Studies on culinary tourists in Yogyakartais rarely explored in depth. In fact, Yogyakarta has become an area with various culinary attractions that have a variety of local foods. Gudeg Pawon is one of the top culinary destinations in Yogyakarta. Through a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, this research explores market segmentation and motivation of culinary tourists in Gudeg Pawon. The results of this study explain that the types of experiencers and enjoyers can represent the market segmentation of culinary tourism in Gudeg Pawon. In addition, there is a structured pattern in showing the main motivating factors for culinary tourists in Gudeg Pawon. Exploration of market segmentation and motivation of culinary tourists can be a deep consideration regarding the management of local food which has great potential in the development of new culinary tourism atractions. Abstract Indonesia has a very diverse culinary consisting of a variety of local food. Although the production process using ingredients and seasonings is quite complex, the serving is simple and traditional. This simplicity often leads to low consumer’s and manufacturer’s awareness of its safety and halal guarantees thus making this phenomenon very feasible to discuss. This research aims to review halal and safety traceability of local food in Surabaya, namely rujak cingur, rawon (traditional black soup), and kupang lontong (lontong mussels). These foods are most sought after by tourists when visiting Surabaya. Halal traceability and safety are carried out on materials, production, and serving of the food. Traceability results show that most street vendors selling rujak cingur, rawon, and lontong mussels in Surabaya have not implemented halal and save food traceability. The risk of safety and halal of these local foods are quite large due to the lack of concern of consumers and producers to the importance of safety and halal in their product. In fact, the food that is a specialty of an area should get greater attention to ensure the safety and halal of the product. Increased awareness and practicality to trace ingredients, production, and serving are very important to ensure the safety and halal of ready-to-eat local food, thus supporting culinary tourism development.

one of the goals of tourism development in Indonesia is to develop local food in an area including traditional Balinese food globally. For now, this goal has not been achieved as expected. This happens because the local food in the villages is still abundant and not fully utilized. One example is the food that is usually used as a presentation/offering in Sangeh Tourism Village. This research will discuss the types of “Urutan Celeng” that can be developed into superior culinary tourism products as well as what cooking techniques can be done to improve the quality of “Urutan Celeng” in Sangeh Tourism Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The research method was carried out with a qualitative approach using several The informants were selected purposely and the data collection techniques were carried out by the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies with the theory developed in the form of the theory of culinary tourism and its several microforms, and cultural theory. The results showed the types of processed products such as urutan celeng metunu (smoked), urutan celeng medendeng (dried in the sun), the urutan celeng mekukus (steamed), and “Urutan Celeng” (just finished processing). Processing techniques that can be done to develop culinary tourism are related to the preparation of ingredients, processing of ingredients, and serving of food to be able to create new variations and good quality products for tourists to enjoy.

In order for local food initiatives (LFIs) to have a transformative effect on the larger food system, greater levels of economic, organizational and physical scale are needed. One way for LFIs to reach the scale necessary to generate a more significant impact is through increased institutional procurement of local foods. But how do people and organizations come together to generate the social infrastructure required to shift food purchasing practices and processes? This field report shares the story of an innovative community of practice consisting of institutional food buyers, large-scale distributors, regional retailers, processors, producers, researchers, municipal and provincial government representatives within the Edmonton city-region that formed for the express purpose of “creating a positive community impact by getting more local foods on more local plates”. In describing the formation and first three years of the Alberta Flavour Learning Lab we examine the unique characteristics of this community of practice that has aided the development of a common framework for learning, understanding and joint action. In addition to the accomplishments to date, we also discuss the challenges faced by the Learning Lab and the strategies used to overcome them.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pada Masjid Al-Anshari dalam meningkatkan Jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui proses perencanaan, proses pengorganisasian, proses penggerakan dan proses pengendalian di Masjid Al-Anshari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dipandang tepat untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan cara observasi, wawancara, rekaman audio dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Masjid Al-Anshari di dalam meningkatkan jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at memiliki proses perencanaan berupa penyusunan unsur tujuan, unsur kebijakan, unsur kemajuan, dan unsur program. Proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dengan pembagian kerja melalui struktur organisasi, departementalisasi dengan deksripsi kerjanya, distribusi otoritas, dan koordinasi yang dilakukan setiap Briefing di Coffee Break. Proses penggerakan dilakukan melalui proses motivasi, proses kepemimpinan dan proses komunikasi. Proses pengendalian dilakukan dengan memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang ada.   This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving Jama'ah Shubuh Prayer and Friday Prayers. In more detail, the purpose of this research is to find out the planning process, the organizing process, the mobilization process and the control process at Al-Ansari Mosque.  This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, considered appropriate for use in this study. The data collection method is by observation, interview, audio recording and documentation study.  The results of this study indicate that the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving the congregation of the Shubuh Prayers and Friday Prayers has a planning process in the form of compilation of objectives, policy elements, progress elements, and program elements. The organizing process is carried out with the division of labor through the organizational structure, departmentalization with its work description, distribution of authority, and coordination that is carried out every Briefing at Coffee Break. The mobilization process is carried out through a motivational process, a leadership process and a communication process. The control process is carried out by correcting the existing deviations.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

