The factors of preservation and intergenerational transmission of the traditional culture of the local group of Mari living in the territory of Udmurtia in a different ethnic environment is examined in the article. The source basis of the article was the field ethnographic materials collected in 2007 among the Mari of the Karakulinsky region of the Udmurt Republic and introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. The socio-economic situation of the respondents, the established mechanisms of adaptation to market relations, the preservation of traditional rituals and holidays, material and spiritual culture, the use of the native language, ethno-demographic processes, the activities of the Mari community to support ethnic culture are showed in the work. The author notes that the historically formed mechanism for ensuring the viability of the Mari society includes practices of demographic behavior, ethnic socialization of youth, reproduction of elements of spiritual and religious culture (prayers, family and calendar rituals, songs) and the material world (national costume, elements of architecture, musical instruments, national cuisine), the use of the Mari language. It has been proven that the ritual sphere of the Mari is undergoing transformations, but at the same time it continues to remain an inseparable part of the life of the people. In the course of the work, it was also revealed that the local group of Mari in modern conditions for self-preservation needs to constantly generate ethnic markers based on traditional culture. The key role in this is assigned to the village community, educational institutions and public organizations.

The transformation of a society from socialism to a market economy, in addition to political and economic change, is accompanied by a socio-cultural transition of changing values, goals and social behavior by different groups in the population. It is also accompanied by a psychological transition from an overwhelming dependence of the people on the paternalistic state and its institutions, to individual choice, initiative and effort, and by substantial shifts in the demographic behavior of the population (Kuddo, 1995). The transitional crisis effects many aspects of people's everyday life, and demographic processes are a good indicator of such change.

The article indicates the ethnolinguistic characteristics of the people of the Udmurt Republic based on the censuses information. It is known that in countries with a multi-ethnic composition of the population, language problems remain one of the most delicate and painful. In the Udmurt Republic, issues related to language policy, preservation and development of the Udmurt language, and the teaching of native languages in educational institutions hold relevance in academic literature and the media, and are discussed at scientific events, in government bodies, and national-cultural organizations. Meanwhile, in the post-Soviet period, censuses are the only source that can reliably determine the number of speakers of different languages. According to the author, due to a number of reasons, inaccuracies were made when collecting information on the linguistic characteristics of Russian citizens during the 2010 census. Therefore, in anticipation of the All-Russian Population Census 2020, it is necessary to analyze once again the experience of conducting and the results of past censuses in order to collect high-quality, reliable ethnolinguistic information. In our opinion, the experience of the 2015 micro-census is especially useful when new questionnaires and methods for collecting information have been tested. The author believes that part of the “ethnic and linguistic problems” can be resolved by giving citizens the right to indicate complex (dual) ethnicity and two native languages during the census.

During the last hundred years our knowledge of the educational institutions of medieval England has steadily increased, both of schools and universities. We know a good deal about what they taught, how they were organised and where they were sited. The next stage is to identify their relationship with the society which they existed to serve. Whom did they train, to what standards and for what ends? These questions pose problems. They cannot be answered from the constitutional and curricular records which tell us about the structure of educational institutions. Instead, they require a knowledge of the people—the pupils and scholars—who went to the medieval schools and universities. We need to recover their names, to compile their biographies and thereby to establish their origins, careers and attainments. If this can be done on a large enough scale, the impact of education on society will become clearer. In the case of the universities, the materials for this task are available and well known. Thanks to the late Dr A. B. Emden, most of the surviving names of the alumni of Oxford and Cambridge have been collected and published, together with a great many biographical records about them. For the schools, on the other hand, where most boys had their literary education if they had one at all, such data are not available. Except for Winchester and Eton, we do not possess lists of the pupils of schools until the middle of the sixteenth century, and there is no way to remedy the deficiency.

The main direction of the educational process is to develop the education system in accordance with the strategic directions of social and economic development of the republic, integrating it into the world educational space, preserving its national essence through the use of national customs and traditions, as well as cultural values, creating conditions for the formation of a personality in the national spirit, development of a high level of outlook and creative potential of the personality, cognitive competences. The implementation of these tasks requires a review of the content of the educational process in the country's schools from a new methodological standpoint, based on the use of elements of national customs and traditions. Such a new methodological system shows the need for radical changes in the traditional educational process, the development of a creative approach to teaching, and the updating of the content of education on a national basis.In the modern period of the development of society in the educational process of educational institutions the principle of education is implemented, taking into account the comprehensive development of students, such a system of education and upbringing provides an opportunity for the formation of cultural and ethnic identity, it is aimed at an in-depth study of the spiritual culture of the people and the ability to connect it with modern values. This system of education and training is based on the link between national customs and traditions (customs and traditions related to children's upbringing, household customs and traditions, social customs and traditions) and the educational process.

The article shows that in career development, the use of acting techniques opens up new opportunities. The author traces the development of the Russian acting school, created by K.S. Stanislavsky and later revised and supplemented by his students, in the modern socio-economic situation. The article demonstrates that despite the fact that for many years this school was aimed exclusively at educating and training people who want to connect their lives with the theater, it had a significant impact on amateurs as well. Passion for the performing arts was traced among people of a wide variety of professions, which contributed to the creation of numerous amateur theaters. This tendency was especially evident in educational institutions. Pupils and students under the guidance of an experienced director tried to take steps in the stage space, received grateful responses, but continued to be content with the role of an amateur actor, without encroaching on the laurels of a professional. Nevertheless, after that, their main activity, regardless of the direction, moved to a completely different level. Without any psychotherapeutic interventions, the attitude to oneself, to the people around, and to situations changed, the speech apparatus and the timbre of the voice were transformed, phobias and depressive tendencies disappeared. As a result, participants in amateur theaters acquired a new circle of friends and promotions, or they radically changed their field of activity, opening completely new prospects for themselves. The article examines these possibilities in the framework of the modern situation, when the entire range of theater and acting means may be in demand by representatives of other professions.

