Abstract The article aims to reconstruct the conceptualization of KÆRLIGHED (LOVE) in Old Danish (1100–1515). In the first part of the study, the structure of the concept in Old Danish is analyzed, and parallels are drawn to the modern-day concept of KÆRLIGHED, the most significant differences being registered in the subcategories of PATRIOTISM and ROMANTIC LOVE, as well as in connection with the sense ‘love to do’. In the following parts of the study, the most important aspects and conceptual metaphors of Old Danish KÆRLIGHED are revealed, demonstrating a great influence of Christian values. Lastly, the nouns ælskhugh and kærlikhet are analyzed, and the difference between them is described as a different profiling of the various aspects of KÆRLIGHED, such as JOY and PLEASURE.

In the process of grinding precision balls, the motion state of balls has an important influence on the efficiency and quality. However, the normal movement of balls will be damaged because of slipping, so it must be avoided. Besides, to process different materials of balls, it should use different processing parameters. This paper studies a numerical analysis on the kinematic characteristics of the motion of balls, analyzes processing parameters which impact the motion of balls during grinding and the difference of the motion state of bearing balls and resin balls. Study shows grinding pressure and plate speed have a great influence to the motion of balls during grinding.

“Confucian script” 儒字 (chữ Nho) has become a unique name used to refer to the “Chinese script” 漢字 (chữ Hán) in Vietnamese. The integration between Chinese script and Confucianism had progressed through monarchical centuries, motivated by Vietnam’s political tradition. Supported by rulers of the country, Chinese script overwhelmed the difference of languages, became the official writing system, and therefore held great influence on important activities of government such as administration, diplomacy, education, and employment. By looking carefully at how Vietnamese monarchs managed to manipulate the Chinese script, Nôm script, and Confucianism to serve their political purposes, we stress that it was Confucianism that served as the link tying the Chinese script with Vietnamese rulers. This link was so strong that the Chinese script remained the dominant form of writing even with the invention of the “Nôm script” 喃字 (chữ Nôm), which was a vernacular system developed to write the Vietnamese language. Furthermore, because Confucianism itself was the spiritual core of the Chinese monarchical structure, Vietnamese rulers learned from the Chinese model by way of the Chinese script when building their own independent state. Confucianism was viewed as the core of Chinese culture.

Studying the diagrams of characteristics of complex subsystem of mechatronic one it has been determined that in case of approximate method the resonance frequencies cover with those which have been determined with exact method. However the values of the characteristic in other areas are different. Therefore there is the mistake of approximate method, which in case of studying the single systems does not have any influence because in resonance areas the characteristic values of the system approach to the infinity. However the difference in values of flexibility within two methods has the great influence on the result of complex systems. The main subject of deliberation was to determine the flexibility of the complex system with constant cross section using the exact and approximate that means Galerkin's method. The mechanical and/or mechatronic system composed from many mechanical subsystems having the same length and variable cross section, loaded by the focused moment was analysed. One case of attachment the complex system that means free torsional vibrating bar were examined. That why it was necessary to correct the results of approximate method. The problems presented in this paper, that means the analysis of subsystem of mechatronic and mechanical complex systems is however the introduction to the synthesis of torsional vibrating mechatronic systems with assumed frequency spectrum.

Accurate estimates of evapotranspiration (ET) in arid ecosystems are important for sustainable water resource management due to competing water demands between human and ecological environments. Several empirical remotely sensed ET models have been constructed and their potential for regional scale ET estimation in arid ecosystems has been demonstrated. Generally, these models were built using combined measured ET and corresponding remotely sensed and meteorological data from diverse sites. However, there are usually different vegetation types or mixed vegetation types in these sites, and little information is available on the estimation uncertainty of these models induced by combining different vegetation types from diverse sites. In this study, we employed the most popular one of these models and recalibrated it using datasets from two typical vegetation types (shrub Tamarix ramosissima and arbor Populus euphratica) in arid ecosystems of northwestern China. The recalibration was performed in the following two ways: using combined datasets from the two vegetation types, and using a single dataset from specific vegetation type. By comparing the performance of the two methods in ET estimation for Tamarix ramosissima and Populus euphratica, we investigated and compared the accuracy of ET estimation at the site scale and the difference in annual ET estimation at the regional scale. The results showed that the estimation accuracy of daily, monthly, and yearly ET was improved by distinguishing the vegetation types. The method based on the combined vegetation types had a great influence on the estimation accuracy of annual ET, which overestimated annual ET about 9.19% for Tamarix ramosissima and underestimated annual ET about 11.50% for Populus euphratica. Furthermore, substantial difference in annual ET estimation at regional scale was found between the two methods. The higher the vegetation coverage, the greater the difference in annual ET. Our results provide valuable information on evaluating the estimation accuracy of regional scale ET using empirical remotely sensed ET models for arid ecosystems.

