This study aims to determine the public perceptions around the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabilit Taqwa of Margomulyo Village, Tomoni Timur Subdistrict, East Luwu Regency, and to find out the interest of students to continue their study at Madrasah Tsanwiyah Sabilit Taqwa, Margomulyo Village, Tomoni Timur Subdistrict, East Luwu Regency, and to find out the significant relationship between people's perceptions and the interest of students continuing their studies at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabilit Taqwa. This research use descriptive quantitative and inferential research with ex-post facto research design that is symmetrical. The total population is 2037 consisting of 2003 people and class VII students as many as 34 students by sampling uses probability sampling and simple random sampling technique so that it is set to 100 societies while the determination of the sample for students with a total sampling technique so that 34 madrasah students class VII. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires, while the statistical analysis technique used was using the SPSS program ver. 20 for Windows.The results of SPSS data processing obtained an average score of public perception of 78.23 with a standard deviation of 7.477. Likewise, the average score of student interest is 79.50 with a standard deviation of 5,040. Based on the results of the study showed that public perceptions have a very strong relationship with the interest of students continuing their studies at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabilit Taqwa Margomulyo Village, Tomoni Timur District, East Luwu Regency with a significance level is 0.00 and the correlation coefficient level is 0.816. This shows that between public perceptions and the interest of students continuing their studies at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabilit Taqwa has a very strong and positive relationship

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Education Against Morals (Honest Behavior) of Class X Students in SMA 3 Palopo. This study uses a causal ex-post facto research design with a population of 277 class X students with sampling using a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling technique established by 73 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. The results of data processing obtained an average score of Islamic education, which is 86.40 with a standard deviation of 7.684 from the ideal score of 100. Similarly, the average score of honest behavior is 88.77 with a standard deviation of 5.760 of the ideal score of 100. The results his research shows that Islamic religious education has a significant influence on the honest behavior of class X students in SMA 3 Palopo with a percentage of 17.2%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The implication of this research is that if Islamic religious education is taught well it will have a big influence on the formation of the morality of students, the especially honest character which students will actualize in their daily lives both for themselves and for others.

This study aims to determine whether the impact of Yongmoodo military martial sports on the self-confidence of TNI-AD members. The method used is the ex post facto method which is a research method used to solve or answer the problems faced in the current situation. The population in this study were members of the Indonesian Armed Forces in the Army Pangalengan. The sample used amounted to 27 people selected through simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire with the number of questions used 35 questions with instrument reliability 0.893. The results of the test of significance level indicate that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 smaller than <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of Yongmoodo martial arts on the confidence of members of the Army. The results of processing the confidence percentage data were 91.78%, with sub-variables of confidence in self-ability 92.59%, optimistic 82.96%, objective 90.33%, and responsible 91.85%, rational and realistic 89, 38%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence on the yongmoodo military martial arts against the confidence of members of the TNI-AD SECATA, Pangalengan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi pribadi dan kompetensi profesional konselor terhadap minat siswa untuk mengikuti konseling perorangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Ex Post Facto. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 238 orang siswa melalui teknik pengambilan sampel simple random. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument skala kompetensi pribadi konselor, skala kompetensi profesional dan skala minat yang dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi kompetensi pribadi konselor dan kompetensi profesional konselor terhadap minat untuk mengikuti layanan konseling perorangan secara simultan sebesar 64,7% (F= 214.905; p<0.05). Kontribusi secara parsial untuk kompetensi pribadi konselor sebesar 61,1% (t= 19.241; p<0.05) dan kompetensi profesional konselor sebesar 38,7% (t= 12.210; p<0.05). Besaran kontribusi kompetensi pribadi konselor dan kompetensi profesional konselor secara simultan terbilang tinggi, sedangkan secara parsial dari masing-masing variabel memiliki kontribusi tinggi dan relatif sedang. Kompetensi pribadi konselor dan kompetensi profesional konselor bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap minat siswa untuk mengikuti konseling perorangan.    The purpose of this research is to know the contribution of personal competence and professional competence of counselor to student's interest to follow individual counseling. This type of research is Ex Post Facto. The subjects of this study amounted to 238 students through a simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using the instrument of personal competence scale of counselor, the scale of professional competence and the scale of interest that is analyzed by multiple regression. The result of the research shows the contribution of personal competence of counselor and professional competence of counselor to the interest to follow individual counseling service simultaneously equal to 64,7% (F = 214.905; p <0.05). Partial contribution to personal counselor's competence is 61.1% (t = 19.241, p <0.05) and professional counselor competence of 38.7% (t = 12.210; p <0.05). The amount of personal competence contribution of counselor and professional competence of counselor is simultaneously high, while partially from each variable has high contribution and relatively medium. The personal competence of counselors and counselor professional competencies together contributes positively to student interest in individual counseling.

