Academic procrastination is the behavior of students who delay in completing academic assignments that have a bad effect with the tasks are increasingly piled up and abandoned, do not pay attention to deadlines of tasks that should be completed which have an impact on students' psychic and psychological. Academic procrastination is basically influenced by 2 factors: internal factors are related to individual disposition and external factors in the form of outside factors that come from psychosocial and environmental aspects.Theoretical analysis of student academic procrastination with an understanding of the understanding of academic procrastination, history of procrastination, characteristics of academic procrastination, factors of academic procrastination, measurement of academic procrastination, and academic procrastination of an Islamic perspective. A comprehensive understanding of academic procrastination will reduce the failure of students to carry out academic assignments and achieve outstanding academic achievement.

Berlatar belakang keilmuan informatika para mahasiswa belum menunjukan minat menjadi seorang teknopreneur. Kegiatan-kegiatan selama proses pembelajaran, Lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat dan pendidikan merupakan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi seseorang memiliki minat menjadi wirausaha. Faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat teknopreneur adalah faktor internal diantaranya sikap dan mental, intensi berwirausha, efikasi diri, kebutuhan akan prestasi, kesiapan instrument, gender, prestasi akademik dan pengalaman kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan N-ach terhadap minat teknopreneuer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitaif serta teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan variabel terikat yaitu minat teknopreneur sedangkan variabel bebas adalah efikasi diri dan N-Ach. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner diberikan kepada 240 mahasiswa yang telah menerima mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dipilih secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian yaitu efikasi diri dan N-ach turut mempengaruhi secara signifikan minat teknoprenuer. Minat mahasiswa informatika untuk menjadi teknopreneuer sebesar 40% dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri dan N-ach dan sebesar 60% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model. Kata Kunci:  Teknopreneur, Minat, Efikasi diri, N-Ach AbstractStudents with informatics backgrounds have not shown an interest in becoming a technopreneur. Activities during the learning process, family environment, and the community are external factors that affect a person having an interest in being an entrepreneur. Other factors that can influence technopreneur interest are internal factors including attitude and mentality, entrepreneurship intentions, self-efficacy, need for achievement, instrument readiness, gender, academic achievement and work experience. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and N-ach on teknopreneuer's interest. The research uses a quantitative approach and analysis techniques using multiple regression with the dependent variable is technopreneur interest while the independent variables are self-efficacy and N-Ach. Data collection using a questionnaire was given to 240 students who had received entrepreneurship courses and were chosen at simple random sampling. The results of the research explain self-efficacy and N-ach also significantly influence the interest of technoprenuer. The interest of informatics students to become a technopreneuer by 40% is influenced by self-efficacy and N-ach and by 60% is influenced by other factors outside the model.Keywords: Technopreneur, Interest, Self-efficacy, N-Ach

Analysis of 188 black undergraduates' beliefs concerning influence of some selected factors on their academic achievement indicated that, for the females, academic achievement was believed to be significantly more affected by internal factors than by external ones, and for Ss whose mothers had more education than fathers. Ss desire, efforts, abilities, knowledge about coursework, and educational background were ranked as the five most influential internal factors, while luck, difficulty of curriculum, instructors' fairness, rewards from others, and value attached to grade were ranked as the five least influential external factors.

AbstractStudents less fully aware of the existence of themselves as the next generation and the future of the nation reflection. Consciousness as an independent, full responsibility mature human yet fully visible in the figure ofthe students, so the motivation for achievement sometimes not realized. They are often seen involved in the demonstrations, fights, involved in the activities of political organizations, even unconsciously they entered inforbidden religious organizations. The sample of this research is the students of Communication Science FISIP Undip class in 2013 and 2014 with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique, which will take 15% of the number of students. The researcher conducted a sample calculation using the formula of Frank Lynch.1The variable research are the Lecturer Communication Competence and Self-Concept of Student as independent variables, the Student Academic Achievement as the dependent variable. Based on statistical test by using Pearson correlation and multiple correlation using SPSS version 21 indicates that there is no relationship between the variables of communication competence of lecturers, and students’ academic achievement. It can be seen from the significant value of both variables showed the 0.784> 0.05. So Ho accepted and Ha rejected. Student self-concept variables are not related to students’ academic achievement. It can be seen from the significant value of both variables that showed the number 0.998> 0.05. Then Ho accepted and Ha rejected. From the results of research conducted by Erli Zaenal about the factors were associated with grade point of Third Semester Midwifery Student of Health Polytechnic Bengkulu, it is known that academic achievements are influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include intelligence, motivation, habits, anxiety, interests and so on. While external factors include a family environment, school environment, community, socio-economic situation, and so on.Keywords: Communication Competence, Self-Concept, Academic Achievement

