The rapid development of information technology and its futuristic lead us into a new era that changed the face of human civilization. New media has become a base structure in accelerating the development of the global community in the last two decades. Digital and virtual sides attached to the new media has brought human interaction and community level to the most complex. Social interaction is in the form of the peak of its evolution where the boundaries between the real and the virtual becomes blurred, and as if no longer relevant when distinguishing the two realms. Human habitus which was originally driven by empirical external world is now automatically changed since information technology products such as mobile phones are no longer exist merely as a communication tool but also as a means of kontrolling and diggers knowledge. This article is a kind of theoretical review of Robert Samuels theory named automodernity as a new cultural stage. He explains emancipatory ideals that originally carried the new media makes us are in a paradoxical situation for the automation of social and individual autonomy attract each effect, Automodernity is a reaction to postmodern emphasis on social and cultural conflict with individual autonomy celebrate the ability to exploit and explore irregularities (unregulated) and the social systems automatically.Keywords: postmodernity, automodernity, autonomy, automated technology, digital youth

Bahasa Indonesia dalam berbagai keperluan merupakan bahasa resmi negara Indonesia dan telah digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi lisan maupun tulis, baik formal maupun informal. Selain fungsi komunikasi, bahasa Indonesia juga berfungsi sebagai alat pemersatu bangsa Indonesia. Dewasa ini bahasa Indonesia dihadapkan pada perkembangan dunia yang begitu pesat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan yang begitu mengkhawatirkan. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan tersebut menuntut bangsa Indonesia untuk bekerja keras, dan secara aktif mempersiapkan diri mengejar ketinggalan yang ada dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, dan termasuk mengantisipasi perkembangan informasi dan budaya yang mengglobal. Salah satu dampak dari globalisasi ini adalah penggunaan Bahasa Inggris yang dianggap lebih berkelas dan memiliki nilai kebanggaan tersendiri oleh kaum milenial. Salah satu dampak positifnya yaitu akan memudahkan bagi para milenial untuk berkomunikasi secara internasional. Di sisi lain, dampak negative daripadanya yaitu loyalitas pembelajar terhadap bahasa Indonesia menjadi berkukurang, bahkan akan menjadi luntur. Bagaimana kiat bangsa Indonesia untuk mengejar ketinggalan dari bangsa lain dan bagaimana kiatnya agar bangsa Indonesia tetap mencintai bangsanya dan termasuk bahasanya, tentunya harus adanya kerja keras dan kepedulian dari seluruh komponen bangsa Indonesia.Abstract: Indonesian language in many purposes as the official language of Indonesian has been used as an oral and written communicate, both formal and informal. Besides being a communication tool, Indonesian language also serves as a unifying tool for Indonesian. In this era, Indonesian language is faced with a very rapid development of the world, including the development of information technology and culture that are so worrying. With the rapid development of information technology and culture, it demands the Indonesian people to work hard and actively prepare to catch up with the existing aspects of life, including anticipating information development and a globalized culture. One of the positive impact is easier for international communication. Meanwhile, the negative impact is predicted to be the learner's loyalty towards Indonesian language to be reduced and will even fade. How do Indonesian people try to catch up with other nations and how do they try to keep the Indonesian people in love with their nation and including their language, of course, there must be hard work and care for all components of the Indonesian nation.

Today's globalization has enabled humans to communicate in forms we never imagined before. Changes that help humans to convey and disseminate information over time. Advances in information technology is evolving following the progress of the times. For example, in ancient times people use bedug as a communication tool for time reminder. However, as the era of society began to create sophisticated electronic devices such as telephones as a means of communication at close range and distance. Simultaneously with a variety of technologies found to support information leading to the development of information technology so rapidly, where any information that exist in this part of the world we can get with a relatively short time. Due to the increased capability in the field of technology and because the equipment becomes cheaper and more powerful and easy to carry along with the development of computer applications that cause the rapid development of information. Globalisasi dewasa ini telah memungkinkan manusia berkomunikasi dalam bentuk-bentuk yang tidak pernah kita bayangkan sebelumnya. Perubahan yang membantu manusia dalam menyampaikan dan menyebarluaskan informasi dari waktu ke waktu. Kemajuan teknologi informasi ini berkembang mengikuti kemajuan zaman. Misalnya saja pada zaman dahulu masyarakat menggunakan bedug sebagai alat komunikasi untuk pengingat waktu. Namun seiring berkembangnya zaman masyarakat mulai menciptakan alat-alat elektronik canggih seperti telepon sebagai alat komunikasi jarak dekat maupun jarak jauh. Sekaligus dengan ditemukan berbagai macam teknologi yang tentu mendukung informasi menyebabkan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang demikian pesat, dimana setiap informasi yang ada di belahan dunia ini dapat kita dapatkan dengan waktu yang relatif singkat. Karena dengan kemampuan yang meningkat dalam bidang teknologi dan karena peralatan menjadi lebih murah dan lebih kuat serta mudah dibawa dengan disertai perkembangan aplikasi komputer yang menyebabkan perkembangan informasi semakin cepat.

