The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green marketing Tool's on consumer buying behavior. This research was conducted on Philips LED lighting products in Denpasar. The number of samples chosen was 112 people, with purposive sampling method. Data collection was done through questionnaire, with data analysis technique used is multiple liniear regression. The results of this study show that the tool of green marketing tool that consists of eco-label, eco-brand, and environmental advertisement have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing behavior. This shows that consumers who realize the importance of environmentally friendly products can encourage the decision to purchase a product.

The phenomenon of increasing awareness and concern for environmental sustainability encourages every individual to consume environmentally friendly products that make the company implement green marketing strategy. One company that implements the green marketing strategy of PT. Martina Berto, Tbk with its products Sariayu Martha Tilaar. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green marketing tools in the form of eco label, eco brand, and environmental advertisement and which variables dominantly influence consumer buying behavior of Sariayu Martha Tilaar. This research uses quantitative approach and conducted in Denpasar City. The sample in this study amounted to 112 respondents with non-probability sampling method of purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Eco label has a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing behavior. Eco brand has a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing behavior. Environmental advertisement has a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing behavior. Eco brand is a variable of green marketing tool that has dominant influence to consumer purchasing behavior.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. Independence is a free mental attitude and is not controlled by other parties as well as the honesty of Auditors in consideration, formulating and expressing opinions. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Audit Fee, Non-audit services, old audit relations and size of public accountant office on the Independence of Auditors. The population of this research is the Auditor of the public Accountant office registered in the IAPI Directory in 2019. Data collection is performed using questionnaires. The number of samples in this study was 66 respondents using the purposive Sampling method with the criteria of auditors working at least 1 year. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that (1) the Audit Fee significantly affects the independence of the Auditor, (2) Non-Audit services have no significant effect on the independence of the Auditor, (3) The length of the audit relationship has significant effect on the independence of the Auditor, (4) The size of the public Accountant Office has no significant effect on the independence of Auditors. (5) Audit Fee, Non-Audit services, length of audit relationship and size of public accountant office simultaneously have significant effect on the independence of Auditors. Thus, to enhance or maintain independence, auditors should avoid variables that can affect independence.

The high level of environmental concern will encourage individual to consume environmentally friendly products and encourage company to implement the green marketing strategy. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effect of green marketing tools namely eco-label, eco-brand and environmental advertisement on consumer purchase behavior with brand image as an intervening variable. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique through questionnaire with 115 respondents who are consumers of Ades in Semarang. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study show that eco-brand and eco-labelling have positive and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior while environmental advertisement has negative and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior. Eco-brand, eco-labeling and environmental advertisement have positive and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior through brand image. Brand image has a role as an intervening variable between eco-brand, eco-labeling and environmental advertisement to consumer purchase behavior.

Kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates merupakan sarana tempat yang disewakan untuk umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan  terhadap kepuasan pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Wates. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna di kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan (X) dan Kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna kolam renang UNY Wates yang terletak di Jalan Mandung Pengasih Kabupaten Kulon Progo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55651. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berukuran 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah survai dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Objek penelitian ini berupa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pengguna kolam  renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates yang meliputi tangible, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah dengan mengonversikan menjadi kategori sangat memuaskan, memuaskan, tidak memuaskan, dan sangat tidak memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates adalah memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates adalah memuaskan dengan presentase sebesar 69%. THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON THE CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION AT THE SWIMING POOL OF YOGYAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY WATES.AbstractSwiming pool  of  Yogyakarta State UniversityWates is a sport facility that is for rent to the public. This research aims to determine the influene of service quality on the customers’ satisfaction  at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates. The problems in this research were whether service quality have the impact to the customers’ satisfaction at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University. The research variables were Service Quality (X)) and Customers’ Satisfaction (Y). This research was descriptive quantitative. The subjects at this study were customers of swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates at Mandung Street,  Pengasih, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55651. This study consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling used in this research was by using accidental sampling method. The data collection technique used were survey using questionnaires. The objects of this research were service quality  on the customers’ satisfaction at the swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data analysis technique used was by converting into highly satisfactory, satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and very unsatisfactory categories. The results show that users’ satisfaction of swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates is satisfactory. The customers’ satisfaction at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates was satisfying with a percentage of 69%.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the socialization of the application of PP number 23 of 2018 on taxpayer ompliance with the willingness of taxpayers as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on batik SMEs taxpayers in Bantul district. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using convenience sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use measurement model testing as well as structural model testing. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the socialization of the implementation of PP Number 23 of 2018 has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance with the willingness of taxpayers as an intervening variable.

This study aims to detect the financial distress on banking companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017 by using altman score, grover score, zmijewski score.The object of this study is all banking companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publishes audited financial statements for fiscal year 2013 - 2017, which amounted to 20 (twenty) companies. The sampling technique is by using purposive sampling method where the sample is determined based on certain criteria determined by the researcher and has limitations in terms of generalization. Taxes are an important source of funding for the Indonesian economy. Tax Avoidance is a company's effort to minimize the company's tax burden by looking for gaps in a country's tax weaknesses, so the scheme is legal. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the correlation of managerial ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, and the audit committee on tax avoidance. The theory used is the Agency Theory. The research was carried out on mining entities that are on the IDX in the period 2017-2019, with a population of 43 entities. The number of samples obtained are 11 companies with purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by non-participant observation. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the proportion of independent commissioners has a negative effect on tax avoidance. However, managerial ownership and audit committee have no effect on tax avoidance. Keywords: Managerial Ownership; The Proportion of Independent Comissioners; Audit Committee.

This research aims to understand the Influence of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The purpose of this research are: (1) the effect of security toward trust in online shopping consumer, (2) The effect of privacy toward trust in online shopping consumer, (3) The effect of reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer, (4) The effect of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The type of research used in this study was a causal quantitative research. The population in this study was citizens of Padang city, that has been to online shopping. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling method with the total samples of 100 people. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire that has been tested for validly and reliability. The data analysis technique employed in this study to answer the hypothesis was multiple regressions. The result of this study shows that partially independent variable security (X1) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, privacy variable (X2) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, and reputation variable (X3) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer. Simultaneously, variables security, privacy, and reputation significantly influenced trust in online shopping consumer.Keyword: Trust In Online Shopping Consumer, Security, Privacy, and Reputation.

This study aims to determine the characteristics of Pamelo orange farmers as well as the level of income and efficiency value of Pamelo orange farming in Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. The sampling method used was random sampling (random) with a total of 124 farmers. The method of data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used to calculate the income and the efficiency level of the siam farming uses the R/C Ratio analysis tool. The results showed that the Pamelo orange farming was feasible and profitable to be cultivated at all business scales. For a small scale business with an area of less than 0.5 hectares gives 1.99 times the cost of production incurred, a medium scale business with an area of 0.5 hectare to 1 hectare gives an income of 2.05 of the production costs incurred and the scale large businesses with more than one hectare of land give 2.37 of the production costs incurred