The cultural values of the indigenous peoples in the form of local wisdom are identities and guidelines that must be upheld. Currently, the cultural values of the indigenous peoples in the islands are already at a weakening of their identity. So that the purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding to the indigenous people of the island of Asilulu to maintain the beauty values that have been preserved since the time of their ancestors several hundred years ago. The method used in this research is qualitative in the form of case studies to re-explore the cultural values of society. It should be noted that the people in this country are experiencing a weakening of cultural values which is marked by the loss of some traditional institutions that were previously preserved and upheld. This attenuation occurs as a result of the influence of external factors and internal factors in society. The results of the research prove that the community has the desire to revive these cultural values.

Sulisti Afriani dan Sulisti Afriani: The purpose of this study was to determine the SWOT analysis is applied to the marketing strategy in the House and the House Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. Data collection methods used were a questionnaire method to distribute a list of questions to respondents. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis to determine the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats), which will then be incorporated into the SWOT matrix.The results of this study showed that factor analysis in the table "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925, while the factor of "Threat" (Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. From the data in the two tables, it is known that the total score of each factor can be specified that the factor of "Strength (Strength)" has a total score of 1,662 while the factors of weakness (Weakness) has a total score of 1,328. And the factor of "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925 while the threat factor "(Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. It is known the value of "Strength (Strength)" beyond the differences of weakness (Weakness) of (+) 0.334 where the value is obtained from 1.662 to 1.328, and the value of the "Opportunities" (Opportunity) under the value of Threat "(Treaths) difference (-) 0.281 where the value is obtained from 0.925 to 1.206. This study discusses how the level of student academic procrastination in completing the final project is motivated by the existence of internal factors and external factors that exist in students. The purpose of this study was to see how the students' academic procrastination in completing their final project. The research design used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of BKI FUAD IAIN Langsa who had passed the minimum threshold for completion of the study period. In this study, data collection using an academic procrastination questionnaire with r= 9.00. The results showed that students had a variety of academic procrastination. Medium procrastination was 64 people 52.3%, while in the high category there were 57 people  46.34%, some other students were in the very high category as many as 2 people 1.63%, while in the low and very low category, namely 0 %. Overall, the students' academic procrastination was in the medium category with an average score of 53.37%. Based on the results of the research obtained, it shows that final year students need to be given treatment in order to be able to overcome the procrastination they have.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP SELF DIRECTED LEARNING READINESS DAN PRESTASI AKADEMIKAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik mahasiswa, faktor internal, dan faktor eksternal terhadap self directed learning readiness (SDLR) dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa serta menganalisis pengaruh SDLR terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain survei terhadap 111 mahasiswa tahun ke-IV Program Studi Sarjana Kedokteran Universitas Tadulako dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur faktor internal, faktor eksternal, dan SDLR. Indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa digunakan untuk mengukur prestasi akademik. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantu analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode alternatif berbasis variance atau component based SEM yang disebut Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik mahasiswa dan faktor internal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap SDLR dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa, sedangkan faktor eksternal tidak berpengaruh terhadap SDLR dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Faktor yang memberikan pengaruh yang lebih tinggi terhadap SDLR dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa adalah faktor internal. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa SDLR tidak berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian prestasi akademik mahasiswa. AbstractThis study was aimed at analyzing the influence factors of student characteristics, the internal factors, and external factors of self-directed learning readiness (SDLR) and student academic achievement as well as the influence factors of SDLR on student academic achievement. This study was conducted by using a survey design on 111 students of the fourth year of Tadulako University Medical Undergraduate Program by using questionnaires to measure internal factors, external factors, and SDLR. The students’ cumulative grade point (GPA) was used to indicate academic achievement. The data were analyzed quantitatively using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools with alternative variance or component based SEM method called Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that the characteristics of the students and the internal factors significantly affect the SDLR and the students’ academic achievement, while the external factors have no effect on the SDLR and the students’ academic achievement. The factors that have a higher effect on SDLR and student achievement are internal factors. The results also show that SDLR does not affect the students’ academic achievement.