AbstractThe politeness in language in ‘the Mata Najwa’ talk show on TransTV is interested to study due to contradictory opinions expressed by guests who ended up in disrespectful speeches and debates. In line with the background, this study was aimed at describing the violation of the Leech’s politeness principle in language in the Mata Najwa talk show on TransTV. To reveal the violation, a descriptive method and a qualitative approach are used. The research subjects in this study were the speeches of the politicians in the Mata Najwa talk show on TransTV. The data used in this study are words, phrases and sentences that violate the maxims of politeness in accordance with Leech. The data were collected by means of documentation, listening and note-taking techniques. The data were initially analyzed by selecting the data which are assumed to violate Leech’s principles of politeness. Then the data were classified based on the violations of politeness maxims. The results showed that the violations of politeness in language found in the program of Mata Najwa talk show on TransTV included the six maxims of politeness in language; namely the maxims of tact, generosity, approbation, modesty, agreement, and sympathy.  AbstrakKesantunan berbahasa dalam acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV menarik untuk diteliti karena pada acara tersebut pihak yang diwawancarai atau diskusi sering kali mengutarakan pendapat yang berbeda dan berujung pada tuturan dan perdebatan yang tidak santun. Sejalan dengan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini ialah menghasilkan deskripsi tentang pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa  Leech dalam acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV. Untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pelanggaran kesantunan tersebut digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah tuturan politisi di acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang melanggar maksim-maksim kesantunan Leech. Teknik yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data ada tiga teknik, yaitu (1) teknik dokumentasi, (2) teknik simak, (3) dan teknik catat. Kegiatan analisis data dimulai dengan penyeleksian data yang diduga sebagai bentuk tuturan melanggar prinsip kesantunan Leech. Kemudian data diklasifikasikan berdasarkan pelanggaran maksim-maksim kesantunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa yang terdapat dalam acara di acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV mencakup keenam maksim kesantunan berbahasa; yaitu maksim kearifan, maksim kedermawanan, maksim pujian, maksim kerendahan hati, maksim kesepakatan, dan maksim kesimpatian.

Hospitals must conduct a medical record activities according to Permenkes NO.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 about Medical Record, to achieve the purpose of medical record processing required 5 management elements are: man, money, material, machine, and method. The medical record processing that has been implemented at the Hospital TNI AU LANUD Roesmin Nurjadin that is coding, coding only done for BPJS patients whose conducted by the officer with education background of D3 nursing, it be impacted to the storage part is wrong save and cannot found patient medical record file because are not returned. The purpose of this research is to know the element of management in the processing of medical records at the Hospital TNI AU LANUD Roesmin Nurjadin. This research is done by Qualitative descriptive method, Qualitative approach, instrument of data collection of interview guidance, observation guidance, check list register, and stationery, number of informant 6 people with inductive way data analysis. The result of this research found that Mans elements only amounts to 2 people so that officers work concurrently and have never attended training, material element and machines elements of medical record processing not yet use SIMRS and tracer, while processing method elements follow existing habits and follow the policy of hospital that is POP organization. The focus of the problem in this study is the values of local wisdom within two oral traditions of Warag-Warah and Ringgok-Ringgok of Komering Tribe, South Sumatra. This study aimed to identify and to describe elements of local wisdom within those oral traditions. In addition, this study was established as a real effort to explore, to inventorize, and to document the oral traditions of Komering society. A descriptive method was applied in this study. The data were analyzed by applying qualitative approach on ethnographic elements to demonstrate and explain the value of local wisdom within those oral traditions. The theory applied in this study were oral literature and local wisdom. The conclusion from the analysis proved that there was a concept of social relations among individuals, among individuals and society, among social groups, and among individuals and their God. The value of local wisdom that had been identified were: 1) belief in God, 2) deliberation, 3) responsibility and 4) helping each other. The actualization of the value of local wisdom within the oral traditions of Warag-Warah and Ringgok-Ringgok was in form of behaving in ways that help each other, solving problems by means of deliberation and responsibility. Abstrak: Manga adalah cerita yang menekankan pada gerak dan tindakan yang ditampilkan lewat urutan gambar yang dibuat secara khas dengan paduan kata-kata. Manga Kuroko no Basket Extra Game adalah sekuel dari Kuroko No Basket, yang bercerita tentang pertandingan basket jalanan antara team Vorpal Swords yang terdiri dari para Miracle Generation ditambah Kuroko Tetsuya, Kagami Taiga, dan beberapa pemain lainnya dalam melawan tim street ball asal Amerika Serikat, Jabberwock. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan metode dan teknik yang mengacu pada dokumen. Berdasarkan analisis dari 16 data dapat dikemukakan bahwa ada 3 makna kalimat imperatif yaitu fungsi perintah, fungsi permohonan, dan fungsi larangan. Oleh karena itu, dari 16 data tersebut, dikategorikan dalam 8 data memiliki fungsi perintah, 6 data memiliki fungsi permintaan, dan 5 data memiliki fungsi larangan. Makna suatu kalimat imperatif dapat dimengerti dari konteks dan penanda lingual yang digunakan. Pada situasi tertentu dan berdasarkan pada karakter yang dimiliki oleh penutur dapat mempengaruhi penggunaan penanda lingual dalam suatu kalimat.Kata kunci: Manga, Kalimat Imperatif, Makna  Abstract: Manga is a story that emphasizes motion and action that is displayed through a sequence of images that are made distinctively with a combination of words. Kuroko no Basket Extra Game manga is a sequel to Kuroko No Basket, which tells the story of a street basketball match between the Vorpal Swords team consisting of the Miracle Generation plus Kuroko Tetsuya, Kagami Taiga, and several other players against the street ball team from the United States, Jabberwock. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data obtained by methods and techniques that refer to documents. Based on the analysis of 16 data it can be argued that there are 3 meanings of imperative sentences, namely the command function, the request function, and the prohibition function. Therefore, of the 16 data, 8 data has a command function, 6 data has a request function, and 5 data has a prohibition function. The meaning of an imperative sentence can be understood from the context and lingual markers used. In certain situations and based on the character possessed by the speaker, it can affect the use of lingual markers in a sentence.Keywords: Manga, Imperative Sentences, Meaning