A number of factors affect predictions of rumen degradability of feedingstuffs when using thein saccotechnique (Lindberg, 1983). One factor which exerts a great influence is the bag cloth aperture (Lindberg & Knutson, 1981; Lindberg & Varvikko, 1982). Without doubt part of the difference in degradation between pore sizes can be explained by differences in particulate matter losses (Lindberg & Knutsson, 1981; Lindberg & Varvikko, 1982). It has, however, also been suggested that the differences between pore sizes are due to the combined effect of differences in liquid exchange between the bags and the rumen contents and on the selection of microbes entering the bags (Lindberg & Varvikko, 1982).

This research sheds light on the phenomenon of the separation between the verb and its object in the Holy Quran and I have stopped, within the framework of that, at the phenomenon of separation among linguists and rhetoricians, and then a discussion of the overlap of the separation with advancing, postponing, and addition, and then a discussion of the difference between separation and objection then talked about the difference between syntactic separation and rhetoric separation. After collecting many pieces of evidence, it became evident that this separation has precise illustrative connotations, unique rhetorical meanings, and that each context has its role in guiding the significance of the separator. The Quranic versified style has followed a miraculous course; its methods are varied, and its methods have differed that led to a great influence on the uniqueness and accuracy of its illustration and strength of its focus. The study relied on the descriptive inductive method.

Linguistics and psychological schools of thought had a great influence on language acquisition theories It is still under discussion whether second language acquisition is easy or effortless for adults to learn or not.  In non-teaching environments, children can learn their native language quickly, whereas adults cannot. Many researchers believe that adults can quickly acquire a second language due to their high level of cognition clear, logical thinking and strong self-observation skills, while some linguistics researchers consider that it is difficult for adults to develop a second-language acquisition. Therefore, this paper explores to what extent the theories of behavioral and cognitive influence adult acquisition in the second language process. This study considered that these theories have highlighted the difference between the way that children and adults learn to the point that adults appear to “lift the bar” unrealistically when they try to learn an additional language. The novelty of this study is in how the analysis gave a new direction for adult language acquisition theorists to guide adults to mimic children’s way of acquisitioning their first language.

The purpose of this study is to determine the legality principle according to positive criminal law in Indonesia and Islamic criminal law and to find out the comparison between the legality principle according to positive criminal law and Islamic criminal law. This type of research used in this research is using library research or known as literature research. The principle of legality in Indonesia's positive criminal law is a very fundamental principle. Because the principle of legality in criminal law is important to determine whether a criminal law regulation can be treated against a criminal act that occurs. In Islamic criminal law, the legality principle has a great influence on the judge's power, because the judge's power is very broad compared to the judge in positive law where the judge does not have sufficient power to act against the crime maker in accordance with the public interest. Comparison of the principle of legality between Islamic law and positive law. Whereas the application of the legality principle to positive criminal law and Islamic criminal law has similarities and differences. The similarity is that both apply the principle of legality in the legal process while the difference is that positive criminal law is the same in its application to offenses, whereas in Islamic criminal law there is a distinction between Jarimah qishas diyat, hudud, which is applied strongly, while in Jarimah ta'zir it is relaxed so that the benefit of society is fulfilled. In addition to having the similarities and differences above, the legality principle also has advantages and disadvantages, among others, in Islamic law the criminal provisions cannot be changed (added / reduced) because it is a provision from Allah which is standard, while in positive law the criminal provisions may change at any time. according to the times.

In the 2016 fiscal year the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan started a program integrating construction and ICT in earthwork and concrete placing. The new program named “i-Construction” focusing on productivity improvement adopts such new technologies as UAV photogrammetry and TLS. We report a field experiment to investigate whether the procedures of UAV photogrammetry and TLS following the standards for “i-Construction” are feasible or not. In the experiment we measured an embankment of about 80 metres by 160 metres immediately after earthwork was done on the embankment. We used two sets of UAV and camera in the experiment. One is a larger UAV enRoute Zion QC730 and its onboard camera Sony α6000. The other is a smaller UAV DJI Phantom 4 and its dedicated onboard camera. Moreover, we used a terrestrial laser scanner FARO Focus3D X330 based on the phase shift principle. The experiment results indicate that the procedures of UAV photogrammetry using a QC730 with an α6000 and TLS using a Focus3D X330 following the standards for “i-Construction” would be feasible. Furthermore, the experiment results show that UAV photogrammetry using a lower price UAV Phantom 4 was unable to satisfy the accuracy requirement for “i-Construction.” The cause of the low accuracy by Phantom 4 is under investigation. We also found that the difference of image resolution on the ground would not have a great influence on the measurement accuracy in UAV photogrammetry.

Since 2010, photovoltaic (PV) was growing rapidly for policy guidance in China. The large-scale PV electricity generation had a great influence on the power grid operation because of the change of the power supply layout. How to analyse the influence is an important matter to power system development. The analysed results will decide the trends of the PV electricity generation in future. Therefore, the Coordination analysis of PV generation growth is crucial to those developments. In this paper, the reasonable plant scale arrangement was discussed based on the difference between peak and valley of power system.
