PT Saba Indomedika Jaya obtained results that indicate an indication of strategic initiatives that are still ineffective to be implemented in supporting the success of the process and requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 clause in the 2018 and 2019 audits. Therefore, it is necessary to identify alternative strategies and determine priority strategies to optimize ISO 9001: 2015 at PT Saba Indomedika Jaya. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). There were 12 alternative strategies to optimize the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system using the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). After going through three stages of strategic management planning that uses QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) as a tool for selecting the main alternative strategy, the main strategy is obtained, which has the highest attractiveness value of 5.6619, namely creating a competency matrix and conducting training to reduce competency gaps. between employees.

CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is an industry engaged in garment or convection. The results of the CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif from September 2017 to April 2019 can be seen if there are some months of income that do not meet the income target that has been set. Therefore CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is obliged to devise a new strategy in order to increase income in order to achieve the targets that have been set. SWOT analysis is used to obtain alternative strategies, where strategic alternatives are obtained from internal and external aspects of the industry. Information and research data consist of primary and secondary information, the analytical tools used in this research are the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, the IE (Internal-External) matrix, the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weakness). , Opportunities, and Threats), as well as QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The SWOT matrix creates 5 strategic alternatives that can be implemented by the industry. Based on the QSPM results from 5 alternatives, one of the prioritized alternative strategies is to use existing technology to carry out marketing activities and sell products online such as through social media and e-commerce with a TAS score of 6, 303.

The growth of BTS which is the main infrastructure in the implementation of telecommunications is needed for service and improvement of the quality of telecommunication networks, especially in pandemic times. The goal to be achieved In order to formulate the company's strategic planning to develop its business, information is needed about what business model is currently adopted by the company, what factors affect the company's current position in the market that will give rise to alternatives to the company's strategy, and what are the alternative strategies that are priority strategies and suitable for the current condition of PT. XYZ. The analysis method used is Business Model Canvas (BMC), Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Based on the results of the study, BMC told PT XYZ, that the business model of the company can still sustain its business operations but there are some slight shortcomings that need to be improved to maximize the elements that can increase profits from the company. The results of the analysis of strategy formulation and SWOT analysis resulted in seven alternative strategies. ABSTRAKKelompok Tani Palintang Jaya merupakan satu-satunya kelompok tani yang mengikuti kegiatan diklat yang diselenggarakan oleh Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian Lembang (BBPP-Lembang). Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya adalah produktivitas kentang yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang diterima petani, menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, serta merumuskan alternatif dan prioritas strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya. Faktor-faktor utama lingkungan internal dan eksternal diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE. Hasil dari matriks IFE dan EFE digunakan untuk dasar penyusunan alternatif strategi dengan alat analisis matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani bibit kentang dan usahatani kentang konsumsi menguntungkan untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan matriks IE, kelompok tani tersebut berada pada posisi menjaga dan mempertahankan (sel V). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka dihasilkan 6 alternatif strategi. Prioritas strategi yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan terlebih dahulu oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan anggota dalam budidaya bibit kentang.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Strategi, Pengembangan, Usahatani, KentangABSTRACTPalintang Jaya Farmers Group is the only farmer group that participates in the training activities organized by the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP-Lembang). One of the obstacles faced by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group is that potato productivity is not optimal. This study aims to determine the income received by farmers, analyze the internal and external environment, and formulate alternatives and priority strategies that can be done by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group. The main factors of the internal and external environment are identified using the IFE and EFE matrices. The results of the IFE and EFE matrices are used for the basis of the preparation of alternative strategies with IE matrix and SWOT matrix analysis tools. The results showed that potato seed farming income and potato farming consumption were profitable to run. Based on the IE matrix, the farmer group is in a position to maintain and maintain (cell V). Based on the SWOT analysis, 6 alternative strategies were produced. The strategic priority that can be recommended to be implemented in advance by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group is to increase the ability of members to cultivate potato seeds.Keywords: Income, Strategy, Development, Farming, Potatoes

This study aims to determine the priority strategies of several alternative strategies in IndiHome which are formulated using SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used are primary. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and get seven informants. Primary data generated from the interviews were analyzed using SAP and ETOP to diagnose factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After that, these factors are formulated in the SWOT matrix to determine alternative strategies. Strategy alternatives are then formulated in the QSPM matrix to obtain priority strategy results for IndiHome. The validity test in this study was carried out by triangulation of sources. The results showed that there were four alternative strategies for IndiHome Telkom Area of West Nusa Tenggara. Based on four alternative strategies, the priority strategy for IndiHome which is determined by QSPM matrix is to upgrade the quality of services provided to customers regularly with a total weight of 7,051. The results of this study are expected to be able to assist in the framework of thinking about strategic management knowledge in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry and also provide additional information and insights in the selection of alternative strategies as well as new insights about the condition of the company from an external perspective.

Strategic planning is done in order to the company can look at it objectively internal and external conditions that the company can anticipate changes in the external environment. Strategic planning begins with the introduction of the company's vision and mission in order to determine which company will produce an overview of the internal and external environment. Furthermore conduct a SWOT analysis to formulate appropriate strategic alternatives to position the company. The last stage is the decision-making strategies using Fuzzy Quantitive Strategic Planning Matrix (FQSPM) to determine and select the best strategy from a number of alternative strategies given certain criteria using Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal. Solution (FTOPSIS). Results of the determination of the strategy chosen by the fuzzy TOPSIS for furniture company is intelegent increased marketing and promotional products.

