Abstract Wonorejo mangrove area is one of the mangrove ecosystems in Surabaya initiated by public awareness which then developed into an area of conservation, education, rehabilitation, and ecotourism. Terbatasnya ekowisata menjadikan kawasan mangrove Wonorejo semakin ramai dikunjungi sehingga perlu strategi pengembangan yang tepat. Limited ecotourism in Surabaya makes this area to be increasingly crowded so that a proper development strategy is needed.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) potensi ekowisata mangrove Wonorejo, 2) strategi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove Wonorejo. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) The potential of Wonorejo mangrove ecotourism, and 2) The development strategy of Wonorejo mangrove ecotourism. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survey.In this research, the approach and type are descriptive with survey method.Sumber data potensi diperoleh dari interview dengan wisatawan dan beberapa pihak yang memahami ekowisata mangrove Wonorejo. The potential data sources were obtained from visitors’ interviews and other parties who acknowledge the ecotourism of Wonorejo mangrove.Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur potensi adalah kondisi biofisik, aksesibilitas, sarana prasarana dan aspek penunjang lain. Moreover, the indicators used to measure the potential are biophysical conditions, accessibility, infrastructure, and other supporting aspects. Strategi untuk mengembangkan mangrove Wonorejo menggunakan analisis SWOT.The strategy that is used to develop Wonorejo mangrove is the SWOT analysis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kawasan mangrove Wonorejo mempunyai potensi tinggi dengan total nilai 30. Analisis SWOT berada pada posisi kuadran I, artinya untuk pengembangan kawasan ekowisata mangrove Wonorejo adalah strategi agresif/pertumbuhan. The results showed that Wonorejo mangrove area has a high level of potential with a total value of 30. The SWOT analysis is in quadrant I meaning that for the development of ecotourism area, Wonorejo mangrove has an aggressive/growth strategy. Prioritas strategi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT adalah peningkatan peran pemerintah terkait daya tarik, pengembangan paket wisata mangrove-non mangrove, peningkatan terkait identitas mangrove, penataan lokasi, peningkatan sumberdaya manusia, dan pengembangan promosi.By using SWOT analysis, the priority of this strategy is to increase the role of government related to tourism attraction, development of mangrove-non-mangrove tourism package, improvement related to mangrove identity, location arrangement, human resource improvement, and promotion development. Pemerintah diharapkan lebih bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan ekowisata mangrove Wonorejo dalam segala aspek sehingga dapat meminimalkan permasalahan. The government should be responsible for developing this Wonorejo mangrove ecotourism in all aspects so as to minimize the problem.

Every tourism potential owned by Bali needs to be studied, researched and developed in order to meet the needs of the economy community. One of the tourism potential that needs to be developed in Bali is the wine tourism. Buleleng Regency is one of the largest wineries and also the house of the oldest wine factory on the island of Bali. But there are still many foreign tourists who are not aware of the existence of the wine producing region. This study aims to determine the perception of tourists about the wine products and to know the development strategy that must be done in order to support the activities of wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. The results of this study showing that the tourists perception regarding Bali wine product shows that they feel the quality of the products is good and also shows their interest to do wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, there are several strategies that can be applied to develop the wine tourism such as increasing the promotion of tourism in Bali to be better known by foreign tourists, government working together with the wine-producing companies to jointly develop wine tourism activities in Buleleng, and the last by expanding the area of wineries in the district of Buleleng so there is an image or existence of wine tourism in Buleleng. In connection with the results and discussion in this study, the suggestion that is expected to be done by the government is to work with companies that produce wine in improving the quality of products and services, and pay attention to periodicity and innovation on a regular basis.

This study aimed to analyze the development strategy of business and goat milk processing in the Goatzilla Farm, Lumajang, East Java. This research was descriptive. Methods of data by surveys using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SWOT matrix to find out opportunities and threats in Goatzilla Farm. The results of the study used SWOT analysis. Alternative strategies recommendated in the Goatzilla Farm were SO strategies (Strength Opportunities), namely comparative strategy primacy, efficiency and internal development, and information technology to improve product quality. The results of the study showed to need cooperation with the government, farmers, and distribution networks to provide raw materials and increased product sales. The threat of Goatzilla Farm needed to watch out for was licensing which was processed immediately to support a bargaining position. There was no sufficient licensing, it could threat the sustainability of the business.

