<p>This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the Compensation Effect on Employee Performance and learn more deeply the importance of compensation in the company and how much influence it has on employee performance. And the company that is the object of this research is PT. Tri Dharma Pusaka, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, where data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data collected through the results of the questionnaire are then processed with statistics, then interpreted, analyzed, and described according to the research objectives. The population and sample in this study were 55 people using saturated samples where all populations were sampled. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the effect of compensation has the results of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.794, which means there is a positive relationship between compensation for employee work performance. The coefficient of determination  shows that Variable Compensation (X) affects the variable Employee performance (Y) of 63% while the rest is (100% - 63%) = 37% influenced by other factors not examined by the author. With a level of significance, because tcount is greater than t table (9.506&gt; 1.674), then Ho is rejected and Ho is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on the performance of employees at PT. The researcher took the object of research from PT. Asia Karet, the selection of objects is caused by a decrease in employee performance Employee performance is the result of work that becomes a benchmark for employees. Employee performance is influenced by several factors including communication and incentives. Communication within the company must run well both vertically and horizontally to reduce misinformation in working both orders from superiors or information between coworkers. Communication has an important role in efforts to achieve organizational goals, so it can be said that the success or failure of an organization is largely determined by the quality of communication possessed by people in the organization concerned. The population used was 67 people with sampling using saturated sampling and 30 employees to test validity taken from other companies. The research method used is a quantitative approach, a type of quantitative descriptive research. Methods of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, simultaneous coefficient of determination and testing (F-Test) with Fcount> Ftable (40,934> 3,080) and partially (Test-t) with the value for incentive variable t count> t table (3,037> 1,981) and communication ((2,932> 1,981). The results of the study show that incentives and communication simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Asia Karet

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The development of the economy at this time will cause very tight competition in the business field. The company will continue to develop its products by creating unique products that are different from competitors that produce similar products. At this time consumers are fanatic in choosing a product, besides they want a quality product they will also choose a product that has a brand image that is quite good in the community. Deenay veil products are currently a product that is favored by every society. At Gea Fashion Banjar deenay brand hood sales are higher each month compared to other brand hoods. Based on that, the writer is interested in researching the Effect of Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Deenay Veil in Banjar Gea Fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Deenay Veil on Banjar Gea Fashion? The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method, with a sample of 50 people. The results showed that brand image had a significant influence on the decision making for purchasing veil deenay. This significance value was obtained from Fcount 29,689 with a significance of 0,000 with F table (4.04) at the significance level of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (r²) or R square obtained by 0.328, so that the magnitude of influence was 38.2%, whereas the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable. In conclusion, consumers make purchasing decisions due to the influence of brand image and social, cultural, personal and psychological factors.

This study has purpose to determine and analyze the effect of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaints Handling, and Facilities on Costumer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. The research method applied in this study was a quantitative descriptive research design. This study used a population of 1,500 respondents. In determining the sample size, this study used the Slovin formula. Based on the results of calculation, the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using incidental sampling. The data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was statistical analysis consists of multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaint Handling, and Facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. Partially, it was found that Company Image and Customer Incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Meanwhile, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or the contribution of the variables of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura was 43.1%. This study suggested that BMT Amanah Ummah should continue to improve and pay attention to the factors that affect the Customer Retention, such as Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities. The purpose of this research is to study the role of leadership, soft competency, and organizational climate on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. This quantitative descriptive research is used to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables. The sample of this study was taken from 82 employee respondents in the company PT. XYZ. Data analysis techniques used in this study are hypotheses and statistical tests, which consist of validity, reliability, classic assessment tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test), and hypothesis testing methods (t test, F test , analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), analysis of the coefficient of coordination (R)). The results are: (a) There is a positive role in leadership in employee performance; (B) There is a positive role for soft competency in employee performance; (c) There is a positive role for organizational climate in employee performance; (d) The role of leadership, soft competency, and organizational climate has a positive influence on employee performance, which can overcome the variable increase, employee performance is also positive or increased.

Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work discipline on employee work performance. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 49.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.131> 2.024), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.4%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (5.625> 2.024) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. A simultaneous test of work discipline and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (25.798> 2.860)  g thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline and work discipline on employee work performance.

This research was conducted at PT. Hitachi Power Systems Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of data analysis of the effect of Product Quality on Vendor Selection at PT. Hitachi Power Systems Indonesia by distributing questionnaires of 40 respondents. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive research method. The analysis results show the value of t-count> t-table (5.478> 1.685). This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there is an influence between Product Quality and Vendor Selection. And from the results of calculations using SPSS version 20, the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the value of R Square = 0.441.This means that the Product Quality variable (X) can explain or explain the Vendor Selection (Y) of 44.1%, the remaining 55.9% ( from the calculation of 100% -44.1%) influenced by other variables not included in the model or equation in this study.The analysis results show the value of t-count> t-table (5.478> 1.685). This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there is an influence between Product Quality and Vendor Selection

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on employees’ performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 52 employees at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of Seluma Regency. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regressions show that the equation Y = 6.045 + 0.419 X1 + 0.458 X2. The result of regression direction is positive, meaning that the higher emotional intelligence and organizational commitment variables, the higher the employees’ performance will also be. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.595. This means that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a contribution to performance (Y) of 59.5% while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Overall, the results t test has a significant value is less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a significant influence on performance (Y) partially or individually. The results of the F test have a significant value of 0.000 < 0 ,05. Because the level of significance below 0.05 indicates that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a significant influence on performance (Y).

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and competence on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in the study were all employees in a total of 165 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in research shows partially it can be seen that leadership (X1) has a tcount of 1,589 and a ttable value of 1.658, then a tcount <ttable (1,589 <1,658) and a sig.0.00 value <0,115. This means that the hypothesis is rejected, namely: partial leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan. The results showed that motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the motivation variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.511 and a ttable value of 1.658 then the value of tcount> ttable (2.511> 1.658) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.014. The results showed that competence (X3) had no positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) in PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the Competency variable (X3) has a tcount of 1,498 and a ttable of 1,658 then the ttable value <ttable (1,498 <1,658) and sig. 0.00 <0.137.

HR development is part of the company's internal management. As a part that has a big influence on the company, this certainly cannot be taken lightly. This study aims to explain the effect of education on the performance of the managers / employees of KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera, the effect of training on the performance of KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera managers / employees and the effect of education and training together on the performance of KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera managers / employees. Quantitative descriptive research methods are applied to explain this relationship. From the hypothesis test using the F test, it is known that simultaneously the Education (X1), Training (X2) variables have a significant effect on Job Performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.784, which means the variable education (X1), training (X2) can explain the variable effect of work performance (Y) of 78.4% while the remaining 21.6% is explained by other variables not included in this research model, for example (factors age, health, etc.). It is hoped that KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera KCU Grobogan will be able to develop education and training on an ongoing basis in order to improve the quality of human resources so that their abilities will increase in order to increase work productivity along with target achievement and work performance.
