ABSTRAKKelompok Tani Palintang Jaya merupakan satu-satunya kelompok tani yang mengikuti kegiatan diklat yang diselenggarakan oleh Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian Lembang (BBPP-Lembang). Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya adalah produktivitas kentang yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang diterima petani, menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, serta merumuskan alternatif dan prioritas strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya. Faktor-faktor utama lingkungan internal dan eksternal diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE. Hasil dari matriks IFE dan EFE digunakan untuk dasar penyusunan alternatif strategi dengan alat analisis matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani bibit kentang dan usahatani kentang konsumsi menguntungkan untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan matriks IE, kelompok tani tersebut berada pada posisi menjaga dan mempertahankan (sel V). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka dihasilkan 6 alternatif strategi. Prioritas strategi yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan terlebih dahulu oleh Kelompok Tani Palintang Jaya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan anggota dalam budidaya bibit kentang.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Strategi, Pengembangan, Usahatani, KentangABSTRACTPalintang Jaya Farmers Group is the only farmer group that participates in the training activities organized by the Lembang Agricultural Training Center (BBPP-Lembang). One of the obstacles faced by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group is that potato productivity is not optimal. This study aims to determine the income received by farmers, analyze the internal and external environment, and formulate alternatives and priority strategies that can be done by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group. The main factors of the internal and external environment are identified using the IFE and EFE matrices. The results of the IFE and EFE matrices are used for the basis of the preparation of alternative strategies with IE matrix and SWOT matrix analysis tools. The results showed that potato seed farming income and potato farming consumption were profitable to run. Based on the IE matrix, the farmer group is in a position to maintain and maintain (cell V). Based on the SWOT analysis, 6 alternative strategies were produced. The strategic priority that can be recommended to be implemented in advance by the Palintang Jaya Farmers Group is to increase the ability of members to cultivate potato seeds.Keywords: Income, Strategy, Development, Farming, Potatoes

Research conducted at Waste Bank Garuda Wastu Lestari is located in the Peguyangan Village, Denpasar was done in order to analyze the environmental factors that affect the internal and external business development of waste bank and formulate alternative strategies that can be applied by Waste Bank Garuda Wastu Lestari. Determination of respondent committed intentionally with a specific purpose (pusposive sampling). Respondents in this study consisted of four respondents from the management company. Questionnaires conducted to analyze the internal and external environment. Determination of strategic alternatives conducted using SWOT Matrix and prioritization strategy that can be applied at this time adapted to the position of Waste Bank Garuda Wastu Lestari in the competition. SWOT analysis of the diagram looks that the company is in cell 1, in the cell Aggressive Strategy. While the outcome of the preparation through the SWOT Matrix are eleven alternative strategies that can be applied by Waste Bank Garuda Wastu Lestari. Priority strategy selection can be done by looking at the company's position in the current competition is with Strategy SO (Strength-Opportunity), utilizing the strength to seize the opportunities that exist. Thus the right business priorities do is: 1) to maintain and improve the quality of care produced; 2) maintain and enhance good relations with employees, customers, and the agency or agencies; 3) maintain and improve the promotion and dissemination activities; and 4) improve cooperation and networking of waste bank.

<p>Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company's marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network.</p>

he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is an industry engaged in garment or convection. The results of the CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif from September 2017 to April 2019 can be seen if there are some months of income that do not meet the income target that has been set. Therefore CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is obliged to devise a new strategy in order to increase income in order to achieve the targets that have been set. SWOT analysis is used to obtain alternative strategies, where strategic alternatives are obtained from internal and external aspects of the industry. Information and research data consist of primary and secondary information, the analytical tools used in this research are the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, the IE (Internal-External) matrix, the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weakness). , Opportunities, and Threats), as well as QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The SWOT matrix creates 5 strategic alternatives that can be implemented by the industry. Based on the QSPM results from 5 alternatives, one of the prioritized alternative strategies is to use existing technology to carry out marketing activities and sell products online such as through social media and e-commerce with a TAS score of 6, 303.

PT Saba Indomedika Jaya obtained results that indicate an indication of strategic initiatives that are still ineffective to be implemented in supporting the success of the process and requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 clause in the 2018 and 2019 audits. Therefore, it is necessary to identify alternative strategies and determine priority strategies to optimize ISO 9001: 2015 at PT Saba Indomedika Jaya. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). There were 12 alternative strategies to optimize the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system using the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). After going through three stages of strategic management planning that uses QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) as a tool for selecting the main alternative strategy, the main strategy is obtained, which has the highest attractiveness value of 5.6619, namely creating a competency matrix and conducting training to reduce competency gaps. between employees.

