ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to explore the influence of creativity on the Knitting industry business owners Binong Jati Bandung and its effect on the competitiveness of businesses. This type of research is descriptive and the method used as the explanatory survey with saturated sample technique, with the number of samples as many as 76 people are business owners. Data analysis technique used is simple with linear regression tools computer software SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results of this research in the form of findings that creativity has a considerable influence on innovation conducted business owners for the progress of his efforts. Innovations made by entrepreneurs to result in profits for the company, one of which improves the competitiveness that is owned by the company. The company's strategy, structure and rivalry, the condition factor of production, demand, condition and related industries become a tool to determine competitiveness. The originality of this research is the development of an innovative business enterprise for its contents to contribute to the improvement of power competitive efforts. Keywords : creativity, innovation, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, the knitting industry                    Bandung   ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kreativitas pada para pemilik usaha di Industri Rajut Binong Jati Bandung dan efeknya pada daya saing usaha yang dimiliki.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh, Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang pemilik usaha. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 22.0 for windows.Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa temuan bahwa kreativitas memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar pada inovasi yang dilakukan para pemilik usaha untuk kemajuan usahanya. Inovasi yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha mengakibatkan keuntungan bagi perusahan, salah satunya meningkatkan kemampuan daya saing yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Strategi perusahaan, struktur dan persaingan, kondisi faktor produksi, kondisi permintaan, dan industri terkait menjadi alat untuk menentukan daya saing.. Orisinalitas dari penelitian ini membicarakan tentang kreativitas yang dilakukan oleh seorang pelaku usaha yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan inovasi yang dilakukan pelaku usaha bagi perusahaannya untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing usahanya. Kata kunci :  Kreativitas, inovasi, daya saing, wirausaha, industri rajut Bandung

This study aims to (1) know the description of entrepreneurship learning, (2) find out the description of entrepreneurship motivation, (3) find out the effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurship motivation in class XI Bandung N 9 pastry majors in Bandung and (4) the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and motivation entrepreneurship for grade XI students majoring in SMK N 9 Bandung pastry. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the class XI students majoring in pastry at SMK N 9 Bandung .. The type of research used is descriptive, verification. The method used is explanatory survey with a sample technique that is a saturated sample technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows computer software tools. The findings in this study indicate that the picture of entrepreneurial learning in a good category, a picture of entrepreneurial motivation in a good category, motivation for entrepreneurship is positively influenced by entrepreneurial learning, and there is an active relationship or correlation between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation. Based on the results of this study it is recommended as a basis for conducting other studies regarding entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation with different indicators and objects

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

Performance is the result of work produced both in terms of quality and quantity of work and can be accounted for in accordance with its role within the organization or company, and accompanied by the ability, skill, and skill in completing the work within a certain period of time. This research was conducted at PT Bussan Auto Finance Branch of Denpasar by using 73 employees as research respondents. Sample determination technique used in this research is saturated sample technique. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This shows that giving good intrinsic motivation to employees can increase employee work satisfaction to the company. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee performance. The higher the job satisfaction is perceived, the higher the employee's performance against his company. Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Giving good intrinsic motivation to employees can improve employee performance against the company.   Keywords: intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance

Simoppeda is an information system that provides information services and reporting on the implementation of development activities. In its implementation, the use of Simoppeda is still not optimal and still facing several obstacles. This research is conducted to analyze the factors of user acceptance of Simoppeda implementation in the Development Administration Section of Regional Secretariat of Mukomuko Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, selfefficacy, and facilitating conditions the acceptance of Simoppeda itself. The research employs correlational research method with quantitative approach. The determination of samples is by using saturated sample technique. Instrument validity test is by using corrected item - total correlation technique, while the reliability test used is alpha cronbach. The instrument is in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and nonparametric inferential statistics; Spearman Rank. The result showed that there is a strong and significant correlation between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy and facilitating conditions with the acceptance of Simoppeda. These results can be used as guidelines in the development of Simoppeda to pay attention to the factors that underlying the acceptance of Simoppeda.

Implementation of AIS is indispensable for organizations as a means to support operational and administrative activities. This research aims to prove empirically the effect of ability personal techniques and IT sophistication with education and training as moderating variables on AIS performance. The population of this research is employees who use AIS at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali. The research sample was determined based on a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique in order to obtain 84 civil servants who used AIS at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali. Data collection is done through questionnaire and interview. The analysis technique in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of analysis shows that education and training strengthen the effect of ability personal techniques and IT sophistication on AIS performance. Recently, coffee is no longer a drink for parents. Many millennials are starting to enjoy drinking coffee. This can be seen from the growth of coffee shops in the Madiun City which continues to grow from time to time. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the reasons coffee shop owners are interested in entering the coffee business. This research is focused on aspects of self-efficacy, innovation, and passion. This research is a quantitative using a saturated sample technique, namely observing all populations. This research was conducted in Madiun City with sample size of 50 coffee shop entrepreneurs. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique used was MRA. The results are: self-efficacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, innovation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and passion does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on entrepreneurial interest.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud. The number of samples taken as many as 67 employees, using saturated sample technique, especially simple random sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the organizational culture OCB will also increase, the higher the job satisfaction the higher the OCB, and the higher the organizational commitment the higher the OCB in the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud.     Keywords:      organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income and Capital Expenditures on Local Government Financial Performance. This research was conducted in 38 Regional Organizations (OPD) found in Gianyar Regency. This study uses secondary data, namely the report on the realization of the APBD in 2015-2017. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique. OPD selected as a sample of 36 OPDs. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the Regional Original Income variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of local governments, while the capital expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on the financial performance of local governments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The study was conducted at Ahimsa Beach Villa Jimbaran with a sample of 84 employees, determined by saturated sample technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that first, perceived organizational support has no significant effect on turnover intention. Second, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Suggested to the company to improve. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professionalism and time budget pressure on audit quality with audit fees as moderating variables. This research was conducted at 9 Public Accountant Offices in Bali Province. The number of samples used was 45 respondents. The method of determining the sample is nonprobability sampling with a saturated sample technique. Data collection is done by questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses the analysis of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that professionalism has a positive effect on audit quality and time budget pressure has a negative effect on audit quality. This study also found that audit fees strengthened the influence of professionalism on audit quality and audit fees weakened the influence of time budget pressure on audit quality.
