This research is motivated by the fact that many people still do not understand the concept of buying and selling, primarily buying and selling bay' al inah. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide an understanding to the public about the concept of buying and selling bay' al inah, starting from the transaction procedures to the legal basis of this sale and purchase according to Imam Syafi'i in al-Umm and Imam Malik in al-Muwatta'. This writing uses descriptive qualitative research. To obtain data using a library approach (library research). Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting and reviewing research literature and other data sources relevant to the discussion. The data analysis used is a descriptive qualitative technique, describing and explaining the data of the object of research and comparative analysis, namely looking for points of similarities, differences and the specificity of the thoughts of 2 figures. From this research, it can be concluded that Imam Syafi'i in al-Umm allows this buying and selling because the pillars and conditions are fulfilled, namely, there are buyers, sellers, goods being traded and contracted or consented to. Meanwhile, according to Imam Malik in al-Muwat}t}a', this sale and purchase are declared invalid because there will be an element of Sadd al-Dhari'ah, namely that there will be a lousy purpose from the sale and purchase. This goal leads to prohibited acts, namely usury. Riba here occurs because the prices are different from the two buying and selling.

Australian lawyers are assessed and admitted to practise at a state and territory level. An important part of that assessment is an applicant's ‘suitability’ for professional practise; also referred to as the ‘character test’ of personal morality. This test requires applicants for admission to disclose relevant information about themselves including past conduct and (in at least one state) mental health status. Very little information about the process of admission is available. Around the country, we do not know how the character test is currently administered, how many applicants reveal past conduct, and how many are refused admission. This article focuses on the three largest jurisdictions of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. It traces their varying approaches to admission; from legislative provision, court interpretation to administrative approach. It also examines some rare data about disclosure patterns on applying for admission. The resulting analysis raises concerns about a range of matters relating to admission to legal practice in Australia. It is argued that the secrecy of process is unjustified; and there is lack of confidentiality, certainty, and possibly fairness, ensured for applicants, particularly where issues of mental health arise. Finally, it is argued that there is a great difference in law and process between the states considered. While the ostensible goal of protection of the public is the same, the approach is far from that.

Aims and MethodWe aimed to assess the contents and tone of articles on mental health care in the UK print media by comparing them with reporting in the USA and Australia. Two broadsheets from each country were analysed using the Internet for a random 4 months over a 1-year period. The number of articles, their content and the views expressed in them were identified and compared.ResultsA total of 118 articles on mental health care issues were found. The predominant tone of the articles in all three countries was negative, though there were slightly more positive articles in the USA and Australian media. Positive articles highlighted in the UK media covered mostly medical conferences and research findings.Clinical ImplicationsEfforts to achieve a more positive attitude towards people with mental illnesses in the public, such as anti-stigma campaigns, operate against a background of predominantly negative coverage of mental health care issues in broadsheets. The coverage in the UK may tend to be even less positive than in the USA and Australia. Medical conferences and research findings can, however, be used to promote positive views of mental health care in the media.

This study aimed to find out how the law of touching Mushaf of the Qur'an for people who are in hadas according to the Syāfi'ī and Hanbali schools. The type of study was descriptive qualitative research that focuses on retrieving data sources from library research using a normative juridical approach. The results showed that the sects of Syāfi'ī and Hanbali both viewed the prohibition of touching Mushaf of the Qur'an without wudu for the person in hadas. As for the law of touching or carrying a mushaf wrapping sheath (which has a hanger) or a box in which there is a Mushaf of the Qur'an, the sects of Syāfi'ī and Hanbali differ. The Syāfi'ī sect thinks it is haram because it is made for mushaf and converted to it like a mushaf cover skin. The Hanbali sect argues that it is permissible not to touch the mushaf because what is forbidden is touching, while carrying does not mean touching. This difference arises because of differences in views on the basis of qiyas in the source of the law of its sect.

EDITORIAL We need to inform you again that the Aloha International Journal of Multidisciplinary Advancement (AIJMU) has a mission to publish research results and ideas from various disciplines of science and technology. In this editorial, we constantly invite researchers and academics around the world to share their best papers in this journal. In April 2021, we invite authors to publish scientific papers which are a form of document study. In this case, we can accept articles from document studies in short form such as book reviews, but we also look forward to the presence of articles and long forms, such as library research. Book review is a type of short paper (usually contains 1000 to 200 words), which contains a review of a book that the author considers interesting or important. In addition to the title, author and affiliation, this article consists of at least 4 important parts, namely an introduction, a review (a summary of the book's contents, strengths, weaknesses and suggestions if any), conclusions and references. However, authors may write in a different systematics as long as they do not go outside the principles of writing a book review. Meanwhile, library research is one type of qualitative research that emphasizes data sources in the form of documents, although it can be strengthened by other data sources, for example the results of interviews. This type of paper is usually written in a large number of words, for example 4000 to 10000 words, depending on the rules of the journal. There are three main types of literature research: historical studies, biographical studies and document studies. We hope that articles based on document studies will further enrich the database of scientific papers in this journal, which in turn can contribute to the development and advancement of science and technology.