This study aims to determine the priority strategies of several alternative strategies in IndiHome which are formulated using SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used are primary. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and get seven informants. Primary data generated from the interviews were analyzed using SAP and ETOP to diagnose factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After that, these factors are formulated in the SWOT matrix to determine alternative strategies. Strategy alternatives are then formulated in the QSPM matrix to obtain priority strategy results for IndiHome. The validity test in this study was carried out by triangulation of sources. The results showed that there were four alternative strategies for IndiHome Telkom Area of West Nusa Tenggara. Based on four alternative strategies, the priority strategy for IndiHome which is determined by QSPM matrix is to upgrade the quality of services provided to customers regularly with a total weight of 7,051. The results of this study are expected to be able to assist in the framework of thinking about strategic management knowledge in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry and also provide additional information and insights in the selection of alternative strategies as well as new insights about the condition of the company from an external perspective.

The development of food crops commodities is one of the priorities of the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2015-2019 of the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia in terms of guarantee of food availability. West Sumatra Province is one of the central areas of production of food crops commodities in Indonesia. The objectives of this research are 1) to analyze food crops of West Sumatera Province; 2) to analyze the availability and completeness of facilities for the development of superior commodities of food crops; and 3) to formulate the strategy of developing the superior commodities of food crops. The data used in this research covers the area of harvest, the number of production, and the number of facilities area by time series (2011-2015). Data analysis used in this research include LQ, scalogram and SWOT analysis. The results showed rice commodity as a pre-eminent commodity in West Sumatera Province. There are six areas of development of commodities seeded rice that is in the hierarchy I. SWOT matrix analysis results obtained some superior commodity development strategies include; SO strategy 1) Establish and enhance the role of partnership with all stakeholders (government, farmers, traders, and cooperatives); 2) the use of agricultural cropping technology; WO strategy; 1) Development of agricultural development infrastructure (irrigation channel, village axis road) and application of agricultural technology (cultivation); 2) Institutional strengthening of farming capital; strategy ST: 1) Leading commodity marketing policy / regulation by West Sumatera Provincial Government, 2) Gapoktan and Farmers Household (RTP) Empowerment 1); WT strategy: 1) Development and training of management and marketing of agricultural products by government 2) Optimalization of institutional function and capital of farming to support improvement of marketing quality of agricultural products

Strategic planning is done in order to the company can look at it objectively internal and external conditions that the company can anticipate changes in the external environment. Strategic planning begins with the introduction of the company's vision and mission in order to determine which company will produce an overview of the internal and external environment. Furthermore conduct a SWOT analysis to formulate appropriate strategic alternatives to position the company. The last stage is the decision-making strategies using Fuzzy Quantitive Strategic Planning Matrix (FQSPM) to determine and select the best strategy from a number of alternative strategies given certain criteria using Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal. Solution (FTOPSIS). Results of the determination of the strategy chosen by the fuzzy TOPSIS for furniture company is intelegent increased marketing and promotional products.

The purpose of this study was to determine the competitive strategies applied to the Abon Cattle Industry in UD. Cambodia City of Mataram. The research method used is descriptive by conducting observations and interviews directly. The data obtained are qualitative data which are then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The data obtained are qualitative data which are then analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on these factors, a scoring was performed which obtained results that showed a total IFAS score of 3.3 and a total EFAS score of 2.85 which indicated that the business position was in a position of stability (awareness IV). Furthermore, the results of the SWOT matrix analysis show a strength value of 3.25 and a weakness of (-2.75) so that the difference is 0.5. While from the external side, an opportunity score of 2.5 and a threat score (-3) was obtained so that the difference was (-0.5). the total IFAS score is 3.3 and the total EFAS score is 2.85 which indicates that the business position is in a position of stability (awareness IV). Furthermore, the results of the SWOT matrix analysis show a strength value of 3.25 and a weakness of (-2.75) so that the difference is 0.5. While from the external side, an opportunity score of 2.5 and a threat score (-3) was obtained so that the difference was (-0.5).     The results of the study show that the direction of the marketing strategy is in the awareness of ST (Strength-Threats) where the company must use all its strength to overcome all forms of threats that exist. The strategies that can be formulated include: (1) improving the quality of service to both permanent and new customers; (2) maintain good relations with customers through various kinds of promotions provided; and (3) improve product quality and increase the attractiveness of buyers by engaging in innovation in terms of taste or packaging
