The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work environment and motivation on employee loyalty partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of transformational leadership, work environment and motivation on employee loyalty. The population of this study is all employees at PT. Mardika Griya Prasta, amounting to 105 people and not including company leaders, because it talks about leadership so that leaders are not included in the population. Based on calculations with the Slovin formula the number of samples obtained by 51 respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study was done by proportionate random sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that transformational leadership, work environment and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of this  study imply that if transformational leadership is applied the better the higher the level of employee loyalty, a good work environment can increase employee loyalty, and the higher the motivation of employees at work, the higher the employee loyalty will be. This research aimed to examine the influence of the work environment and integrity on the performance of employees at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office. This research was a quantitative study with 72 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula with Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instruments used for the study were questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement. The analysis of this research used multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis testing indicated the effect of work environment and integrity on employee performance at the Padang State Prosecutor's Office at the level of 0.016 <0.05; so that the work environment and integrity have a significant effect on performance. While the results of the Adjusted R Square indicated the value of 0.087. This means that the contribution of work environment and integrity variables was 8.7% with a difference of 91.3% which was influenced by other variables

The spirit of work is the attitude of individuals and groups towards the entire environment in accordance with the interests of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation on the employee morale of Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. This research was conducted at Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. The number of samples taken was 68 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation had a significant effect on morale. This means that the better transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation applied by the company, the higher the employee morale. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

Employees are a vital resource for almost all organizations because they are an investment and a source of competitive advantage for businesses and companies. Maintaining competent employees and developing employee loyalty becomes increasingly important and ongoing challenges. This study aims to determine the significant effect of job satisfaction, work environment, and work-life balance on employee loyalty of Puri Raharja General Hospital. The type of data used is qualitative data sourced from respondents' perspective data and hotel overview, and quantitative data is the number of employees of Puri Raharja General Hospital. The number of respondents was 88 employees. Data collection using interview methods and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the analysis found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of this study imply that the more satisfied employees are with their work, the employee loyalty is also high, a good work environment can increase employee loyalty, and good work-life balance implementation can increase employee loyalty   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Work-Life Balance, Employee Loyalty

Abstract: Factors that Influence Pelinggih Trade Revenue in Mengwi District. Hindus in Balihave a tradition and the thickness of typical rituals such as giving banten. Mengwi Subdistrictas an industrial center has pelinggih trading business as a source of income for the community.This study aims to determine the effect of capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously and partially on the income of the trading business in Mengwi District. The dataused in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to the traders in MengwiSubdistrict. The population used in this study was all traders in Mengwi Subdistrict. The number ofsamples used were many as 57 traders, using proportional random sampling sampling techniques.The variables studied in this study are capital, labor, raw materials, length of business and incomeof pelinggih traders. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Basedon the results of the study it was stated that capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously had a significant effect on the income of pelinggih trading businesses in MengwiDistrict. Partially, capital, labor, raw materials and duration of business have a positive andsignificant effect on the income of the pelinggih trading business in Mengwi District.Keywords: Income; capital; labor; raw materials; length of business.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

Impact of Work Discipline on the Performance Capability of the Nagari Apparatus in Managing Financial Nagari in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work discipline on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The population used in this study were all nagari apparatus in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Subdistricts of 80 people, while the samples used as many as 75 respondents were determined by the Slovin formula using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of the nagari apparatus is relatively high while the performance of the nagari apparatus is still low and the results of the regression test explain that work discipline has an impact on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.

Etawa breeders are faced with a situation with a limited amount of capital, production factor and knowledge in an effort to achieve their goal. This condition causes the decline of PE goat’s population year by year even though the product produced has a strategic opportunity in the market. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decline of PE goat’s population in Sukapala herd. The study is carried out in Sukapala herd, Kawalu district, Tasikmalaya city  which consists of 9 people by using a case study method. The factors that influence the decline of PE goat’s population based on multiple linear regression test are capital (X1), treatment and maintenance system (X2), seed’s quality (X3), and livestock breeds quality (X4). Based on the results of partially and simultaneously test, the four independent variables influence significantly in the decline of PE goat’s population and have a negative effect.