With the development of the 5G mobile Internet, cloud computing, Internet of Things, and other cutting-edge technologies, the era of big data has quietly arrived. The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of the application of new technologies for music teaching in the era of big data in the context of the rapid development of science and technology in the information society, to enlighten and lead music teachers to apply the spontaneous and conscious awareness of new media and fully apply the new achievements of science and technology in the information society for future music classroom teaching, and to analyze the mode, method, trend, characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of music teaching in the new media environment. The aim is to analyze the advantages and shortcomings of music teaching in colleges and universities and to find solutions and future development strategies for them so that in the future, the 5G Internet can better serve music lovers and better contribute to the cause of music education in colleges and universities. New media, as a product of constantly updated information technology, provides powerful data support for the development of various fields, and the education industry also needs new media to boost the rapid development of education information technology, which of course includes college music teaching. The effective integration of new media technology into the college music classroom can improve the classroom efficiency of music teaching with rich and diverse teaching resources and flexible teaching forms.

<p>With the rapid development of information technology, more and more new media technology is applied to the course teaching, the current traditional teaching model, teaching methods are facing great challenges. The rapid development of new media has been the main force accelerating the trend of globalization in human society in recent decades. New media has brought human interaction and society to a highly interconnected and complex level, but at the same time challenges the very existence of intercultural communication in its traditional sense. It is under this circumstance that we see more and more scholars becoming involved in the investigation of the relationship between new media and intercultural communication. Emerging topical areas in this line of research mainly include three categories: (1) the impact of national/ethnic culture on the development of new media, (2) the impact of new media on cultural/social identity, and (3) the impact of new media (especially social media) on different aspects of intercultural communication (e.g., intercultural relationships, intercultural adaptation, and intercultural conflict). This paper discusses this trend of research on the relationship between new media and intercultural communication.

At present, with the continuous improvement and rapid development of the socialist market economy in China, especially the sudden rise of electronic information technology, the new communication tools are changing with each passing day. In this process, new media information technology, with its unique advantages, “broke” into the vision of modern people, participated in and influenced people’s way of life, behavior habits and social operation, and brought the development of human society into a new stage, the new media age. In today’s era, the new media has been developing rapidly in terms of technology and content, and its content is timeliness and interesting. It matches the characteristics of contemporary college students in pursuit of freshness and individuality, so that it has won the general favor of college students. However, when the new media information technology affects and permeates all aspects of the University, the ideological and political education of college students does not seem to keep pace with the times. Because of the lack of experience, many colleges and universities have not integrated the new media information technology with the ideological and political education of college students, but simply turn the original paper into a web page, ignore the readability and dissemination of the content, resulting in the poor practical effect of education, and then a series of real problems urgently to be solved. The increasingly rapid development of information technology, especially in communication tool, has created smartphones with Android operating system. The android can provide attractive features to users consisting of not only adults, but also children. Children can spend hours, or even all day long to use Android. A lot of time spent by them to use Android, causes dependence on Android, hampering children's development. Considering the problems, the researcher then designs a learning medium by utilizing the development of Android technology with the aim of helping school-aged children, especially students at the TKQ or TPQ level with learning activities by utilizing the android development. The research uses waterfall method, in which the data are analyzed in several stages, namely designing, coding, testing and implementing, The program used to design the application is Appy Pie. The tools used to design the learning medium include Unified Modeling Langunge (UML) and flowcharts. The result of this study is an application that contains Islamic learning explaining information on worship such as prayer, Al-Qur’an recital as well as an educational game discussing Islamic learning.

The development of technology, information technology and various means of communication have a significant impact on public relations activity; especially in government institutions. Many government institutions have invested these means in their management system, in order to facilitate the goals of the institution, and ultimately the interaction between the internal and external public. In this theoretical research, I tried to explain the impact of the new media on public relations in the public administration, based on the views of specialists. The aim of the research is to know the use of the new media of public relations and how in the system of public administration, as well as, Explaining the role it plays in public relations activities of government institutions. The arrival of the new media era has a certain impact on the teaching environment of universities in China. The rapid development of new media has also profoundly affected the thinking mode, behavior style and psychological consciousness of college students. This paper puts forward some innovative teaching modes under the background of new media information technology, including the online simulation court, the construction of interactive dynamic teaching website and so on. It realizes the deep integration between law teaching and modern new media technology, and gradually forms an open and diversified teaching mode. The research content of this paper has far-reaching significance for promoting the teaching of new media technology and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of College Students’ legal education.