One of the responsibilities of students is to work on academic tasks in a disciplined manner. The problem that arises is when students have a tendency to delay their academic assignments. This is called academic procrastination. Academic procrastination is procrastinating behavior in carrying out academic assignments. One of the internal factors that is important to study related to procrastination is academic self-concept. Self-concept becomes a personality style that is important to be explored further in research on procrastination because a person tends to act in line with the self-concept possessed. There have been many studies conducted related to procrastination. Internal factors of academic procrastination aside from psychological factors also have physiological factors such as neuro activity. This research was conducted at SMAN 44 Jakarta in April-May 2018. The research method used was quantitative descriptive method. The sample used is 120 XI MIPA students. Based on the calculation results obtained normal and homogeneous distributed data. The result of hypothesis testing shows that academic self concept has negative correlation with academic procrastination and rxy is -0473. The academic self concept has a contribution of 22.4% in determining the academic procrastination of learners on Biology subjects. This research  implies that the importance of improving students 'academic self-concept, especially for teachers, is expected to be able to do Biology learning with methods that can develop students' academic self-concept.

Child prostitution in Indramayu has been done for generations and has been formed into a tradition. Prostitution in Indramayu known as the luru duit meaning work for money or livelihood. Referring to the meaning of luru duit, shows that prostitution has been accepted as a form of work, similar to another forms of work. This study aims to identify the factors that influence luru duit phenomenon. Research uses the Etno-phenomenological method. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documents. The result shows luru duit is a planned behavior, it can be seen from three factors interacting. Internal factors include a positive attitude on materialism, the motivation to follow the views of others, the perception of ease on doing luru duit. External factors include micro and macro level. At the micro level includes the ability to access opportunities, namely the lack of jobs and poor education. At the macro level includes social situations, for example, early marriage and divorce as well as the situation of a long history of forming Bong village as the sender area of women for prostitution. The phenomenon of luru duit facilitates by the presence of the figure of the channel. Chanel as a liaison has amode in two ways, namely using violence method, coercion and fraud. The second way is to utilize the victim and the victim's parents desire for a better life in a way to seduce with money.

This study aims to determine the usefulness level of accounting information (on cash basis and accrual basis) in central goverment agencies internal decision-making process. In addition, this study also aims to determine the influence of the organization’s external factors, the organization's internal factors and Individual Actor’s Characteristic Related Factors on the level of use of accounting information in central goverment agencies internal decision making.The research show that  level of accrual accounting information use in the context of internal decision making is high. In addition it showed differences between  level of cash-based accounting information use and accrual-based accounting information use. This study also addressed that the organization’s external factors, the organization's internal factors and individual actor’s characteristic related factors significantly influence both level of accounting information use  on cash basis and accrual basis in the internal decision-making. Except for the organization’s external factors  did not significantly affect the level of accrual accounting information use  in the internal decision-making.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kegunaan informasi akuntansi (berbasis kas dan akrual) dalam proses pengambilan keputusan internal Unit Akuntansi Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (UAKPA). Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor eksternal organisasi, faktor internal organisasi dan faktor karakteristik individu pengguna terhadap tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan internal Unit Akuntansi Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (UAKPA).Temuan peneliti menunjukan bahwa tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi berbasis akrual tinggi dalam rangka pengambilan keputusan internal. Selain itu penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan tingkat penggunaan antara informasi akutansi berbasis kas dan informasi akutansi berbasis akrual. Penelitian juga menujukan bahwa faktor eksternal organisasi, faktor internal organisasi dan faktor karakteristik individu pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi (berbasis kas dan akrual) dalam pengambilan keputusan internal. Kecuali untuk faktor eksternal organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi akrual dalam pengambilan keputusan internal.
