical basis at the formative stage of the study included 315 students and 44 teachers of pedagogical institutes of Vinnytsia region. The research and experimental verification of the motivational-value-based, cognitive and design-technological components of the formation of professional competence confirmed that the introduction of the developed methods of forming the professional competence of trainee teachers by means of Web technologies had the greatest impact on the motivation for educational, cognitive and professional activities using Web technologies, development of professional, communicative motives, motives of prestige, awareness and development of the need for collaboration with the use of Web technologies. The result of applying the methods is the formation of the ability of teachers and students to identify the pedagogically appropriate means of Web technologies, analyze and evaluate existing ones, develop and apply them in future pedagogical activities.

The article analyzes the actual ideas on the problem of practical training of future teachers. Such training consists in mastering students' knowledge, skills and skills in the prevention of pedagogical conflicts in higher education, which have always been constant companions of social life. It was through such contradictions that new progressive ideas were born that ensured the further evolution of institutions of higher education. For the professional activity of the future teacher, the developed communication skills that are interconnected with his emotional intelligence, which determines the success of teaching, are extremely important. Emotional intelligence in the unity of its structural components (cognitive, affective and behavioral) is based on the management of the emotional sphere, its reflection and understanding. A high level of emotional intelligence ensures the success of an individual's activity: the ability to adequately express his or her emotions, to understand the emotions and motives of other people's behavior, the ability to act effectively in the system of interpersonal relationships, the ability to navigate social situations, to correctly identify the personality traits and emotional states of other people, to choose the appropriate ways communicate with them and realize all this in the process of interaction. The notion of the progress of a modern student as a competitive subject of future professional activity is connected with the ability to interact with a professional society, to manage their emotional sphere and, accordingly, relations with the subjects of joint activity. A high level of emotional intelligence is extremely important in stressful situations, which becomes a necessary component of making responsible decisions. The contents, historical aspect, different models, the description of the emotional intelligence of future teachers are considered in detail. The recommendations for prevention of pedagogical conflicts in the context of emotional intelligence are generalized.

Taking into account interstate and national requirements, an analysis of the significance was carried out and trends in the preparation of teachers for professional activity in the context of the digitalization of education were identified. It is noted that the ongoing scientific research affects various areas of training future teachers, however, they mainly consider certain aspects of professional training of teachers. Among the promising directions for the development of the process of training teachers are identified: the development of methodological concepts, strategic national projects and programs for the training of teachers, taking into account the prospects for economic development, digitalization of society and the education system; the transition to understanding the digitalization of professional pedagogical education as a process that includes the formation of future teachers’ personal readiness for professional activity in the context of the digitalization of society and education; provision of the process of training pedagogical personnel with hardware, network and software resources adequate to the needs; reducing the level of academic load on teachers who train teachers; improving the quality of professional pedagogical education based on personalization and targeting; ensuring the parity of interests of commercial organizations, state and public institutions, personal interests of future teachers; purposeful formation of future teachers’ competence in the design and modernization of educational space based on IR technologies; formation of professional competence among future teachers in the field of ensuring the protection of children and youth in the information space.

At the present stage of development of society and technologies, information in digital format acquires the status of capital and becomes the leading factor in the development of the state economy. Digitalization of education is a response to the need of the digital economy for competitive specialists. To ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the digitalization strategy in the field of vocational education, providing the industry with labor personnel, a necessary condition is the presence of a high level of information competence of vocational training teachers. The professional activity of these specialists is of an integrative, practice-oriented nature, since it is aimed at preparing qualified workers and middle-level specialists for professional activity in various industries that are switching to the use of digital technologies today. The analysis of educational standards for the training of teachers of vocational training allowed the author of the article to establish the fragmentary and unclear requirements for the information competence of this specialist, which prevents its effective development in the process of studying at a university. Also, the analysis of educational standards in the areas corresponding to the profiles of training teachers of vocational training revealed higher industry requirements for the information competence of a teacher of vocational training. These contradictions make it necessary to develop the information competence of future teachers of vocational training in the process of specialized training and the development of appropriate technology. The solution of this problem has been started by the author with the substantiation of the methodological basis for the development of information competence of future teachers of vocational training. The article presents the author's definition of the information competence of a teacher of vocational training and its structural components. When determining the methodological basis for the development of information competence of future teachers of vocational training, the trends, patterns, principles and methodological approaches of this process are highlighted.

The relevance of the issue of developing the digital competence of future teachers in higher education is obvious, as technological progress is developing at an extremely rapid pace, and digitalisation has already penetrated into all spheres of life, including the education system. The purpose of the study is to compare the approaches of state educational policy to the development of digital competence of future teachers in China and Ukraine. To obtain new results, the following theoretical methods were used in the study: analysis of pedagogical literature, regulations, online platforms, educational sites, systematisation, and generalisation of research, organisation of training courses for future teachers – to compare different approaches to digital competence of future teachers. It is noted that digital competence is key in lifelong learning, as well as one of the components of a teacher's professional competence, according to the Standard Standard for Primary School Teachers, General Secondary Education Teachersб and Primary Education Teachers. The concept of digital competence is defined and it is substantiated that its significance changes in accordance with the development of digital modern society. The national educational policy of Ukraine and the People's Republic of China is analysed, in particular the regulatory base, which regulates the development of digital competence in the countries. It has been found that the problem of digital competence is relevant in both countries, in particular in China, where its solution is more progressive, due to powerful resource opportunities. An example of the content of academic disciplines, namely “Digital Training Tools”, “Cybersecurity”, “Media Education” (Ukraine), “Fundamentals of Computer Use”, “Use of Multimedia Technology” (PRC), their place in the educational process, hours on study, form of control of educational and cognitive activities, etc. These disciplines are aimed at developing the digital competence of future teachers in higher education institutions of Ukraine and China. It is noted that further research will relate to the study and analysis of national educational policy of the European Union on the development of digital competence, in particular in the training of future teachers
