eng:Independence is one of the important modalities for survival as adults. Schools are expected to teach and train children's independence through activities that can foster children's self-reliance. One of them is through extracurricular scouts. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of activeness following extracurricular scout against the independence of students in grade V State Elementary School Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Year Teaching 2017/2018 as many as 19 students.This research is an ex post facto research and according to its method is kind of quantitative research. The population in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Instrument validity test using product moment correlation technique with SPSS version 16.00 and reliability test using alpha cronbach technique from SPSS program version 16.00. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the activity of extracurricular scouts on the independence of students of grade V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman with a positive coefficient value of independence. This can be shown on the value of determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.409, tcount of 3.429 and significance value of 0.003. Because the significance value shows the number <0,05 then it can be concluded that the activity follows extracurricular scout have positive effect on independence.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ind:Kemandirian merupakan salah satu modal penting untuk bertahan hidup ketika dewasa. Sekolah diharapkan mampu mengajarkan dan melatih kemandirian anak melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri anak. Salah satunya yaitu melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kemandirian siswa kelas V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 19 siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dan menurut metodenya merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrument menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00 dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik alpha cronbach dari program SPSS versi 16.00. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana.

Education is an important thing at this time, especially in college. One form of education is practical activities carried out to improve student experience and understanding. Things that affect student competence are the competence of laboratory assistants, practical facilities, practical worksheets  and theoretical understanding. This study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of the competence of laboratory assistant practical facilities, practical jobsheets and theoretical understanding on the competence of students of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. This study is an ex-post facto research using quantitative research methods whose data were obtained using questionnaires and tests distributed to students of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who did practicum and then processed using the SPSS 25.0 application with simple linear regression analysis techniques and also regression double. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of the laboratory assistant competency variable, while the practical facilities variable, practical worksheet and theoretical understanding did not have a significant influence on the student competency variable. This study aims to analyze the effect of the research variables including the insertion of Islamic economics, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving at Islamic banks in high school/MA students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMA/MA Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School class XI IIS with a total of 378 and the number of samples used was 100 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the insertion of Islamic economics learning and the social environment had a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks, while product knowledge and religiosity variables had no effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. Simultaneously, the insertion of Islamic economics learning, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the students of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang.Key word: Economic Learning Insert Sharia Economics, Product Knowledge, Social Environment, Religiosity, Interest in Savings in Islamic Banks

This study aims to determine the method of adult Al-Qur'an education (Dirosa) on the ability to read the Koran. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the ex-post facto design. Determination of the sample is 50% of the population entitled 90, namely 45 research samples. The research data use questionnaire and test instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Before carrying out data analysis, the data were tested first, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis The results of the study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: (1) the method of adult Al-Quran education (Dirosa) as a whole respondents who answered always (SL) by 65%, who answered frequently (SR) by 30%, who answered sometimes (KD) for 5%, who answer rarely (JR) and never (TP) by 0%; (2) Ability to read al-Qur'an respondents with excellent predicate of 43 or 96%, good predicate of 2 or 4%, predicate sufficient, predicate less and predicate failed at 0 or 0%; (3) Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of adult Al-Qur'an education methods (variable X) on the ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) with the independent variable (method Dirosa) to the honest variable ( Qur'anic reading ability is 67.2%, while other variable costs. Significance value is 0,000 <0,05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) influence of the Dirosa (X) method variable on the ability to read the Qur'an (Y). In an effort to achieve a success, then the satisfaction of organizational communication is a very important factor, it ‘caused communication satisfaction is the result of a number of processes that are internal and external.Employees is one of the most important assets who participate in helping in the achievement effortof organizational goals that is realization of the vision and mission of the organization. Therefore, good cooperation between the organization and all employees are indispensable so that common goals can be realized. This research aims to find the influence of communication organizational satisfaction to employees performance in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city. This research uses quantitative research, the method used in this research is survey method. In this research, researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection technique. Sample in this study is all civil servants in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city numbered as many as 35 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simple linear regression test, obtained constant values from the regression variable employees performance that is equal 26,603. While the regression coefficient of the variable communication organization satisfaction is positive that is equal 0,462. This means that the variable communication organization satisfaction have a positive influence on variable employees performance that is equal 0,462. Based on t-test result, obtained t value of 3,874, greater than the table value of 2,034. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0rejected. This mean that the amount of significant influence among the variables communication organization satisfaction to employees performance of 31,3% while the rest 68,7% influenced by other variable.