Renewable energy in Nigeria suffers decades of negative public perception and poor understanding. However, current literature shows that technology developers and investors have made far-reaching steps toward improving renewable energy efficiency, giving newspapers strong basis to change the narrative. This study examines the themes, frames, and actors in renewable energy stories to ascertain whether newspapers are changing the narrative. The study adopts Framing Theory to explain the underlying importance of newspapers in shaping public perceptions. Using simple random sampling technique, the study selects four of Nigeria’s 24 national newspapers, with 364 editions as sample size. Findings indicate that newspapers cover a wide range of themes, which researchers see as areas of need. However, framing of themes and actors reflect more of pessimism than progress. Type of actors in stories significantly predicts type of frames used. Government is the most dominant actor, and newspapers frame it as an influencer and policy driver in renewable energy. Newspapers frame investors as technology-driven players, whereas consumers, apart from receiving low attention, are passive actors. The study concludes that too much use of news as content sacrifices the interpretive frames needed to contextualize renewable energy events and actors to influence public perception. The newspapers do not therefore address formerly held negative perceptions of renewable energy in Nigeria.

This study aimed to know the effect of personality on speaking skills of Language Departement in SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. The population in this study were 106 students from 3 classes. Purposive Sampling was used as the sampling technique in this study. The number of samples in this study were 70 students, consisting of 30 introvert students and 40 students with extrovert personalities. The research method was Ex Post Facto research design. The data were analyzed by using T-test and the significance level was α = 0.005. The data were collected by using questionnaire and test. The results showed that there was an effect of personality on students’ speaking skills, with the significance value 0,000 less than 0.005 and it was seen from the average score of extrovert students’ speaking skills was 83.47 meanwhile the average score of introvert students’ speaking skills was 79.60. So, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Background and Study Aim: The main purpose behind the study was to establish the challenges in relation to the acquisition of life skills among university student-athletes of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The study assessed the extent to which the concern existing resources, facilitators, and trainer attitude influences life skills acquisition among student-athletes. Material and Methods: Descriptive survey research design was followed to obtain desirable results. The target population of this study consisted of all those who participated in different sport at the university level of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan. Amongst them, we selected a representative sample (n=389 fifty 50% of the total population) with the help of a simple random sampling technique. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version, 24 was used to code and analyse the data. The hypotheses were tested by applying statistical tests like Step-wise regression and independents sample t-test. The significance level of 0.05 was fixed to accept or reject the set hypotheses. Results: Findings of the study indicated that existing resources, facilitators, and trainer/coach attitude significantly influences life skills acquisition among student-athletes (.001, .001 & .000 < .05). The analysed data revealed no significantly difference regarding extent to which specific challenges such as existing resources, facilitators, and trainer attitude influences the acquisition of life skills (.500, .133 & .149 > .05). Conclusions: The findings of the study revealed that all participants have agreed upon the importance of life skills. Therefore, the life skills course might be considered as an integral part of every educational curriculum of Pakistan. It is suggested that a minimum of 2 hours per week may be included in the educational curriculum of each discipline.

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.     The result of observation shows that the students' understanding of physics science subject is still low. Many teachers still use conventional methods. Students just listen and take notes. Therefore, the use of appropriate and varied learning models is expected to help students in understanding a concept. One alternative of physics learning that can help students understand the concept is through pictorial riddle learning method. This pictorial riddle learning method uses a riddle of drawings on a whiteboard, poster or projected from a transparency then the teacher asks questions relating to the riddle. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of pictorial riddle learning method on the understanding of physics concepts class IX students semester 1 SMP Negeri 2 Painan 2015/2016 academic year. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The research population is all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Painan. The sample used is class IX-2 as experiment class and IX-3 as control class. The variable in this research is the students' concept understanding on the magnetism materials, with the experimental control group design pre test post test. Data retrieval is done through the test in the form of free description and analyzed using simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and test of significance in microsoft excel. The results of data analysis showed the relationship between variables expressed in a simple regression equation Y = 51.99 + 0.4286. The value of correlation coefficient 0,5787 with enough criterion (0,5 <r <0,8) value 0,3348 and coefficient of determination equal to 33,5% and> (3,175> 2,015) at significance level 5%, which mean study pictorial Riddle method effect of 33.5% on the understanding of student physics concepts. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence and quite significant method of learning pictorial riddle on the understanding of students' concepts on magnetism materials.

