The intent of the study was to obtain data on the incidence of female sexual fantasy and on the relationship of background, personality, and attitudinal factors to the quantity of sexual fantasies. The participants were 102 university women students between the ages of 19 and 45 yr. An original Female Sexual Fantasy Questionnaire, a short form of the Attitude Toward Women Scale, the 16 PF, and the background variables of age, sexual experience, marital status, and religion provided data for the analysis. Conclusions were that 99% of the women engaged in sexual fantasy at least occasionally and that age, sexual experience, anxiety, independence, and liberal attitudes toward women are all related to frequency of sexual fantasy.

Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach (CTL) is one form of approach that can be said to be capable and very suitable to be a model of appropriate learning when applying the form of material in the classroom. Learning the form of CTL is closely related to the context, atmosphere or circumstances that can be interpreted also as learning related to a particular atmosphere. Talking about the atmosphere has to do with the use of the time form also known as tense. A little interesting about the Simple Future Tense that is raised to the core of learning because of this Tense became one of the important parts in the use of Grammar on learning English where we can express or declare actions in the future. This form uses the word 'will' and 'shall' (short form:’ll) plus infinitive. Besides using the form of 'going to' to be able to declare the time to come and the intention of the speaker to do something, for example I'm going to stop smoking '. CTL's role can make learning more effective and even create a fun and non-boring atmosphere, providing experiences that are closely related to the real world of learners and using a variety of learning resources; and therefore the method on CTL can provide understanding, development of science, the develop of knowledge and contextual understanding of learners about the relationship of subjects with what found learners in everyday life. Keywords : CTL, BE GOING TO vs WILL

Recent research has linked sexual assaults with disordered eating behaviors. Whether the relationship of the perpetrator, intrafamilial or extrafamilial, affects the development of disturbed eating is not known. Using data from 390 university women, we found that women with histories of intrafamilial assaults were more likely to suffer a serious eating problem (17 of 36 subjects, 47%) than women who had no history of sexual assault (30 of 142 subjects, 21%) and women who only reported extrafamilial assaults (76 of 212 subjects, 36%).

The influence of sex, sex guilt, and sexual experience on college students sexual fantasies was examined. Twenty-one males and forty-nine females handed in at least three written-out sexual fantasies which were rated on a fantasy checklist. Male fantasies were found to be more explicit, and mention group sex more often than female fantasies. Females mentioned themes of romance and commitment more often than males. Sexually experienced subjects tended to have more explicit fantasies than sexually less experienced subjects. The level of sex guilt did not discriminate among subjects. Subjects who defined themselves as nonreligious had more explicit and richer sexual fantasies.

Abstract The authors used data from a sample of 1465 adults living in the United States to perform a confirmatory factor analysis on the Weather Salience Questionnaire (WxSQ), a 29-item instrument designed to measure the ways in which weather is psychologically significant for people. The original measurement model of the WxSQ was confirmed in the present sample. Additional work also was performed to create a WxSQ short form consisting of seven items. The authors then examined the relationship of weather salience with the respondents’ climate zones of residence and several other weather-related attitudes and behaviors that were assessed in the national sample. People residing in continental and temperate climates expressed significantly more weather salience than those living in dry climates. Further, weather salience was significantly and positively related to the following: 1) the frequency with which people sought weather information and forecasts, 2) the frequency of seeking weather information during the day, 3) the frequency of using forecasts to plan daily activities, 4) seeking weather information for wider geographic areas, and 5) the use of precipitation and temperature forecasts. Weather salience also was significantly and positively related to the confidence people expressed about National Weather Service forecasts and to the perceived importance of these forecasts. The results imply that peoples’ level of weather salience, at least in part, affects their uses of weather information and their confidence in it. These results support the validity of the WxSQ and also reveal some of the psychological bases of people’s perceptions and uses of weather information.

Introduction: Several factors play the role of barriers to GP-s and most of them avoid discussing the erectile dysfunction (ED) problem with their patients, even though a part of the patients hope the doctor would initiate such a discussion. Taking into account the relationship of ED with a number of socially significant diseases, these barriers impede the diagnostic process. Objective: To identify possible barriers to Bulgarian primary care physicians to address and discuss the ED problem with their patients. Materials and methods: The opinions of 12 GP-s from the town of Plovdiv, randomly selected, were studied using qualitative research methods, interview with standard open-ended questions, asked by the research investigator. An audio recording was made and transcribed by the interviewer and by two other research investigators. The obtained data are the result of a consensus. Results: Even though the majority of participants point out that doctors do not avoid and should not avoid commenting on problems, related to the sex life of their patients, only one participant declared to always raise this issue before them. Constraining factors (barriers), pointed out by the colleagues, are lack of training in this aspect of health, also lack of training in asking intimate questions, the perception that sex problems of patients are not among "essential" diseases, associated with "survival", refusal of the patient, lack of time, waiting for the patient to raise this issue first and "personal taboos" of the doctor himself. The respondents point that doctors share the same inhibitions as their patients, as they are a part of the same society and are influenced by various cultural factors. Other factors, that play role of a barrier, are patient – physician gender discordance, lack of confidence and lack of experience with the patients with ED, physician personal sexual experience, when doctors do not apply holistic approach and when physicians do not percept ED as a disease. Conclusion: This survey is the first of its kind in Bulgaria. The results of the survey show that a variety of factors, including factors, related to doctor's personality, acts as barriers that impede doctors from proactively asking about and discussing sexuality issues and ED in particular. The overcoming of these barriers would present an opportunity to improve the therapeutic result.

BACKGROUND: Health anxiety is often associated with musculoskeletal symptoms and gender, but there are limited studies that investigate these relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic. OBJECTIVE: We aimed to compare the genders regarding health anxiety and musculoskeletal symptoms during the COVID-19 pandemic and to investigate the relationship of musculoskeletal symptoms with physical activity and health anxiety. METHODS: Assessments were performed through an online questionnaire. Eighty-five males and eighty-five females were included by matching genders in terms of age, body mass index, education level, number of days spent at home during the pandemic, and physical activity. The Short Health Anxiety Inventory, the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form, and the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire were used to assess health anxiety, physical activity, and musculoskeletal symptoms, respectively. RESULTS: Females had a higher level of health anxiety and more musculoskeletal symptoms than males (p< 0.05). There were weak to moderate correlations in females and weak correlations in males between musculoskeletal symptoms and health anxiety (p< 0.05). Also, a weak negative correlation was found between physical activity and musculoskeletal symptoms in both genders (p< 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Females are more anxious and have more musculoskeletal symptoms during the pandemic than males. Also, health anxiety is related to musculoskeletal symptoms in both genders.
