  Cerme Cave is one of the objects of special interest tourist attraction which is used as one of the non-coastal tourism development projects by the dinas pariwisata kabupaten Bantul. This is done so that the distribution of tourists who visit, can be distributed evenly across all attractions in the Bantul regency. The decline in the level of tourist visits, limited attractions, and double levies has become an obstacle to the development of the Cerme Cave attraction, so a number of recommendations are needed to overcome and make these attractions sustainable. The research model used is qualitative through exploratory studies. The results showed that the problems that arose in these attractions include, dualism of management, the number of tourists being a priority, community participation is still low, lack of knowledge about tourism management in accordance with sustainable tourism management guidelines, do not have the intended target market, and marketing and limited promotions. Special interest tourism management strategies, including the targeted tourism segments must be clear, adequate human resource readiness in quality and quantity, facility development and accessibility in accordance with the landscape and tourist needs, promotions in accordance with the theme of tourist attraction attractions, so that the development strategy of Cerme Cave can be implemented optimally.   Keywords: sustainable tourism, cerme cave, management.

This research has been conducted in March until July 2017 in the tourist area of Pantai Indah Sergang Laut of Singkep Island of Lingga Regency. This study aims to analyze the suitability of tourism and the carrying capacity of the region and formulate tourism area management strategies. The research used survey method and descriptive analysis. Primary data were collected through direct measurements and interviews using questionnaires. The research results have suitability of tourism of the Pantai Indah Sergang Laut according to the index of 91%. Ecological carrying capacity of 1.174 persons days-1 for the 2.02 hectare coastal area so that the visitor activity and the sustainability of the area can be well maintained, have a good social support and the development of this tourist attraction has a good effect on the level of tourism business revenue. From SOAR analysis, there are three alternative strategies to develop this tourism object, namely (a) optimizing the potential, capacity and public participation to realize sustainable tourism management, (b) strengthening the existing tourist attraction to enhance competitiveness in attracting tourist and segment broader markets, and (c) the development of tourism partnerships to improve the quality and improvement of tourism economics in supporting regional development. Therefore, good coordination among stakeholders related to the implementation of alternative strategies has been formulated so as to realize sustainable tourism management.

Purpose: This research aims to determine the tourism potential based on the community’s perception of the existing natural resource and determining the management strategies for the tourism area. Research methods: The research method used in this study is the survey method. This research method was divided into two steps, including data collection using the snowball method and data analysis carried out with a descriptive method for the potential of tourism development and qualitative- quantitative approaches based on the perceptions of the local community to determine the development strategy. Results and discussions: The results showed that several natural resources in Alor can be used as a tourist attraction, such as Wai Ulung, Wai Redang, Wai Urita, Wai Bakolang, Munaseli Kingdom, Hiking Baki Old Village, Kenari beach, Sikka Island, Putri Laut Cave, Tomi Leo Cave, Bat Cave, and Octopus Pond. Based on the analysis using the quantitative and qualitative SWOT Matrix, the suitable strategy to be applied in the development of sustainable tourism in Alor is maximize the strength to get all of the opportunity, such as developing tourism activities with fully managed by the local community, promotes safe tourist sites, provides sustainable tourism development field-laboratory for students and academia, and Enhance the community involvement as local tour services providers. Conclusion: Many natural and historical resources in Alor that can be developed as a tourist attraction, and the suitable development strategy is to maximize the strength to get all the opportunity.

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

The Bromo TenggerSemeru area is a strategic area for national and world tours with natural and cultural potential. Sustainable tourism management is needed so that it area becomes a destination that has been beneficial to the community for a long time to make the area a sustainable tourist attraction; stakeholders and local communities need to be prepared. This study aims to examine the sustainable tourism management model with qualitative and quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis to identify and explore the socio-cultural aspects of society, the environment, economic growth, tourist satisfaction, and community welfare. This study resulted in findings in the form of a sustainable tourism management model in the new normal era as the primary goal of the National Tourism Development pattern based on natural and cultural beauty with the central pillars being environmental conservation, cultural preservation, tourist satisfaction, a healthy economy, and community welfare. Tourism must be able to coexist with other sectors to minimize the impact of the inherent vulnerability in tourism, tourism stakeholders need to change the tourist target market and type of tourism in order to adapt to the (post) pandemic situation.

Special interest tourism is one of the forms of attraction development recommended in the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPDA) of Bandung Regency. Therefore, realizing the special interest attraction of interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari destination is the most appropriate strategy in the development of the next destination. This article discusses how the strategy in developing Kampung Batu Malakasari to become a special interest tourist attraction. using qualitative studies and SWOT analysis resulted in several recommendations related to the strategy of developing special interest interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari, are: 1) Packaging special interest attractiveness; 2) Presenting geo-tourism based education (geowisata); 3) Provide staff training as a natural and cultural interpreter; 5) Improve accessibility to increase tourist comfort; 6) Involving citizens in tourism management with the concept of community-based tourism management.

Glagah Beach is one of the most potential beaches and has the uniqueness as the charm and excellence of other southern seas. Glagah Beach located in Kulon Progo Regency is the only beach in Java that has a breakwater and has a lagoon on the edge of the sea separated by the sea so that large waves do not reach the lagoon. According to the typology of Glagah beach it self can be included in the classification of marine deposition coast. This is because the beach is formed due to the deposition deposition of river sedimentation material to the sea. This condition can be indicated by the emergence of a barrier coast emerging due to sedimentation from the river that empties into the location, then subject to marine effects that result in the formation of the lagoon. The process of sedimentation that occurs due to the flow and sedimentation of the river mouth that causes sedimentation in the coastal area. Qualitative research methods used with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documents, and various sources of data so it can be more clearly known geographical aspects of Glagah Beach, tourism profile, tourist visit conditions, tourism potential Glagah Beach, and to know the constraints which faced Glagah Beach tourism object and how the development strategy of Glagah Beach tourist attraction area in the future. Glagah Beach is a natural attraction that has the privilege and excellence compared to other beaches in Yogyakarta that need to keep the sustainability and need to be managed more effectively by the community and the local government as a policy holder so Glagah Beach became one of the leading ecotourism object which is interesting in Kulon Progo Regency Yogyakarta. Tourism sectors can be develop as a source of local income, it is expected to support economic development. The tourism development can be acquired from every tourist attraction revenue. This study aims to describe the condition of Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; Identify the internal and external factors to develop Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; and Explain the development strategy in developing Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. The result of SWOT analysis in Matrix Grand Strategy indicates that Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency supporting diversification strategy. Diversification in Kartini Beach Recreation Park can be carried out with renewal of the rides that do not exist yet, augment some events, souvenir shops and food stalls typically from Rembang accompanied by an increasing in promotions advertised in television and through social media.

Development Strategy for the Bukit Argo Munung Tourism Village in Kendal District, Ngawi District. The tourism potential in each region, including in Ngawi Regency, is an opportunity for increasing tourism both in terms of quantity and quality. Thus, it can maintain the nature of reliability in its contribution to the issue of improvement and the role of tourism in relation to regional development. The research objective was to describe the Development Strategy of the Bukit Argo Munung Tourism Village in Kendal District, Ngawi District. The research findings show that the Tourism Office and Management of the Bukit Argo Munung Region tourist attraction have worked reasonably well in implementing the Tourism Development Strategy in Increasing the Number of Tourists visiting the Bukit Argo Munung Region tourist attraction.