Abstract:This study is an ex post facto that aimed to determine the effect of interpersonal communication between lecturers and students on the students’ learning motivation. The population included all 4th-semester students at the Department of Sharia and Islamic Economics of State Institute Islamic Institute of Bone, consisting of 210 students with the sample as many as 42 students. The methods of data collection were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using a simple linear regression test. Based on the calculation of the questionnaire score, it was known that the significance value obtained at 0.00 was stated to be smaller than the confidence level of 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that H0 was rejected, which means that there was an effect of Interpersonal Communication on the students’ learning motivation. While the R-squared value = 0.650, which means that the effect of interpersonal communication between the lecturers and students to the students’ learning motivation was 65% while 35% of students’ learning motivation was affected by other variables that are not the focus of this study. The results of this study proved that interpersonal communication between lecturers and students consisting of several indicators, namely the attitude of openness, empathy, support, positive attitude, and equality, has a positive effect on the students’ learning motivation.Abstrak:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dosen dan mahasiwa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 4 Jurusan Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Bone yang berjumlah 210 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 42 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor angket diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,00 dinyatakan lebih kecil dari taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sementara itu, nilai R Square = 0.650 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 65% sedangkan 35% motivasi belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator yakni adanya sikap keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, sikap positif, dan kesamaan/kesetaraan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between monetary operations on inflation in Indonesia. This research was also conducted to find out how monetary policy in Indonesia resolves the inflationary problems that occur. The independent variable in this study is monetary operations. Monetary operations in this study include conventional and sharia monetary operations. The dependent variable in this study is inflation. The research design used is quantitative research design using simple linear regression analysis techniques supported by the classical assumption test and statistical test with the help of SPSS v22 program. The sample of this study was monetary operations and Inflation from January 2017 to Mei 2020. The result of this research showed that the data are normally distributed, and free from multicollinearity. Then this research also shows that monetary operations have significant effect on inflation. Based on the research that has been carried out, it is known that this research is very important to be carried out as a reference for the government in solving the problem of inflation in Indonesia, considering that monetary operations are policies issued by the government in minimizing inflation.

Abstract  This research is aimed to analyze the effect of attachment on orientation prosocial behavior of Adolescents. The research was conducted at 2 State High School of Bekasi. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods using the Ex Post Facto design. The sampling technique in this study is proportionate stratified probability sampling with random sampling. The number of samples used in this study as many as 100 people. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is to test the regression by using SPSS 20. Based on the results of a calculation, a large effect (Adjusted R Square) variable attachment to orientation of prosocial behavior were 0.123 (12.3%), which means that attachment affects orientation of prosocial behavior as much as 12.3% and the remaining 87.7% is influenced by factors other than attachment. The results showed Ha received so it can be concluded that there is influence of attachment on orientation of prosocial behavior in adolescents in State High School (SMAN) 2 Bekasi.  Keywords: Attachment, Orientation, Prosocial Behavior, Adolescents

The study was to see the effect of scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with statistical analysis techniques used is simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all class VIII with the research sample consisting of one class which was taken using a random sampling technique. The technique used for data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and rehabilitation and test results taken from the achievement test and a questionnaire from the sample class. Prerequisite tests were carried out including normality tests, linearity tests. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant influence between scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang. This is evidenced by the value of and the significant value is, so accept. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang.

One of the difficulties of kanji learning is knowing the meaning of the kanji. This is a very vital thing because kanji is basically a symbol of meaning. Bushu is a kanji-forming factor that shows meaning. For this reason, this study wants to know the influence of bushu understanding on the ability to interpret kanji (a combination of kanji). The theory used in the research is the theory of bushu and kanji. This study using ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. The instrument in this study using a test. The test questions that have been made, are used to determine the level of understanding of bushu on interpreting kanji in Japanese education students 2015. The results showed that the average understanding of bushu respondents was 81.2. While the average understanding of bushu in interpreting the respondent's logo is 85.8. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the magnitude of the influence of bushu understanding (X) on the ability to interpreting kanji (Y) is 50.7%. while the remaining 49.3% is influenced by other factors besides understanding bushu (X). The conclusion of the results of this study is there is a strong influence between understanding bushu on the ability to interpret the meaning of kanji.

This study aims to determine whether Product Quality has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Speaking with quality and buying interest is certainly very tied to marketing. The essence of marketing according to Daryanto (2011) "marketing is a social and managerial process where individuals and groups get their needs and desires by creating, offering, and exchanging something of value with each other". This type of research is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using a skla likert research instrument, test validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study the influence of product quality is a variable that does not affect consumer buying interest. Then it can be concluded that product quality does not significantly influence consumer buying interest. If the quality of the product is good, there will be buying interest and consumers will feel satisfied. In this case, Pia Deisy's business must further improve product quality so that it will be more attractive and will have a good impact on Pia Deisy's home business.