В настоящей статье рассматривается проблема изучения музейной коллекции буддийского изобразительного искусства Калмыкии, а также сохранения художественного наследия в условиях глобализации культур. Автор ставит цель создать научно обоснованные информационные ресурсы на базе исследования музейных коллекций и экспонатов. Информация составляет суть музейного дела, в основе которого лежит научно-исследовательская деятельность, объединяющая сферы комплектования, учета и хранения фондов, с одной стороны, с другой коммуникативная, связанная с экспозиционно-выставочной деятельностью. Исходными в работе музея являются не только сохраняемый фонд, но и сведения об экспонатах, собираемые в процессе комплектования фонда и создания каталога музейного собрания, состоящего из коллекций. Основываясь на богатой традиции описания и каталогизации предметов искусства, а также применяя современные технологии и искусствоведческие методы, стало возможным подготовить и издать научный каталог коллекций основного фонда Музея традиционной культуры имени Зая-пандиты Калмыцкого научного центра РАН. This article discusses the problem of studying the museum collection of Buddhist fine art in Kalmykia, as well as preserving the artistic heritage in the context of globalization of cultures. The author aims to create scientifically based information resources that include research on museum collections and exhibits. Information is the essence of museum business, which is based on research activities that combine the fields of acquisition, accounting and storage of funds, on the one hand, and on the other hand, communicative activities related to exposition and exhibition activities. The initial work of the museum is not only the preserved fund, but also information about the exhibits collected in the process of acquiring the fund and creating a museum collection catalog consisting of collections. The Zaya-Pandita Museum of Traditional Culture of the Kalmyk Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences stores and presents in the educational sphere multidisciplinary and largely unique information about the cultural heritage of the people. Based on a rich tradition of describing and cataloging objects of art, as well as using modern technologies and art criticism methods, it has become possible to prepare and publish a scientific catalog of the collections of the main fund of the Zaya-Pandita Museum of Traditional Culture.

Analysis showed critical lack of legal personnel in comparison with the people of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the lack of legal training a couple of times population. Post-fall of the New Order regime, the action of Islamic radicalism spreads out fast in Indonesia. Unluckily, actors and the perpetrators are mostly Muslimand claiming graduated from Islamic educational institutions. Radical Islamic movements nowadays are worrying the people and threaten the life of the nation that contains the values of pluralism, tolerance, and acculturative, including in religion. According to way of life on Indonesian, Pancasila, and the 1945 Constitution and the Republic of Indonesia which is the basics of nation and state are also threatened. even their movement tends to do with violence. Proven by the presence of several violent incidents that resulted in deaths were not counted. (National Agency for Counter of Terrorism, 28/8/2002). Therefore, Indonesia  (and even the world) needs strategies to prevent the anti-radicalism and terrorism. Learning the last fact, education that be designed by conforming new model of learning for Moslem Teacher is absolutely needed. The approach to the handle the Islamic radicalism must always be strived, One of models is through character education. Education is partly done by reconstructing the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) that is taught in educational institutions. Reconstruction of PAI should be able to produce learners that possess attitude of tolerant, moderate and inclusive. In short, there is a tendency of systematic efforts made by certain religious groups to teach the doctrine of religious hardliners among students of Elementary School (SD), that often reborn radicalization. Here, the writer will show how Moslem teacher can take anti-radicalims learing by some new models that can be implemented, namely the de-radicalization preventive, de-radicalization preservative against moderate Islam, and  curative deradicalised.

Abstract: The problem examined in this research is the problem of the actualization of Pancasila values contained in the Sammilan traditional culture and its relevance to the values of local wisdom in the Batin Negara Village. This research belongs to the category of field research, and the approach used in this research is the sociological approach. Data collection techniques used were interview and documentation techniques. After conducting the research, it was concluded that the Sammilan traditional culture contains many positive values that can be applied in living the life of society and the state, the traditional culture of Sammilan is present in the midst of the people who are still very caring and caring for Indonesia in various aspects of life. In carrying out the traditional sammilan event is considered still in harmony and relevant to the values of Pancasila. In the years 1918–1939, Częstochowa was a multicultural city just like the entire Second Republic was a multicultural country. Groups of people different in the aspects of their ethnic origin, speaking different languages, belonging to different religions, and also representing different cultures co-existed in it; nevertheless, it was Jews that constituted the dominant minority as far as religion was concerned. Economic development, territorial growth, and also increase in the population, observed throughout the period referred to hereinabove, and, first and foremost, a constantly increasing headcount of Jewish minority, rendered it necessary to organise social-cultural and educational institutions, the lion’s share of which were charitable and philanthropic organisations. The demographic structure in the years 1918–1939 determined the educational needs of the city as well. So as to ensure that Jewish population could undergo a compulsory education and complete it, the authorities of the city handed over three municipal primary schools (bearing the following numbers: 12, 13 and 15) to be used only and solely by the members of this very minority. The schools in question constituted an integral element of primary education in the city, and, therefore, suffered from the same difficulties with finding suitable buildings, personnel and organisation. It is, however, worth indicating that, thanks to the grassroots initiatives of the faculty in the aspect of the organisation of upbringing activities, these schools instilled the spirit of respect for the people of all confessions and nationalities, as well as for the state and local community.
