Beringkit cattle market is the largest cattle market in Bali which is expected to shorten the market chain so that farmers get higher prices. However, only a small proportion of them (6.45%) sell their cattle directly to this market. This study aims to determine the level of farmers satisfaction in marketing of their cattle in the Beringkit cattle market based on five dimensions of service quality include tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The data used are primary data collected through interviews with 100 farmers who sell their cows directly in Beringkit cattle market. The data were analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of this study indicate that the farmers are in the satisfied category in marketing of cattle in the Beringkit Market with a CSI of 76.52%. Based on the IPA analysis, it can be seen that most of the service attributes in the Beringkit Market already have high performance. However, there are also some service attributes that are very important for farmers, but their service performance is still low. These attributes in- clude; place to put livestock, convenience of parking space, responsiveness to farmer complaints, a sense of security from the dangers of livestock, and service costs. Thus, it can be concluded that the quality of service in the Beringkit Market is already good, but the quality of service is still very important to improve.

ABSTRACTGood service quality will lead to satisfaction in patients. Pharmaceutical services especially in hospitals are sued to realization the expansion of the pharmaceutical service paradigm from product orientation to patient orientation. This study aims to determine the level of outpatient satisfaction to quality of drug service in the Pharmacy Installation of Liun Kendage Tahuna Hospital based on five dimensions of service quality namely tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. This research is a descriptive study with prospective data collection. Number of samples is 347 people, the process of collecting primary data is done using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and data processing to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire using SPSS 17 for Windows program. The results showed that the overall satisfaction index value was -0.63. The satisfaction index for each dimension is; tangible -0.62; empathy -0.58; reliability -0.59; responsiveness -0.59; and assurance -0.70. This shows that the worth satisfaction index is negative, which means that outpatients at the Liun Kendage Tahuna Hospital Pharmacy Installation are not yet feel satisfied with the services provided. Keywords: patient satisfaction, quality service, RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna.ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan yang baik akan menimbulkan kepuasan pada pasien. Pelayanan kefarmasian khususnya di rumah sakit dituntut untuk merealisasikan perluasan paradigma pelayanan kefarmasian dari orientasi produk menjadi orientasi kepada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yakni tangibles, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara prospektif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 347 orang, proses pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner dan pengolahan data untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner menggunakan program SPSS 17 for windows. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai indeks kepuasan secara keseluruhan sebesar terbesar -0,63. Indeks kepuasan pada setiap dimensi yaitu; tangible -0,62; emphaty -0,58; reliability -0,59; responsiveness -0,59; dan assurance -0,70; Hal ini menunjukkan indeks kepuasan bernilai negatif yang berarti pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna belum merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Kata Kunci : kepuasan pasien, kualitas pelayanan, RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna.

This study discusses the quality of service given the blessing of self-sustained cooperative Sungai Tebelian Kabupaten Sintang. This study aims to determine the quality of service that includes tangible dimension, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This type of research used in this research is the survey method. Data collection techniques are the primary data, interviews, questionnaires. The study population numbered 808 members and 100 of whom were sampled. The selected sample of Purporsive Sampling with the criteria set by saving at least 5 months old and all members of the cooperative blessing respondents who self-sufficient savings and loans. Technical analysis is the analysis of the data used servqual score = score of expectation-perception score is calculating the difference or (Gap) to determine the quality of service. Of the five dimensions of service quality Restu Cooperative of Self-reliance can be concluded that the positive savings and loan service users are not satisfied with the quality of service cooperatives Restu Berdikari for service quality Servqual score of 0.37 was obtained. The analysis showed that the expected value is greater than the perceptions of members of the cooperative, means a greater quality of service expectations than on reality. The results of this study indicate members' responses to service quality Restu Berdikari Cooperative shows that most responding dissatisfied. Items that are greatest difference is the responsiveness of the employees of cooperatives is 0.66.Keywords: Service Quality, Koperasi Restu Berdikari, Kabupaten Sintang

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction towards the quality of service provided by the Accounting Department, State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema), by comparing the actual service delivered by the institution to the one expected by the students. Respondents as samples were determined proportionally for each study program and class of as many as 100 students. The questionnaire was randomly given to respondents to obtain a response to service quality consisting of 5 (five) dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Data analysis was descriptive analysis prosiding from descriping the data in term of the mean and frequency, and than measuring student satisfaction index and ending up with determining the service quality using importance-performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that  most respondents were DIV Management Accounting study program students, of whom the majority were female. The frequency of the students response for the quality of the received service fell into the catagory of very satisfying, which means that, in general, the quality of service received by students was very satisfying. There were found two dimensions in quadrant A where two forms of service quality must be improved immediately, four dimensions in quadrant B where six forms of service quality must be maintained, and all dimensions in quadrant D where eight forms of service quality in the short term may be ignored.

  The purpose of research is to know the influence of religiality, quality of service, quality of products to customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch Helper Darussalam. Sample of this research as much as 100 customers using the formula Slovin with a sample technique is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used is the primary data obtained by using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that religiusity, quality of service, the product quality is the simultaneous effect on customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch maid Darussalam. A partial factor of religiusity and quality of service, the culinary products to give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, but one of the variables (product culitas) has a level of Lower influence than the variable religiusisity and quality of service.

Quality of service is one of the main activities carried out by Kantin Yuank in its efforts to develop and earn a profit. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on visitor buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City. The research method uses quantitative methods with primary data sources. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes: validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient (R2) and hypothesis testing through t test. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the independent variable quality of service studied is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable consumer purchase interest with a p value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Adjusted R Square is 0.251. This means that 25.1% of buying interest is influenced by service quality and the remaining 74.9% is caused by other factors not included in this study such as product quality, price, place and others. The results showed that service quality influenced purchase intention. Thus, by maintaining and improving product quality and service quality at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City, a positive visitor attitude will be formed which will affect the buying interest of visitors at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City.

This study aims to measure the quality of service of agricultural extension workers at the UPT. BPP Sukaraja uses the fuzzy service quality (servqual) method by grouping question attributes into five service dimensions criteria, namely the dimensions of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (responsibility), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study showed that the value of the gap that requires the priority of improvement and improvement in service quality is the dimension of Tangibles with a negative gap value of -0.45 that means that the expectations of farmers are still not achieved. The customer satisfaction index is 87.93%, which means farmers are satisfied with the services provided. The study can be a motivation to improve the quality of service to farmers for UPT BPP Sukaraja.

This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions. Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. This study aims to determine the perceptions of customers on the level of service quality of Syariah Mandiri Bank Malang branch based on five dimensions of service quality. This research used quantitative method with research subjects on BSM savings customers who used mudharabah muthlaqah contract of Syariah Mandiri Bank Malang branch. The data used in this study is the primary data through questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to customers as much as 53 questionnaires and sampling techniques using Purposive Sampling method. The result of the research showed that customer perception of Syariah Mandiri Bank Malang branch is very satisfied under the perception of emphaty dimension as dimension which dominates customer’s perception toward service quality of the Bank.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. This research uses primary data and secondary data. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, the quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability) X1, tangible X2, X3 responses, assurance and certainty (assurance) X4, and empathy (empathy) X5 affect customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously or simultaneously.
