Abstract:This study is an ex post facto that aimed to determine the effect of interpersonal communication between lecturers and students on the students’ learning motivation. The population included all 4th-semester students at the Department of Sharia and Islamic Economics of State Institute Islamic Institute of Bone, consisting of 210 students with the sample as many as 42 students. The methods of data collection were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using a simple linear regression test. Based on the calculation of the questionnaire score, it was known that the significance value obtained at 0.00 was stated to be smaller than the confidence level of 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that H0 was rejected, which means that there was an effect of Interpersonal Communication on the students’ learning motivation. While the R-squared value = 0.650, which means that the effect of interpersonal communication between the lecturers and students to the students’ learning motivation was 65% while 35% of students’ learning motivation was affected by other variables that are not the focus of this study. The results of this study proved that interpersonal communication between lecturers and students consisting of several indicators, namely the attitude of openness, empathy, support, positive attitude, and equality, has a positive effect on the students’ learning motivation.Abstrak:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dosen dan mahasiwa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 4 Jurusan Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Bone yang berjumlah 210 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 42 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor angket diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,00 dinyatakan lebih kecil dari taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sementara itu, nilai R Square = 0.650 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 65% sedangkan 35% motivasi belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator yakni adanya sikap keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, sikap positif, dan kesamaan/kesetaraan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa.

eng:Independence is one of the important modalities for survival as adults. Schools are expected to teach and train children's independence through activities that can foster children's self-reliance. One of them is through extracurricular scouts. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of activeness following extracurricular scout against the independence of students in grade V State Elementary School Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Year Teaching 2017/2018 as many as 19 students.This research is an ex post facto research and according to its method is kind of quantitative research. The population in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Instrument validity test using product moment correlation technique with SPSS version 16.00 and reliability test using alpha cronbach technique from SPSS program version 16.00. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the activity of extracurricular scouts on the independence of students of grade V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman with a positive coefficient value of independence. This can be shown on the value of determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.409, tcount of 3.429 and significance value of 0.003. Because the significance value shows the number <0,05 then it can be concluded that the activity follows extracurricular scout have positive effect on independence.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ind:Kemandirian merupakan salah satu modal penting untuk bertahan hidup ketika dewasa. Sekolah diharapkan mampu mengajarkan dan melatih kemandirian anak melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri anak. Salah satunya yaitu melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kemandirian siswa kelas V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 19 siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dan menurut metodenya merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrument menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00 dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik alpha cronbach dari program SPSS versi 16.00. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the use of Kahoot and the variation of questions on learning achievement with motivation as a moderator. The populations were the tenth-grade students of social sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo in the 2019/2020 academic year, with a sample of 81 students determined using a Cochran formula. The study adopted a descriptive verification method with ex-post facto and survey approaches. The collected data were analysed using a linear regression test with path analysis. The results indicate that there is an influence of the use of Kahoot media, the variation of questions, and learning motivation on the economic learning achievement among the tenth-grade students of social sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo in the academic year of 2019/2020.

The study aimed to describe (1) correlation between learning motivation with learning achievement of automotive vocational; (2) correlation between healthy live attitude with learning achievement of automotive vocational; and (3) correlation between learning motivation and healthy live attitudewith learning achievement of automotive vocational. This study was ex-post facto research. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used double regression. This study shows that there was a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation with learning achievement of automotive vocational; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation between healthy live attitude with learning achievement of automotive vocational; and (3) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and healthy live attitude with learning achievement of automotive vocational.

This study aims to reveal the influence of individual caring and organizational trust on organizational commitment of private LPTK lecturers in Medan city. This research design is classified as ex post facto research which has a causal relationship using a quantitative approThis research was conducted at private LPTKs throughout the city of Medan. This study was planned for 6 months. The population of this research is all lecturers who work in LPTK in Medan City. Based on data from each LPTK in Medan City, it was found that an overall population of 489 lecturersach. This research design uses a survey method. The data obtained from the measurement results were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The stages in data analysis to be carried out in this study are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results reveal that: 1. there is a significant effect of individual Carring variance on organizational trust. 2. there is a significant effect of Organizational Trust on Organizational Commitment.