This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment, formulate development strategies, and determine the priority strategies of KUD Mina Teluk Semangka. This research uses a case study method. Respondents involved 13 people consisting of administrators and members of cooperatives, experts and regulators. Data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM. The results indicated that internally, cooperatives have the main strength on its business units that are complement each other and suitable to the needs of members, while the main weakness is on the absence of processing.to add value of the products Externally, cooperatives face great opportunities on high level of demand on fish and face the main threat on lack of public awareness in working together. The priority strategies that can be used in developing cooperatives are as the following: utilizing and enhancing the ability of members to diversify their products using fishery product processing technology, collaborating with the government and other parties in creating tourism-based business unit, utilizing trained human resources to overcome limitations in keeping up with technological developments, and increasing awareness of the community in cooperation and members in paying mandatory savings.Key words: cooperative, fisheries, SWOT analysis, QSPM

Minapolitan's fisheries Bitung City is a neighborhood-based economic development fishing effort developed in an integrated manner by the government, the privatesectorand community to create a business climate forbetter for regional economic growth, job creation and community income neighborhood Bitung City. This study aimsto analyze the policy strategy for developingMinapolitan Region of the City of Bitung through SWOT analysis and determinepriorities for the development strategy of Bitung city Minapolitan Region. The research method is a survey study, data were collected through interviews and direct observation and literature. SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Furthermore, to determine the alternative development strategy used OSPM. The study concluded that the strategies that can be used for the development Minapolitan in Bitung are as follows: 1) optimization of fisheriesproduction; 2) improve the facilities, infrastructure and transport infrastructure and fishing port; 3) by improving the quality of human resources in fishing; 4) improving the quality of fisheriesproducts to be able to compete infree market; 5) to build the collective awareness to stay remain committed and consistent in developing minapolitan; 6) industrialization of fisheries bu supportingSpecial Economic Zone (SEZ).Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan telah menetapkan Kota Bitung sebagai salah satu lokasi implementasi program minapolitan berbasis perikanan tangkap. Kawasan minapolitan perikanan tangkap di Kota Bitung adalah suatu kawasan pengembangan ekonomi berbasis usaha penangkapan ikan yang dikembangkan secara terintegrasi oleh pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih baik untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pendapatan masyarakat kawasan Kota Bitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi kebijakan pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan kota Bitung melalui analisis SWOTdan menetapkan prioritas strategi pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan kota Bitung. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian survei, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung dan literatur. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Selanjutnya untuk menentukan alternatif strategi pengembangan digunakan OSPM. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan minapolitan di Bitung sebagai berikut: 1) optimalisasi produksi perikanan; 2) meningkatkan sarana, prasarana dan infrastruktur transportasi dan pelabuhan perikanan; 3) peningkatan kualitas SDM nelayan; 4) peningkatan kualitas produk perikanan untuk dapat berdaya saing dipasar bebas; 5) membangun kesadaran kolektif tetap komitmen dan konsisten dalam mengembangkan minapolitan; 6) industrialisasi perikanan dengan mensuport KEK.

This study aims to (1) determine the factors driving and inhibiting tourism development of Pemandian Air Panas Lejja, and (2) determine the development strategy of what should the government do Soppeng in the development of attraction Pemandian Air Panas Lejja in increasing tourist arrivals. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative approach then to obtain a development strategy also conducted a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the factors driving the development of attraction Pemandian Air Panas Lejja are natural scenery, hot springs, security conditions, hospitality, facilities and infrastructure, diversity of tourist attractions and the atmosphere of comfort. Whereas the inhibiting factor is lack of funds, lack of professional employee, promotion, road, the location is far from city, program development is still modest, telecommunications networks, including the conservation forests/protected. The strategy of development to be done in increasing tourist arrivals are increasing promotion through print and electronic media taking into account the quantity and quality of promotional materials; repair, maintain and improve the facilities and infrastructure; and establish cooperative relationships with investors and the tourism actors.

