This research was done to see students’ TOEFL score especially for fifth semester of Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal majoring Mechanical Engineering. Descriptive design using quantitative approach was chosen by the researcher. The sample is 45 students of Mechanical Engineering Study Program. The TOEFL test was used as research instrument. Descriptive statistics was used as data analysis technique, mean and percentage. The result of this research showed that student obtained problems in getting a TOEFL score with an average score 424 which was still at the basic proficiency category. The researcher found that the highest problem received by the students is listening section where student obtained correct answers only 23.7%. The students obtained the lowest score is in the short conversation with the percentage 31.27%. Then the structure and written expression, students obtained average score lowest in structure with a percentage 30.6%.

This study aims to show students’ TOEFL score, sixth and eight semester  of English Education Department at  STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang. The research used descriptive design by quantitative approach. The sample is 40 students of English Education department. The research instrument used TOEFL  like test. Descriptive statistics showed the data analysis technique, mean and percentage. . For this study , students got problems in acquiring a TOEFL score with an average score 365 which was still at the basic  proficiency  category  (elementary).  From the data analyzing, the researcher found that  the highest problem faced by the studentsis is listening section where students got correct answers only 27%. The students got the lowest score is in the short dialogue with the percentage 35%. Then the structure and written expression,   students   got   average   score   lowest   in   the   aspect   of structure (completion) with  a  percentage  34%.  From  all  parts  of  the TOEFL test, none of the students got average score more than 50%.

The purpose of this study is to improve the anti-corruption behavior of students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the Universitas PGRI Madiun through the internalization of anti-corruption values ??with the Nampe Model. The research was Classroom Action Research. Data were collected qualitatively by using observation, tests, and non-tests, while the data analysis used descriptive statistics. Based on the research carried out for two cycles, it was found that the anti-corruption behavior of students increased after internalizing the anti-corruption values ??with the Nampe Model. This increase is shown by the assessment of anti-corruption behavior in pre-cycle at 30.4%, increased to 62.2% in cycle 1 and at 78.2% in cycle 2. The average value of all domains also increases, such as; (a) affective domain in pre-cycle at 59.1, cycle 1 at 65.5, and cycle 2 at 75.5 (b) cognitive domain in pre-cycle at 78.9, cycle 1 at 82.4, cycle 2 at 85, 4, (c) psychomotor domain in pre-cycle at 62.44, cycle 1 at 66, cycle 2 at 75.6. The increase in anti-corruption behavior is also shown by the average score of the anti-corruption component in pre-cycle at 62.4, cycle 1 at 66.4, and cycle 2 at 77.1.

This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

This study aimed to determine the professionalism of teachers SDN who certified in Banjarmasin. The research data were described consists of a group of pedagogical competence of teachers certified through portfolios, education and training, and passed for consideration age and years of service. The data analysis technique used is descriptive, by using descriptive statistics to describe the data of the study variables. The survey results revealed pedagogical competence of teachers certified through a portfolio categorized either as much as 84%, through education and training 78%, and due consideration of age and years of 72%. From the data the description of the research data revealed that the average score (mean) pedagogical competence of teachers certified through a portfolio of 150.26, 147.30 through education and training and pedagogical competence of teachers due consideration age and years of 144.56, which exceeded the mean The average (mean) ideal is 113. Based on these data pedagogical competence of teachers SDN District of West Banjarmasin classified as either category and has competence above average competence of teachers in general.Key words: professionalism and certified teachers

Many regional languages in Indonesia are threatened with extinction due to the decreasing number of the younger generations who use the language. There are only 13 regional languages that have more than one million speakers and most of the speakers are older generations. Sundanese language is one of that 13 languages. However, nowadays the Sundanese language is starting to be sidelined and abandoned by the younger generations, especially children. Based on the observations of Sundanese language observers currently, the number of children in Bandung who can speak Sundanese is less than fifty percent. This study aimed to reveal the urban Sundanese millennial generation’s knowledge on the Sundanese vocabulary of traditional kitchen utensils. This study needs to be done since the vocabulary of household appliances is the closest in the home domain. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data analysis technique for the research problem is descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of the urban Sundanese millennial generation on the vocabulary of Sundanese traditional kitchen utensils reached an average of 87.17%, which can be categorized as good. Although it is categorized as good, some respondents do not know the name of the kitchen utensils.AbstrakBanyak bahasa daerah di Indonesia terancam punah karena semakin berkurangnya generasi muda pemakai bahasa tersebut. Kini hanya terdapat tiga belas bahasa daerah yang memiliki jumlah penutur di atas satu juta orang, itu pun sebagian besar generasi tua. Bahasa Sunda termasuk di antara tiga belas bahasa tersebut. Walaupun demikian, saat ini bahasa Sunda mulai dikesampingkan dan ditinggalkan oleh generasi muda, khususnya anak-anak. Berdasarkan pengamatan para pemerhati bahasa Sunda, saat ini jumlah anak-anak di Kota Bandung yang dapat berbahasa Sunda tidak sampai lima puluh persen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan generasi milenial Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata peralatan rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena kosakata peralatan rumah tangga merupakan kosakata terdekat yang ada di lingkungan rumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan generasi milenial Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata peralatan rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 87,17% sehingga dapat dikategorikan baik. Walaupun secara umum pengetahuan generasi milenial Sunda terhadap peralatan dapur dikategorikan baik, ada beberapa responden yang tidak mengetahui nama peralatan dapur tersebut.