  ABSTRACT The problem to be answered in this study is the strategic factors that exist in the company which includes analysis of the external and internal environment to find alternative strategies that can increase sales. In line with the problem, this research was conducted using descriptive methods, which tend to describe the problems that occur in the company. To solve the problems that occur in the company, the External Strategic Factor Analysis (EFAS), Internal Strategic Factor Analysis (IFAS) and SWOT Analysis are used. The analysis shows that based on internal and external analysis of the company, it can be concluded that the main strategy of PT. Semen Indogreen Sentosa is a strategy of SO (Strength Opportunities) Improving product quality, completeness of distribution facilities, payment terms, product prices and delivery accuracy and low prices with the aim of expanding the market Such as internal factors namely completeness of distribution facilities and field tests, and external factors recruiting workers Experienced and educated experts aim to be able to rival competitors. The results of the analysis show that from the analysis of factors external strategies have. This study aims to identify what internal and external factors can be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Gondang Sweet Guava development strategy in the Gondang Manis Farmer Group. Gondang Sweet Village, Perak District, Jombang Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method obtained from the IFAS/EFAS matrix, SWOT quadrant and SWOT matrix. The respondents of this study were the Head of the Banjarsari Farmers Group and 15 members who were members of the Gondang Manis farmer group. Based on the results of the analysis of the IFAS matrix, the total score is 2.48, the results of the EFAS matrix analysis the total score is 2.51. After knowing the results of the IFAS/EFAS matrix, then determining the SWOT quadrant. Quadrant results show the Gondang Manis farmer group is in quadrant 1 (Grouth), namely the Gondang Manis farmer group in developing Guava needs a strategy to create new strategies to deal with various kinds of threats. The main strategy is to improve the quality of guava by harvesting it properly and properly. And produce other strategies including the strategy of improving the quality of guava through coaching pokdarwis and youth groups, maintaining the quality of guava gondang sweet. increase people's purchasing power, reduce competition between guava farmers.

The Ministry of Transportation has instructed to Airport Management to improve public service. The instructions contained in the Circular of the Ministry of Transportasion No. HK.209/I/16PHB.2014 dated December 31, 2014 about Improvement of Public Service at the Airport in Indonesia. This research is aimed to evaluate development strategy of Soekarno Hattta Airport in improving public services based on a combination of internal and external factors. The method used SWOT analysis which is then formulated in the Cartesian diagram, External Internal matrix and SWOT matrix. Result of the analysis shows that the Cartesian Diagram of Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng currently resides in quadrant I that means the Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng on the competitive position of a very strong market in the business of airport with high competitiveness. There are four alternative strategies (SO, WO, ST, WT) which can be applied in the development of public services at Soekarno Hatta International Airport Cengkareng. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Bandara Soekarno Hattta Cengkareng dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik di bandara berdasarkan kombinasi dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal bandar udara. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT yang kemudian dirumuskan pada Diagram Cartesius, Matrik Internal Eksternal dan Matrik Swot. Hasil analisis pada Diagram Cartesius menunjukkan bahwa posisi Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng terletak pada kuadran I berarti Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng pada posisi kompetitif pasar yang sangat kuat dalam bisnis kebandarudaraan dan berdaya saing tinggi. Terdapat empat alternatif strategi (SO, WO, ST, WT) yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan pelayanan publik di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta - Cengkareng. Competition between the centers is caused by the differences between the two centers. The research is analysis strategy of competitiveness increase of a study of Bobung Wooden Batik Craft Center and Krebet Wooden Batik Craft Center. The aim of this research is to describe, analyze the internal and external factors inside the centers, and formulate the right strategy to increase the competitiveness between the two centers. The method is SWOT analysis method and the IE matrix. The population used for this research are SME entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft, which include eighteen entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft  of Krebet center and thirteen entrepreneurs of Bobung center. Based on the identification, the main strength of wooden batik handicraft is the product innovation of the design and shape. Based on the analysis, the main opportunity is the increasing number of visitors and the main threat of it is the substitute product. The alternative formulation of strategy using the SWOT matrix produces the main strategic alternative that is the SO strategy to reach the existing opportunity by utilizing the strength owned that is the product innovation. The formulation based on IE matrix produces the main strategy that is the growth strategy.

Introduction. During implementation of medical activity an uncertainty and increased risk are present. to manage these two conditions a single system of management is needed capable preventing negative risks even during period of planning. The article presents experience of medical organization of transition to risk-oriented model of quality management system in concordance to ISO 9001:2015. Material and methods. The study was carried out in quarter IV 2016-quarter I 2017 in the research institute of complex problems of cardio-vascular diseases (hereinafter referred to as the organization). In the capacity of study techniques audit, SWOT analysis and logical analysis were applied. Results. According to step-by-step transition to risk-oriented model of quality management system training of administrators and owners of processes was organized. The genuine methodology of risk evaluation was developed. The implemented audit established 11 risks through 14 processes and directions of activity of medical organization. Among causes of risks internal causes were mentioned in 90%, including human factor (half of cases) i.e. the personnel of organization. With purpose of management, all established risks were separated to critical and non-critical ones in functioning of institution. The percentage of risks of critical character made up to 26%. The application of SWOT analysis permitted to establish 80 factors of internal and external environment of the organization. The results of implemented activities concerning transition to the new risk-oriented model of quality management system permitted to revise the strategic map of achievement of targets of the management system of the organization subject to evaluation of risks and factors of internal and external environment of the organization. The outcome of implemented activity became a positive assessment of quality management system of the institution during external certification audit according requirements of standard ISO 9001:2015. Conclusion. The application of methodology of step-by-step transition to risk-oriented model of quality management system of medical organization made it possible to implement an in-depth analysis of strong and weak aspects, to identify risks, threats and possibilities oriented to achievement of strategic targets of organization.