This study aims to describe the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. Cultural value is very important to be studied in order to preserve the cultural heritage of the people of Aceh so that it can be known by the younger generation and re-cultivated in life in the present. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The data source in this research is Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The selected data is each quotation that has a relation to cultural values ​​in the saga. The approach and method used in this research is a qualitative approach and a descriptive method by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis. The cultural values ​​analyzed in Banta Amat sects are grouped according to five categories, namely (1) cultural values ​​in human relations with God, (2) cultural values ​​in human relations with nature, (3) cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans, (4) cultural values ​​in human relations with society, and (5) cultural values ​​in human relations with oneself. The results showed there were 37 quotations related to cultural values ​​that exist in the Banta Amat saga, namely: (1) Cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God there are 6 values ​​in 24 quotes; a) Give thanks to God 3 quotes, b) Give to Allah the Prophet 1 quote, c) Pray and ask God 9 quotes, d) surrender to God 8 quotes, e) Fear God 1 quote, and f) Obey to worship God 2 quotes, (2) Cultural values ​​in human relations with nature are found in 2 quotations about utilizing the forest, (3) Cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotations; a) respect for others 2 quotes, b) say greetings 1 quote, and c) answer greetings 1 quote, (4) Cultural values ​​in human relations with the community there are 3 quotes namely about mutual care, and (5) Cultural values ​​in relationships humans with themselves there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotes; a) Never give up 2 quotes, b) responsibility 1 quote, and c) hard work 1 quote. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God are more numerous than the other values. This illustrates that the people of Aceh are religious and devout people who worship God. Suggestions from researchers that the people of Aceh continue to preserve cultural values ​​such as the Banta Amat saga in daily life. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Nilai budaya sangat penting untuk dikaji guna melestarikan warisan budaya masyarakat Aceh agar dapat diketahui oleh generasi muda dan kembali dibudidayakan dalam kehidupan pada masa sekarang. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II karya T. A. Sakti. Data yang dipilih adalah setiap kutipan yang ada kaitannya dengan nilai budaya dalam hikayat. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskritif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang kemudian disusul dengan analisis. Nilai budaya yang dianalisis dalam hikayat Banta Amat dikelompokkan berdasarkan lima kategori, yaitu (1) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (2) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, (3) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, (4) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, dan (5) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 37 kutipan yang terkait dengan nilai budaya yang ada dalam hikayat Banta Amat, yaitu: (1) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan terdapat 6 nilai pada 24 kutipan; a) Bersyukur kepada Allah 3 kutipan, b) Berselawat kepada Nabi Allah 1 kutipan, c) Berdoa dan memohon kepada Allah 9 kutipan, d) menyerahkan diri kepada Allah 8 kutipan, e) Takut kepada Allah 1 kutipan, dan f) Taat beribadah kepada Allah 2 kutipan, (2) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam terdapat pada 2 kutipan tentang memanfaatkan hutan, (3) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) menghormati orang lain 2 kutipan, b) mengucapkan salam 1 kutipan, dan c) menjawab salam 1 kutipan, (4) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat terdapat 3 kutipan yaitu tentang rasa saling peduli, dan (5) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) Pantang menyerah 2 kutipan, b) tanggung jawab 1 kutipan, dan c) kerja keras 1 kutipan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan lebih banyak dari nilai yang lainnya. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat Aceh adalah masyarakat yang religius dan taat beribadah kepada Allah. Saran dari peneliti agar masyarakat Aceh terus melestarikan nilai budaya seperti pada hikayat Banta Amat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Hikayat, Nilai Budaya