The majority of the population in Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) already rely on palm plantations as the main income. They have already sold in the form of coconut oil and copra round with a relatively low price and is unable to provide a decent life. It is increasing because of the low level of productivity of coconut plantations and commercial systems that are less profitable for farmers. While in other areas of the coconut is a commodity that can be processed into a wide range of high-value products with simple technologies that can be done by small and medium industries. So, we need development strategies IKM-scale oil processing industry which is able to increase the income of coconut farmers in the district of Inhil. Based on the results of research conducted by the method of SWOT analysis produced 23 alternative strategies of the development of the SME scale oil processing industry in Kabupaten Inhil ie three strategies from SO, nine strategies from WO, seven strategies from ST, four strategies from WT. Based on the results of the weighting using Analytical Network Process (ANP) on any alternative strategy, Strategy SO-2 namely "Guaranteeing the purchase of products manufactured by the community or the SME by the government and the government must provide the processing industry continued to improve the quality standards that prompted the market to products produced by the community/SME "is a priority under the development strategy of IKM-scale oil processing industry in the District Inhil.

The purpose of this study are to know about strategys to development tourism object Danau Linouw to increasing local revenue of Tomohon City. This study use descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique is taken based on the consideration that the existing population is not known exactly in number so using accidental sampling. The variables in this study consisted of the development of tourist attraction and the increase of local revenue (PAD). Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use SWOT analysis and development strategy. The result of the research shows that the development strategy of Lake Linouw Tourism Object in increasing Tomohon District Revenue (PAD) based on SWOT analysis has been done, located in Quadrant I position or strategy through Horizontal Integration, which is located between external opportunity and internal strength. This is a major strategy for developing tourism by maintaining strength and optimizing opportunities while improving weaknesses and anticipating existing threats in an effort to increase the number of tourist arrivals that can increase local revenue (PAD) of Tomohon City. To increase the original revenue of Tomohon City, it is hoped that the Government and Private sector, especially Lake Linouw Tourism Manager, need to plan a marketing strategy so that tourists who visit will continue to grow. Improving facilities and infrastructure related to access road to Lake Linouw attraction which is considered less extensive to be passed by visitors who use motor vehicles.

Sidoarjo has a unique tourist attraction due to the disaster that has happened before, so that emerging potential that can be developed into tourist attraction. But Lapindo mud tourism has a very complex problematics to be used as a tourist attraction. Therefore, it aims to develop lapindo mud as a tourist attraction in Porong district East Java by knowing its development strategy. This research was conducted in Porong district by conducting interviews to selected stakeholders using purposive sampling method. Data is gathered through deep interviews with the tourism department and local communities, then in analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of this study are: 1) potential livelihood opportunities undergo changes to the aspects of tourism. 2) aspects in the attraction of this lapindo mud tourism is very minimal because there is still not much development done by the Government of Sidoarjo and by the manager in the tourist attraction Lapindo mud. 3) The development strategy of Lapindo mud as a tourist attraction has more opportunities because the community began to feel changes in the livelihood because of the many tourists visiting the Lapindo mud, but the lack of Public facilities for tourists visiting the attraction. It can be concluded that the consequences of Lapindo mud disaster can be developed as a tourist attraction because it provides opportunities for local communities such as obtaining new livelihoods. The purpose of this research is to formulate the development strategy of the small industry of tamarillo processed typical food in Kejajar District that faces the marketing obstacles, the simple technology, and the lack of capital. This research also aims at analyzing the position and the development strategy of tamarillo processed product as the typical food from Dieng Plateau. The SWOT analysis is used at the first stage and the Ansoff Matrix analysis is used at the second stage. The result of SWOT analysis indicates that the position of small industry is in quadrant II, which supports the growth strategy through horizontal integration. The strategy can be implemented by cooperating with the similar small industries and the Department of Tourism and Culture of Wonosobo Regency for marketing. The Ansoff Matrix analysis indicates that the position of tamarillo processed product is seen as the new typical food in Kejajar District, so, the main strategy for the small industry is market development strategy to increase the market share and to create the brand image to the tourists.

This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation.