The tourism business is one of the mainstays of West Bandung Regency. One of them is the Cihideung agro-tourism area. This potential agro-tourism area requires cooperation from various related parties in order to develop better. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the partnership effectiveness in developing the Cihideung agro-tourism area. This research method uses a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. The target population in this study are the parties who partner in the development of the Cihideung agro-tourism area, West Bandung Regency. The sample size in this study was 45 people obtained by the simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques by means of field studies, interviews and literature studies. The data were processed using Exploratory Analysis Factor (EFA). The results showed that the factors that affect the partnership effectiveness in developing the agro-tourism area of Cihideung, West Bandung Regency are Vision and Communication, Commitment and Partners, Vision of Partnership, Data Integration, Incentives and Information, Results and Progress, Joint Ownership and Outcome Accountability. A total of 2 factor points from which must be reduced from 26 factor points so as to produce 24 factor points that are truly dominant and form the effectiveness of the partnership. Overall, the partnership effectiveness was in the high category with an average score of 3.95. Vision and Communication factor is the most dominant factor, which is equal to 40.142%. Bisnis pariwisata merupakan salah satu andalan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Salah satunya adalah kawasan agrowisata Cihideung. Kawasan agrowisata potensial ini memerlukan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak terkait agar berkembang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah para pihak yang bermitra dalam pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 orang yang didapatkan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi lapangan, wawancara dan studi literatur. Data diolah menggunakan Exploratory Analysis Factor (EFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat adalah Visi dan Komunikasi, Komitmen dan Mitra, Visi Kemitraan, Integrasi Data, Insentif dan Informasi, Hasil dan Kemajuan, Kepemilikan Bersama dan Akuntabilitas Hasil. Sebanyak 2 butir faktor dari yang harus direduksi dari 26 butir faktor sehingga menghasilkan 24 butir faktor yang benar-benar dominan dan mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan. Secara keseluruhan, efektivitas kemitraan berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,95. Faktor Visi dan Komunikasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yaitu sebesar 40,142%.

The aim of this study to know the influence of divergent thinking ability and self reliance learning towards students learning results. This is an ex-post facto research, the samples was 102 students from ninth class SMPN 24 Makassar. The instruments was divergent thinking skills test, koesioner self reliance learning, and test of student’s mathematical learning results. The results of a descriptive analysis showed that the ability to think divergent students in middle category with average score 55.91, standard deviation 10.623 of the 100 ideal score with percentage 42.42%. The self reliance of learning students in the high category with average score 60.03, standard deviation 6.528 of the 80 ideal score with percentage 74.2%. The results of students learning in the good categorized with average score 80.77, standard deviation 6.416 of the 100 ideal score with percentage 53%. The result of inferential analysis shows that the divergent thinking ability positively and significantly affects the learning results of 0.183. Self reliance learning also positively and significantly affect the learning results of 0.101. The results of inferential show that divergent thinking ability and self reliance learning simultaneously influence the results of mathematics learning students with regression equation Y=70,119+0,009X1+0,181X2. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kemampuan berpikir divergen dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian ex-post facto, dengan mengambil sampel dari siswa kelas IX SMPN 24 Makassar sebanyak 102 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan berpikir divergen, kuesioner kemandirian belajar dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukan bahwa kemampuan berpikir divergen siswa dikategorikan sedang dengan skor rata-rata 55,91 dan standar deviasi 10,623 dari skor ideal 100 dengan persentase 42,42%. Kemandirian belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata 60,03 dan standar deviasi 6,528 dari skor ideal 80 dengan persentase 74,2%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa dikategorikan baik dengan skor rata-rata 80,77 dan standar deviasi 6,416 dari skor ideal 100 dengan persentase 53%. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir divergen terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 0,183, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 0,101, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kemampuan berpikir divergen dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika persamaan regresi Y = 70,119 + 0,009X1 + 0,181X2
