Human resources are the most important assets owned by the company. Company goals can be realized if they have competent and skilled human resources, therefore the company must maintaining employee retention. The study was conducted at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bal with 37 employees as respondents. Data analysis technique used is path analysis and multiple test. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In addition, this study also proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The results prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention by mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study it is recommended that organizations pay more attention to the provision of compensation and job satisfaction felt by employees, so that contract employees prefer to stay. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu, modal manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai kontrak, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak, pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu dan modal manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kesesuaian pekerjaan individu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, modal manusia memberikan pengaruh secara nyata dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, Pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu  memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai kontrak. Pengaruh modal manusia akan memberikan dampak dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kontrak. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai kontrak. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu  terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh modal manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak. Hal ini dapat diindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi modal manusia akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja sehingga berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak, oleh karena itu maka disarankan agar sering melaksanakan diklat, melakukan promosi jabatan serta menempatkan pegawai sesuai dengan bidang skill yang dimiliki oleh pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of individual job suitability, human capital on job satisfaction and contract employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on contract employee performance, the effect of individual job suitability and human capital on contract employee performance through job satisfaction. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation as well as questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is PLS analysis. The results of the study found that individual job suitability had an effect on job satisfaction, human capital had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, and individual job suitability had a significant effect on improving contract employee performance. The influence of human capital will have an impact in improving the performance of contract employees. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on improving the performance of contract employees. The results of the mediation test indicate that job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of individual job suitability on the performance of contract employees. The results of the mediation test show that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of human capital on the performance of contract employees. This can be indicated that the higher human capital will increase job satisfaction so that it has an impact on the performance of contract employees, therefore it is recommended that they often carry out training, carry out promotions and place employees according to the skill areas possessed by employees.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of transactional leadership on commitment mediated by job satisfaction. The sample used to be employees of the Krebet Baru Malang PG Company, as many as 62 people, data were collected using a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used Path Analysis. The results showed that transactional leadership had a positive and significant effect on commitment, transactional leadership had a positive and significant effect on work commitment which was mediated by job satisfaction in Krebet Baru PG Malang. The result findings show that transactional leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment, while also contributing to increasing job satisfaction, job satisfaction will have an impact on organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. Meanwhile, the hard efforts to face the era of globalization must be that the Indonesian nation must be able to produce quality human resources, and have the ability that includes behavior, hard work, discipline, trustworthy responsibility and the like guided by the teachings of AI-Qur'an and Hadith

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi sikap (attitude), kemampuan (ability), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggung jawab (accountability), dan penampilan (appearance). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan 2 metode yakni trianggulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Huberman (2018). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik yaitu pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri belum sepenuhnya 100% baik , masih ada beberapa yang perlu diperbaiki dan dievaluasi. Hambatan yang ditemui adalah sumber daya manusia yang tidak sebanding dengan pemohon dan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Prima, Disdukcapil, Hambatan, Sikap, Penampilan Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, as well as describe and analyze the factors that support or hinder the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. The focus in this study includes attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations written in field notes. The validity of the data was assessed by 2 methods, namely triangulation, and persistence of observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique refers to Miles and Huberman (2018). The conclusion that can be drawn is that the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office is not yet 100% good, there are still some that need to be improved and evaluated. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

The role of a secretary is required in assiting to complete the whole works. As a secretary, the most important skill is managing time and choosing work priorities so that the main work can be completed on time. At the same time, there are a number of jobs beside of the main jobs should be completed. It affects the load of secretary’s jobs were fulled. This study aims to find out how the roles and responsibilities of the sales secretary who are concurrently as sales admins, as well as what are the obstacles faced in carrying out the tasks. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed descriptively that the sales secretary is very instrumental in supporting the management system of sales at Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The problems was encountered by a secretary was lack of communication skills, lack of human resources that affect the load of secretry’s responsibilities was over.

Job achievement is very important for an organization or company to achieve its goals. The expected goal can be achieved through this research is to see the Effect of Mutation and Job Training on Job spirit And Its Impact at Ministry of Religion Office Of, Cilegon. The sample in this research were 100 employees of Cilegon city ministry office of total population of 339 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence between mutation, job training system and job spirit partially. Job mutations (X1) and job training (X2) affect job spirit (Z) by 85 percent, and the rest are influenced by other variables. Furthermore there is also significant influence between work mutation, job training and work morale on job performance partially, where the influence of 78,5 percent, and the rest influenced by other variables Keywords: mutation, job training, morale, employee achievement

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.