This study shows that (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation with the learning achievement of automotive vocational among the eleventh grade students of state vocational school 2 Central Praya WestNusa Tengara in academic year 2014/2015 with the significant score 0,000 < 0,05; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation between attention parentswith the learning achievement of automotive vocational among the eleventh grade students of state vocational school 2 Central Praya Nusa Tengara Barat in academic year 2014/2015 with the significant score 0,000 < 0,05; and (3) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and parents’ attention toward the learning achievement of automotive vocational among the eleventh grade students of state vocational school 2 Central Praya WestNusa Tengara in academic year 2014/2015 with the significant score 0,000 < 0,05.

The study aimed to describe (1) correlation between vocational learning motivation with learning achivement of automotive electrical subject; (2) correlation between parents’ attention with learning achivement of automotive electrical subject of welding subject; and (3) correlation between vocational learning motivation and parents’ attention with learning achivement of automotive electrical subject. This study was ex-post facto research. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used double regression. This study shows that (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between vocational learning motivation with learning achievement with the significant score 0.022 < 0.05; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation between parents’ attention with learning achivement of automotive electrical subject  with the significant score 0.014 < 0.05; and (3) there was a positive and significant correlation between vocational learning motivation and parents’ attention with learning achivement of automotive electrical subject with the significant score 0.002 < 0.05. The score of determinant coefficient (R2) 0.237, it means that vocational learning motivation and parents’ attention gave a positive contribution 23.7% toward learning achivement of automotive electrical subject, while 76.3% was influenced by other factors that were not discussed in this study.

The objectives of this study are to describe; (1) the influence of  learning motivation on learning achievement of measuring tool subject  (2) the influence of  learning activeness in class on learning achievement of measuring tool subject; and (3) the influence of  learning motivation  and learning activeness in class on learning achievement of measuring tool subject . This results of the study was ex-post facto research. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used multiple regression. The study show that (1) there is positive and significant correlation between learning motivation with learning achievement of measuring tool subject; (2) there is  positive and significant correlation between learning activeness in class with learning achievement of measuring tool subject; and (3) there is positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and learning activeness in class with learning achievement of measuring tool subject.

The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of school organizational culture on the performance of teachers of public high schools in the city of Mataram. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The population of this study were all teachers of SMA 1 and SMA 5 Mataram, totaling 137. The study sample consisted of 58 teachers taken by probability sampling techniques. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical analysis namely simple regression test and multiple regression. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance of Public High Schools in Mataram City by 55.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the school's organizational culture, the performance of teachers in public high schools in the city of Mataram will increase.

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of parenting patterns in the learning motivation of students grade VII in Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga. This type of research is comparative causal research or it can be called ex post facto research, this research carried out in Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga. Subject of this research subjects were class VII students, amounting to 87 people from class VII A totaling 22 students, class VII B totaling 21 students, class VII C totaling 22 students and class VII D totaling 22 students. The methods for collects the data is by spreading questionnaires about parenting pattern based on Baumrind’s theory amounted to 30 questions, and learning motivation questionnaires based on Uno theory amounted to 25 questions. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 20. Computer program. Based on the results of the study there is no significant influence on parenting pattern towards the learning motivation of grade VII students in Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga, with parenting pattern only contributing influence of 3.9% with Sig 0.097> 0.050 on learning motivation. While the remaining 96.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keyword: Parenting Pattern, Learning Motivation

The objective of this research was to observe an effect of Entrepreneurship Achievement and Family Economic on Entrepreneurship Interest of XII Automotive Grade Students SMK Taman Karya Madya  Jetis Yogyakarta Year 2013/2014. While the hypotheses were (1) there was a positive effect of entrepreneurship achievement to the interest of entrepreneurship; (2) there was a positive effect of family economic to the interest of entrepreneurship; and (3) entrepreneurship achievement and family economic give a positive effect to entrepreneurship interest of XII Automotive Grade Students SMK Taman Karya Madya  Jetis Yogyakarta Year 2013/2014. This research included to ex-post facto research. The populations, which was the research sample, were 84 students of XII Grade Automotive Mechanical Engineering Program of SMK Taman Karya Madya  Jetis Yogyakarta Year 2013/2014. The methods of data collection were questionnaire and documentation. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data.  Partial correlation was used at first and second hypothesis test, while two multiple regression predictors was used at third hypothesis test that preceded with test requirements, which were test of normality, linearity and intercorrelations. The results showed that (1) entrepreneurship achievement give a positive and significant effect to the interest of entrepreneurship; (2) family economic give a positive and significant effect to the interest of entrepreneurship; and (3) entrepreneurship achievement and family economic give a positive and significant effect to entrepreneurship interest. These results indicated that entrepreneurship achievement and family economic effected the determining of entrepreneurship interest.
