Оn the theoretical basis of innovative approaches in physical education of students. The article highlights the theoretical background of physical education of students. Coverage of the stage of formation of physical culture of the individual. The article substantiates the significance and mechanisms of active interest in physical culture. The structure of motivation and improvement of physical culture of the individual is revealed. The importance of the motor environment is emphasized from the perspective of the main components of motivation: knowledge, consciousness and subconsciousness of the individual. A specialist in physical culture and sports must be a person with organizational skills. He is the organizer of the process of sports training and thanks to this, he can show his knowledge, experience, even intuition. Otherwise, through the organization of the process, ie through specific actions and deeds, the future coach will be able to show their personal qualities, which, of course, contribute to the effectiveness of his work. But, unfortunately, they show films based on shootings, explosions, sex, murders, horrors, various crimes, violence, which have a negative impact on people and contribute to the degradation of the value and emotional aspirations of young people. And physical education classes in most cases in universities do not affect the positive emotional and sensory sphere of students. Thus, we can draw conclusions: it is necessary, first of all, to create conditions for students (motor environment of physical education) for their freedom of choice, to meet their emotional needs. Only in this case, success is possible in the physical education of students, in the education of their activity component of physical culture, active, creative attitude to their physical improvement.

The potential ramifications of the COVID-19 pandemic global shut down on physical education providers and youth sport coaches may be particularly severe due to substantial cutbacks on many of their normal activities. This population faces unique challenges in engaging in “virtual learning” given the physical nature of their job, potentially leading to sedentary lifestyle, weight gain, and the development of depressive mood disorders. This commentary aims to explore options to mitigate worsening of stress, depression, physical inactivity, and social disconnection in youth sport coaches following the guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and to call attention to this vulnerable demographic which has been substantially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As one of the ways to solve this problem, the development of a moral personality within the framework of physical education is proposed. Evidence of the relationship of the physical and moral development of man in the process of education is given. The situation is substantiated that education is an introduction to values and it is proved that education of a person in harmony of body and spirit is possible in the process of his involvement in the values of physical culture and moral values. The specificity of value is revealed as a conscious meaning that defines a persons attitude to the world, to people and to himself and shows the place of relations in moral culture and in physical culture of a person. It is proved that values can be both components of physical culture, embodying ideals and ideas about the standard of a physically perfect person, and components of moral culture (a standard of moral man). The correlation of moral values and values of physical culture is determined and specific values are identified that are the value foundations of the unity of physical and moral education: freedom, justice, dignity, culture, moral perfection, mercy, intellectuality. The maximum number of products at the lowest cost – is the main thing, what modern poultry industry can be characterized. One of the most pressing problems at the moment is early antibiotic therapy and the associated safety of young poultry early age. In this regard, of particular interest for this study is how the most widely used antibacterial drugs effects on the one of key organs of the immune system – thymus. The article presents the data obtained in the course of the experiment, which determines how preventive treatment schemes, that includes usage single and multiple antibacterial drugs, influenced on the morphological status of the chickens thymus. We selected scheme and a combination of antibacterial drugs have not been studied previously. That was compared with the usage of probiotic Bolmol at the same treatment scheme. A comparison of morpho-functional state of the thymus of chickens 15-, 22- and 41-days-old, when applying several treatments schemes. The schemes of treatment included: the usage of one or two antibiotics during the cycle, compared with the usage of probiotic. We made the conclusions about the absence of the negative impact of selected drugs on the morphofunctional state of the thymus and the positive effect of probiotic «Bolmol». The morphometric parameters of the cortex and medulla in the lobules of the thymus of chicks 15-day-old, taking as an antibacterial drug probiotic Bolmol, were not significantly different from control values and were statistically significant when compared with chicks who used antibiotics: the width of the cortical area was on 15% and 29.09% wider then chickens receiving antibiotic treatment. This indicates a positive effect of probiotic Bolmol compared with antibacterial agents which were chosen. Thus, these data demonstrate that the use of probiotics in cyclic schemes of antibiotic prophylaxis contribute to the normal development of the thymus, which in turn leads to increased resistance and preservation of poultry. Was given the substantiation about safely usage of cyclic schemes of antibacterial drugs in the event of objective necessity.
