The purpose of this research is to study the role of leadership, soft competency, and organizational climate on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. This quantitative descriptive research is used to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables. The sample of this study was taken from 82 employee respondents in the company PT. XYZ. Data analysis techniques used in this study are hypotheses and statistical tests, which consist of validity, reliability, classic assessment tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test), and hypothesis testing methods (t test, F test , analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), analysis of the coefficient of coordination (R)). The results are: (a) There is a positive role in leadership in employee performance; (B) There is a positive role for soft competency in employee performance; (c) There is a positive role for organizational climate in employee performance; (d) The role of leadership, soft competency, and organizational climate has a positive influence on employee performance, which can overcome the variable increase, employee performance is also positive or increased.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of career development, work discipline, and leadership on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. This quantitative descriptive research aims to explain various conditions, various situations or various variables that arise. The sample of this study was taken from 79 employee respondents in one of the interior contracting companies in West Jakarta. Data analysis techniques used in this study are statistical hypotheses and testing, which consist of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test), and hypothesis testing methods (T test, F test, determination coefficient analysis (R2), correlation coefficient analysis (R)). The results are: (a) There is a positive role in career development in employee performance; (b) There is a positive role for work discipline in the performance of customer employees; (c) There is a positive role of leadership in employee performance; (d) The role of career development, work discipline, and leadership has a positive influence on employee performance, which can be concluded that if the three variables increase, employee performance is also positive or increased.

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. This research was conducted in PDAM Tomohon City which has the purpose of this study to: 1) knowing the effect of motivation on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 2) knowing the influence of work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 3) knowing the motivation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees. Where employees are required to have knowledge and skills must also have experience of motivation and discipline as well as performance, but basically PDAM Tomohon City employees ignore motivation and discipline as well as existing performance. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative descriptive research. The sample used was 60 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaire and library methods. To examine the influence of motivation and discipline on performance by using multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The tools used in testing data instruments are validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test (normality test, multicellularity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results of this study show that motivation variables and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PDAM Tomohon city employees, while partially motivation has a significant effect on performance, and discipline does not affect the employee performance of PDAM Tomohon City.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of student perceptions about the role of micro teaching courses on student teaching readiness. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is the 2014 UNP FE Economics Education students who have completed the micro teaching course and the Education Field Experience Program course totaling 84 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (total sampling) so that the entire population is sampled. Research data are primary data collected by questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inductive analysis using normality test, heterocedasticity test, hypothesis testing using simple regression, t test and coefficient of determination with α = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between students' perceptions of  the role of micro teaching courses on student teaching readiness, namely sig 0,000 <0,05. Keywords: Perception, Role, Micro Teaching, Teaching Readiness

The Role of Climate Organizations and motivations to improve employee performance are very important. This study aims to find out what are the factors that affect the performance of administrative staff at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin. This study uses quantitative methods, with a total sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis method used is by using multiple linear regression. The results of the study on the effect of work motivation and Organizational Climate on the performance of Administrative staff at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Banjarmasin showed the following results: The first hypothesis states the influence of motivation and Organizational Climate together have a positive influence on the performance of Administrative employees but not significant (meaningless ), The second hypothesis states that the influence of motivation partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of administrative staff of the Islamic University of Borneo. The third hypothesis states that the influence of Organizational Climate partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of administrative staff of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Banjarmasin not proven, because the effect is negative and not significant. So it can be concluded that only motivation has a significant effect on the performance of administrative staff of the Islamic University of Kalimantan. Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Climate, Administrative Performance

This research was conducted on PT. Tirta Sari Indragiri Hulu Regency with the aim to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Climate variables on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling was done by accidental sampling method with 146 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive, data analysis is carried out simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Stastic version 21.0. From the results of the study, the regression equation obtained is Y = 6.313 + 0.143X1 + 0.242X2, it can be seen that the Leadership Style and Organizational Climate have a positive influence on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has obtained F count > F table that is equal to 8.738 > 3.06. So that the two independent variables namely Leadership Style and Organizational Climate together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that the dominant Climate Organization variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count> t table of 3.394> 1.97658. While the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count > t table of 2.037 > 1.97658. In addition, the result of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.330 which shows the level of the relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this study is in the criteria of the weak relationship. The amount of influence caused by these two variables together affects the variable Employee Performance with a percentage of 10.9%. While 89.1% was influenced by other factors that did not participate in this study.

<p>This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the Compensation Effect on Employee Performance and learn more deeply the importance of compensation in the company and how much influence it has on employee performance. And the company that is the object of this research is PT. Tri Dharma Pusaka, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, where data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data collected through the results of the questionnaire are then processed with statistics, then interpreted, analyzed, and described according to the research objectives. The population and sample in this study were 55 people using saturated samples where all populations were sampled. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the effect of compensation has the results of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.794, which means there is a positive relationship between compensation for employee work performance. The coefficient of determination  shows that Variable Compensation (X) affects the variable Employee performance (Y) of 63% while the rest is (100% - 63%) = 37% influenced by other factors not examined by the author. With a level of significance, because tcount is greater than t table (9.506&gt; 1.674), then Ho is rejected and Ho is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on the performance of employees at PT. The researcher took the object of research from PT. Asia Karet, the selection of objects is caused by a decrease in employee performance Employee performance is the result of work that becomes a benchmark for employees. Employee performance is influenced by several factors including communication and incentives. Communication within the company must run well both vertically and horizontally to reduce misinformation in working both orders from superiors or information between coworkers. Communication has an important role in efforts to achieve organizational goals, so it can be said that the success or failure of an organization is largely determined by the quality of communication possessed by people in the organization concerned. The population used was 67 people with sampling using saturated sampling and 30 employees to test validity taken from other companies. The research method used is a quantitative approach, a type of quantitative descriptive research. Methods of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, simultaneous coefficient of determination and testing (F-Test) with Fcount> Ftable (40,934> 3,080) and partially (Test-t) with the value for incentive variable t count> t table (3,037> 1,981) and communication ((2,932> 1,981). The results of the study show that incentives and communication simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Asia Karet

 This study aims to analyze differences before and after the implementation of a CSR program on profitability carried out by PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. Data obtained by documentation techniques in the form of financial statements of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk before the implementation of CSR in 2002-2009 and after the implementation of CSR in 2010-2017. The calculation technique used in this study is to calculate the percentage of profitability ratios (ROA) of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. While the data analysis techniques used in this study used descriptive statistical tests and tested hypotheses with the Paired Sample T Test analysis method using a tool in the form of SPSS 23.  The results showed that there were no differences before and after the implementation of CSR. There is no difference in profitability measured by ROA allegedly because social activities and environmental activities as a form of corporate responsibility for the surrounding environment and social are not good enough so that the impact on the company has not been seen. Besides, the types of banking companies that do not have a direct impact on natural resources also can be one of the factors there is no difference in profitability at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.
