This study aims to determine the characteristics of Pamelo orange farmers as well as the level of income and efficiency value of Pamelo orange farming in Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. The sampling method used was random sampling (random) with a total of 124 farmers. The method of data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used to calculate the income and the efficiency level of the siam farming uses the R/C Ratio analysis tool. The results showed that the Pamelo orange farming was feasible and profitable to be cultivated at all business scales. For a small scale business with an area of less than 0.5 hectares gives 1.99 times the cost of production incurred, a medium scale business with an area of 0.5 hectare to 1 hectare gives an income of 2.05 of the production costs incurred and the scale large businesses with more than one hectare of land give 2.37 of the production costs incurred

The Relationship

This research is motivated by the low discipline of children aged 6-7 years in the Jambak Village, Batipuh Panjang District, Padang City, because the children have not been able to control their behavior and have not been able to form their mental or character. The objectives of this study were (1) The lack of parental attention to children's discipline. (2) The lack of willingness of the child to be disciplined. (3) The influence of an unfavorable environment. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 50 children aged 6-7 years and the sample in this study was taken as much as 75% or consisting of 37 children aged 6-7 years using the Random Sampling method, techniques in data collection using a written statement (questionnaire) and data collection tool in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage and product moment formulas. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Parents' attention to children aged 6-7 years in Jambak Village, Batipuh Panjang Village, Padang City is categorized as poor. (2) The discipline of children aged 6-7 years in Jambak Village, Batipuh Panjang Subdistrict, Padang City is categorized as low. (3) There is a significant relationship between parental attention to the discipline of children aged 6-7 years in Jambak Village, Batipuh Panjang Village, Padang City. It is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine new variables so that they can complete the variables in their research.Keywords: Parental Attention, Child Discipline

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Multimedia is a term commonly heard among educational setup. Multimedia are compulsory for an education in many ways for developing thinking, effectivecommunication, solving questions, , curiosity and interest. In this study to identify positive effects of multimedia on the child’s education (3-6).The study was conducted in the year 2013 in Lucknow city. The main area selected for the study was Alambagh. In this area selected five mohllas. A total of 120 Pre-primary and primary teachers (respondents) were selected for the study. Random sampling method was used for sample selection and self made questionnaire schedule was used for data collection. t test used in research for data analysis. The results revealed that the multimedia can encourage children’s to learn new things and motivate to do things in own way. Multimedia has quality to increased children’s knowledge and communication skills in positively.

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of price, Brand Image and Quality Product. The population to consumers who come to Yamaha dealers in the area of South Jakarta City, the sample size was taken as many as 75 respondents, with probability sampling method, especially Random Sampling. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionaires. The analysis technique used is the method of PLS (Partial Last Square) analysis. Tourism is the fastest growing foreign exchange earning subsector and the increase is almost happening in all regions, Merangin regency has a great potential in tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of visitors or tourists, identify factors that affect the interest of tourists to visit again, and how important is the participation of the community around the tourism object. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a sample of 35 people. The sampling method used is convenient random sampling. The data analysis tool used is quantitative with multiple liner analysis used Eviews 9 software. Merangin garden tourist characteristics in Merangin district are known that the average age of the visitors is 39. The sex of visitors or tourists is male, education is high school / equivalent, the number of dependents of visitors is 4 people where visitors live are Merangin and surrounding communities. The distance between visitors to the Merangin Garden attraction is 30 km on average.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green marketing Tool's on consumer buying behavior. This research was conducted on Philips LED lighting products in Denpasar. The number of samples chosen was 112 people, with purposive sampling method. Data collection was done through questionnaire, with data analysis technique used is multiple liniear regression. The results of this study show that the tool of green marketing tool that consists of eco-label, eco-brand, and environmental advertisement have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing behavior. This shows that consumers who realize the importance of environmentally friendly products can encourage the decision to purchase a product.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of share sales volume and SBI interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach because it uses data in the form of numbers. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website (http://www.indocement.co.id) The population in this study is data on sales volume, interest rates and stock returns for 30 years, from 1989-2019. using a sample for 15 years, namely from 2004-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation and study libraries. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially significant effect between share sales volume and stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk. Tbk. The magnitude of the influence of share sales volume and interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk is 200% and the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
