PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TIRTA SARI KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU

This research was conducted on PT. Tirta Sari Indragiri Hulu Regency with the aim to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Climate variables on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling was done by accidental sampling method with 146 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive, data analysis is carried out simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Stastic version 21.0. From the results of the study, the regression equation obtained is Y = 6.313 + 0.143X1 + 0.242X2, it can be seen that the Leadership Style and Organizational Climate have a positive influence on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has obtained F count > F table that is equal to 8.738 > 3.06. So that the two independent variables namely Leadership Style and Organizational Climate together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that the dominant Climate Organization variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count> t table of 3.394> 1.97658. While the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count > t table of 2.037 > 1.97658. In addition, the result of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.330 which shows the level of the relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this study is in the criteria of the weak relationship. The amount of influence caused by these two variables together affects the variable Employee Performance with a percentage of 10.9%. While 89.1% was influenced by other factors that did not participate in this study.

<em>The Purposes of this Research aim to determine the effect of the Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training in partially and simultaneously to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Metodhology of this research was used quantitative descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis wich used SPSS version 20.0. By using 50 samples, the result showed that Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influencing to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 8.126 + 0, 301 X<sub>1</sub> + 0,334X<sub>2.</sub>+ 0, 180X<sub>3. </sub>The magnitude effect of three independent variables as together to the dependent variable is 62,4 % and 37,6 % is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.</em>

This research was conducted on AnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat with the aim to determine the effect of Location and Service Quality to Consumer Loyalty atRengatPhotocopy in Rengat. Sampling was done by random sampling method with 98 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is a quantitative descriptive method, data analysis with partially and simultaneously act (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Stastic program version 21.0). From the results of the research, obtained a regression equation that is Y = 9,881 + 0,243X1 + 0,321X2, it can be seen that Location and Service Quality has a positive influence to Consumer Loyalty atAnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has been obtained F count> F table that is equal to 6.311> 3.09. So that the two independent variables namely location and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Consumer Loyalty atAnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that location variables significantly influence to Consumer Loyalty at Anugrah Photocopyin Rengat, t arithmetic> t table of 2.554> 1.98525. Variable service quality is more dominant significant effect to Consumer Loyalty at Anugrah Photocopyin Rengat namely t arithmetic> t table of 3.447> 1.98525. In addition, the results of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.742 which shows the level of relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this research is in the criteria of high relationship closeness. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together affect the consumer loyalty variable with a percentage of 55.1%. While 44.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

This study aims to determine autocratic leadership style, communication and work motivation Against Employee performance at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. This research includes the type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 72 employees at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Autocratic Leadership Style, Communication and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance simultaneously affect employee Performance. communication partially affects employee performance, work motivation partially influences employee performance, job satisfaction also partially affects employee Performance.

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

This study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Climate Organization and Competence Againt Employee PT. Hutama Karya ". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

<p>The aim of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of leadership style on employee productivity, identify and examine the effect of organizational climate on employee productivity, to identify and examine the effect of the work ethic on employee productivity, in order to know and examine the variables that have the most impact level dominant on employee productivity PT. HP Metals Indonesia part Powder Coating.</p><p>This research is an explanatory research or study the explanation, the research describes causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The numbers of sample in this study are 98 respondents. The independent variables consist of: Leadership styles (X1), Organizational Climate (X2), Work Ethics (X3). The dependent variable in this study is Productivity employee (Y). While, the technique of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis</p>Based on the analysis in this study showed that the variables of leadership style, organizational climate, work ethic on employee productivity responded well by employees. Aspects of leadership style that followed targeted Climate employee srated the organization has also been rated as good, especially on the cooperation between employees and management, while at the work ethic of employee srated very high, especially on adherence to regulations, adherence to labor standards and work ethics. And employee productivity is also very positive response from almost all three elements, namely timeliness, quality of work and quantity of work.

This research is aimed at understanding the relationship of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT SSBP considering that the two independent variables are the main factors that determines the success of a company as general as well as PT SSBP. The research obtained data from 144 respondents out of 210 total employees. A questionnaire was prepared to catch their perception on leadership style and compensation and how they affect their performance in the company they work with. From the data obtained and the analysis result shows that the relationship and the contribution of leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees is strong and significant, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore as managerial instruments, leadership style and compensation are extremely important factors to be considered and continuously updated in order to keep and maintain employees motivation that in turn will boost their performance,

<p><em>Abstrak -<strong> </strong></em><strong>U</strong><strong>ntuk dapat mencapai hubungan yang sinergis, perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan pola kinerja karyawannya.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>K</strong><strong>aryawan yang bermutu dan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi adalah karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi. Peran yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan prestasi kinerja seorang karyawan adalah dirinya sendiri. Bagaimana dia memiliki semangat dan etos kerja yang tinggi untuk dapat memberikan pengaruh positif pada lingkungannya. Karyawan yang memiliki pemikiran yang luhur mengenai pekerjaannya dapat bekerja dengan tulus. Suatu pandangan dan sikap terhadap kerja dikenal dengan istilah etos kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji teoritik mengenai pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AE. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menyebar 132 kuesioner pada karyawan PT. AE. To test the effect of variables on the</strong> <strong>performance of the employee's work ethic multiple linear regression analysis was used, by spread 132 questionnaires to employees of PT. AE. Having analyzed the results obtained R square 0.724 with 0.000 significance (p &lt;0.05), which means the work ethic significant influence on employee performance amounted to 72.4%.