Entrepreneurial interest is believed to be the most powerful solution in solving labor problems among students. However, the phenomenon that occurs in UNESA Economic Education Study Program students is still not optimal in interpreting this solution. This study identifies the influence of motivation, creativity, innovation and venture capital on interest in entrepreneurship. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and descriptive statistics. A sample of 60 students used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that motivation, creativity and venture capital partially significant  effect on entrepreneurial interest. Only innovation shows that there is no significant influence on entrepreneurial interest.

Research is included into the type of descriptive study using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research procedure includes stage 1) initial observation, 2) preparation, 3) implementation, 4) evaluation, and 5) final results. The subjects in this study were the second semester students of Mechanical Engineering Study Program, totaling 24 people. Data collection techniques used 1) test questions, 2) interviews, 3) documentation, and 4) field notes. Data analysis techniques mastery level of the material were analyzed using the percentage formula. Interview data were analyzed in stages 1) reducing data, 2) presenting data, and 3) summarizing data. Instrument documentation and field notes were analyzed narratively. The results of data analysis on the level of student mastery of composite material shows that the group of students in the category of mastery is very mastering (SM) 0 students (0%), the category of mastery mastering (M) is 9 students (23.68%), the category of mastery is less mastering (KM ) 16 students (42.11%), mastery category not mastered (TM) 13 students (34.21%). Students who mastered the mastery-1 category were 15 students (39.47%), who mastered the mastery-2 category by 22 students (57.89%), who mastered the mastery-3 category by 9 students (23.68%) and categories mastery-4 as many as 0 students (0%). Interview results obtained by some students 'mistakes in mastering composite material courses, namely a) errors in the use of formulas or concept errors, b) errors in algebraic fraction operations, c) students' lack of attention to the tests conducted, d) errors in inputting parameter values, e) errors in the operation of exponential numbers, f) errors in formulating problems in the form of formulas (mathematical modeling), and g) principle errors.

This research aims to determine the relationship between interest in becoming a teacher and learning experiences with learning achievement. The method used in this research is expost facto using quantitative approach. The population in this research is the student of Vocational Education in Electrical Engineering Study Program FT-UNJ, while the sample used is the student of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education Study Program of class of 2014 as many as 47 students. Data analysis technique used is hypothesis test and F-test which previously performed prerequisite analysis test: normality test and linearity test. The result of data analysis shows that hypothesis test with significant level 5% obtained r-count = 0,933 and r-table = 0,349, which means value r-count> r-table, then the value of F-count = 49,18 and F-table = 3,20 which means F-count> F-table then it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the interest to be a teacher and the learning experience with the learning achievement of students Vocational Education in Electrical Engineering Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat menjadi guru dan pengalaman belajar dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Seperti namanya, Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro ini diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa yang minat menjadi seorang guru. Para calon guru teknik elektro dididik dan dilatih untuk mempersiapkan diri mereka saat kelak menjalankan tuganya menjadi seorang guru. Namun kenyataannya, sampai sekarang masih terdapat mahasiswa yang mengambil Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro yang tidak berminat untuk menjadi seorang guru teknik elektro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro FT-UNJ, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro angkatan 2014 sebanyak 47 orang mahasiswa.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-F yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh nilai rhitung = 0,933 dan nilai rtabel = 0,349 karena nilai rhitung > rtabel, kemudian nilai Fhitung = 49,18 sebesar dan Ftabel = 3,20 yang berarti Fhitung > Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat menjadi guru dan pengalaman belajar dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro Univeristas Negeri Jakarta

The research aims to develop devices integrated learning Malay culture in the form of RPP, LKPD and evaluation tools to improve character education learners. This type of research is the development of research (research and the development) with the procedural model. Research has been conducted in the development of chemistry teaching lab FKIP Riau University from June to November 2016. The prototype learning device generated through research is Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) consisting of 4x meeting, Activity Sheet Students (LKPD) for 4x meetings and 1 set of tools evaluation. Product prototype learning device has been evaluated by 3 validator. Data collected through questionnaires and observation techniques. The data analysis technique is a descriptive quantitative by calculating the percentage of the value of the validation. The average score ratings seventh aspect of the RPP is 95.95% with a valid category. The average score of the four aspects of the feasibility assessment LKPD is 95.95% with a valid category. The average score of all fifth aspects of the feasibility assessment evaluation tool was 94.58% with a valid category. While the percentage of learners response to LKPD is 97.36% which is at the criteria very well.
