Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu, modal manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai kontrak, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak, pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu dan modal manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kesesuaian pekerjaan individu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, modal manusia memberikan pengaruh secara nyata dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, Pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu  memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai kontrak. Pengaruh modal manusia akan memberikan dampak dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kontrak. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai kontrak. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan individu  terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh modal manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak. Hal ini dapat diindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi modal manusia akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja sehingga berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak, oleh karena itu maka disarankan agar sering melaksanakan diklat, melakukan promosi jabatan serta menempatkan pegawai sesuai dengan bidang skill yang dimiliki oleh pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of individual job suitability, human capital on job satisfaction and contract employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on contract employee performance, the effect of individual job suitability and human capital on contract employee performance through job satisfaction. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation as well as questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is PLS analysis. The results of the study found that individual job suitability had an effect on job satisfaction, human capital had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, and individual job suitability had a significant effect on improving contract employee performance. The influence of human capital will have an impact in improving the performance of contract employees. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on improving the performance of contract employees. The results of the mediation test indicate that job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of individual job suitability on the performance of contract employees. The results of the mediation test show that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of human capital on the performance of contract employees. This can be indicated that the higher human capital will increase job satisfaction so that it has an impact on the performance of contract employees, therefore it is recommended that they often carry out training, carry out promotions and place employees according to the skill areas possessed by employees.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

Bali Villa Construction can continue to exist in competition, so the company must have quality human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career and organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of career development on commitment, and organizational commitment as mediation for career development on employee performance. The number of samples used was 45 people using the census method. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results showed that career development and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of career on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human capital, compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Central Statistics Agency in Aceh Province and to determine whether the job satisfaction mediates relationships. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 200 employees for the Central Statistics Agency for Regencies in Aceh Province. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operated through the Amos software. The results showed that human capital, compensation and work discipline can increase job satisfaction and employee performance. Likewise, job satisfaction is direct and significant on employee performance. In addition, the job satisfaction variable also partially mediates the effect of human capital and compensation on performance and the influence of work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency. This study shows that the need for human capital in shaping the performance of employees in government

Performance is the result of quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. The research conducted at Warung Mak Beng, Ubud.. The number of respondents in the study are 40 people using saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results shows that communication, work discipline, and compensation have  positive and significant effect on the performance of Warung Mak Beng employees. Efforts to improve employee performance at the company can be improved by establishing good communication between employees, obeying company-determined regulations, and fair compensation in accordance with workload. Human resources are the most important assets owned by the company. Company goals can be realized if they have competent and skilled human resources, therefore the company must maintaining employee retention. The study was conducted at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bal with 37 employees as respondents. Data analysis technique used is path analysis and multiple test. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In addition, this study also proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The results prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention by mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study it is recommended that organizations pay more attention to the provision of compensation and job satisfaction felt by employees, so that contract employees prefer to stay. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

This research is a research follow class by using the secound cycle that there is the first cycle and cycle II. On the cycle I and cycle II each cycle there four stage of the (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. Each cycle has two meetings in one week, namely the first meeting and the second meeting with the allocation 2 x 40 minutes of each meeting. Subject in research is learners class VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya totaling 37 learners contained 16 learners men and 21 learners woman. This school is located in Jl. Kebraon Indah Permai Blok K/23 A Surabaya. Data collection techniques to use the observation and test, data analysis technique using the percentage of. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that using pictorial writing media on the meme on Instagram can improve the writing skills of class students VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya. This can be seen from (1) population activity in the cycle I 84,61% on the cycle II 100%, (2) activity learners in cycle I 83,44% on the cycle II 90,20%, (3) the test results writing skills poerty in cycle I 56,73% one the cycle of II increased 83,70%.

This research was motivated by the low participation of mothers under five to come to the posyandu, presumably because mothers of toddlers were less interested in the activities of the Bunga Tanjung Gasan Gadang Posyandu, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study aims to see a description of the interests of mothers of children under five, to see the description of the participation of mothers of children under five, and to see the relationship between interest and the participation of mothers of children under five. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this study were all parents/participants in the posyandu as many as 29 people. While the sample was taken using a purposive technique as much as 75% of the population of 21 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, for the data analysis technique, the percentage formula and the rho sperm formula were used. The results of this study indicate that a) the interest of mothers of children under five in posyandu activities is still low; b) the participation of mothers under five in posyandu activities is still low; and c) there is a significant relationship between interest and participation of mothers under five in posyandu activities. It is recommended to posyandu cadres to carry out various creativity that can develop the interest of mothers of toddlers so that they participate in participating in every activity in posyandu and mothers of toddlers to participate in posyandu activities.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.
