Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui mengidentifikasi keterlibatan hijabers di social media dikarenakan motivasi, peluang, kemampuan dan suka terhadap perilaku belanja online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Facebook dalam rangka bertransaksi belanja online khususnya busana muslim. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 316 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi, kemampuan dan suka mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan media sosial dalam belanja online dikalangan hijabers. Sementara peluang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keterlibatan di media sosial.  The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of motivation, opportunity, ability, and likes on social media involvement for online shopping. The population in this study is the Facebook users in order to transact online shopping, especially Muslim fashion. Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling with 316 respondents. Data analysis techniques use SEM (Smart-PLS) analysis. The results stated that motivation, ability, and likes have a positive influence on involvement in social media through online shopping among hijabsta. While opportunities have no influence on involvement in social media.

One of the effective social media for online shopping is Instagram. Shopping online on social media Instagram, consumers only see products in photos, catalogs and videos without knowing the quality of the product, because buyers do not meet directly with the seller only through gadgets, cellphones or computers. Trust is the main capital in online shopping. This research was conducted to examine the influence of trust in perceived of risk mediation on the intention to transact online shopping on social media Instagram. The sample of this research is 120 women in Padang City. The research method uses quantitative analysis techniques using a questionnaire, sampling method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling tectic. This research uses SmartPLS version 3.0 software.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of risk taking, proactivity, autonomy and competitive aggressiveness on the performance of rattan handicraft businesses in Cirebon Regency. The method of determining the sample using non-probability sampling method with the type of purposive sampling. Data collection methods using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis uses SEM PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that there is an influence of risk taking, proactivity, autonomy and competitive aggressiveness on the performance of the rattan handicraft business in Cirebon Regency.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengambilan risiko, proaktif, otonomi dan agresivitas bersaing terhadap kinerja usaha kerajinan rotan di Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada 100 responden. Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengambilan risiko, proaktif, otonomi dan agresivitas bersaing terhadap kinerja usaha kerajinan rotan di Kabupaten Cirebon.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer delight on customer loyalty with service quality as a moderating variable (Study at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali). This research was conducted at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali with data analysis techniques Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). The sample size obtained by using purposive sampling method as many as 120 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it can be stated that customer delight has a positive and significant effect on consumer customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Service quality moderated the influence of customer delight on consumer customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Suggestions that can be recommended for Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak should pay more attention to fair service regarding products, prices and services from staff of Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. AbstrakPenelitian dilatarbelakangi pertentangan opini mengenai hubungan matematika dengan budaya, yang mengarah pada ethnomathematics. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan etnomatematika pada pembuatan Payung Geulis Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Subjek penelitian dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling, yaitu tiga orang pengrajin Payung Geulis yang berada di Panyingkiran, Indihiang, Kota Tasikmalaya serta telah menjadi pengrajin selama lebih dari 10 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yaitu peneliti sendiri dengan didukung beberapa instrumen lainnya yaitu pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, alat rekam dan kamera. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kaitan antara Payung Geulis dengan matematika yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya unsur-unsur matematika berdasarkan konsep geometri. Konsep geometri tersebut diantaranya berupa geometri bangun datar, geometri bangun ruang, simetri, geometri transformasi (refleksi, translasi, dan rotasi) serta kekongruenan. Ethnomathematics Study of Payung Geulis Craftmans Tasikmalaya  AbstractResearch is motivated by conflicting opinions about the relationship between mathematics and culture, which leads to ethnomathematics. This research aims to determine and describe ethnomathematics in the manufacture of Tasikmalaya Geulis Umbrellas. The research method is qualitative with ethnographic methods. The subjects in this study were selected using a purposive sampling method where the subject was a Payulis Geulis craftsman in Panyingkiran, Indihiang, Tasikmalaya City and had been a craftsman for more than 10 years. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The research instrument was the researcher himself, supported by several other instruments, namely observation guidelines, interview guidelines, recording equipment, and cameras. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there is a relationship between Umbrella Geulis with mathematics which is indicated by the existence of mathematical elements based on the concept of geometry. The geometrical concepts include the geometry of the flat structure, geometry of geometry, symmetry, the geometry of transformation (reflection, translation, and rotation) and concordance.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. Abstract - This research was conducted to find out whether there is a significant influence between the variables of innovation and risk taking on the development of young entrepreneurs who run their businesses in the culinary field in the Binong area of Tangerang. The population of this study is young entrepreneurs in the culinary field in the Binong area of Tangerang. The sampling method is done by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire method by giving questionnaires to 50 respondents. All data analysis techniques use the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. Test assumptions have shown that all data has passed the assumption requirements. Based on the results of the partial t test, it shows a hypothesis that the innovation variable is not significant to the development of young entrepreneurs who run culinary businesses in the Binong area of Tangerang. Whereas the risk taking variable has a significant influence on the development of young entrepreneurs who run culinary businesses in the Binong area of Tangerang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah wirausaha muda di bidang kuliner yang berada di wilayah Binong Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel tak acak bertujuan (Purposive sampling). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket / kuesioner dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Semua teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Uji asumsi telah menunjukkan bahwa seluruh data telah lolos dari persyaratan asumsi. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji t parsial menunjukkan sebuah hipotesis bahwa variabel inovasi tidak signifikan terhadap perkembangan wirausaha muda yang menjalankan usaha kuliner di wilayah Binong Tangerang. Sedangkan untuk variabel pengambilan risiko memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan wirausaha muda yang menjalankan usaha kuliner di wilayah Binong Tangerang. ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the risk of bankruptcy in Korean entertainment companies listed on the Korean Exchange in 20122016. The research methodology used is a comparative descriptive method with panel data and quantitative data obtained on the Korean Exchange. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with data during the period of 2012 until 2016. Data analysis techniques used are different test techniques. The results of this research showed that calculation with altman zscore was able to predicts 19 non-bankrupt companies, 3 companies in grey area, and 3 bankrupt companies. Whereas the calculation of Springate method was able to predicts 16 nonbankrupt companies and 9 bankrupt companies. And the calculation of Zmijewski method was able to predicts 25 non- bankrupt companies and 0 bankrupt companies. Compared with all these three method. The Springate method is the most effective method in predicting bankruptcy of risk companies. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, price and promotion on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang at the Honda Gajah Motor Padang, totaling 584 people. While the number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variable brand image and promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. While the price variable does not significantly influence the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of NPL and LDR on CAR, as well as to analyze the effect of NPL, LDR, and CAR on profitability at LPDs in Denpasar City. The population used is LPD in Denpasar City as many as 35 LPDs. The method of determining samples using purposive sampling method is the determination of samples with criteria, namely LPD throughout Denpasar City which is still active, so that the sample of the study is 33 LPDs. Data analysis techniques used to examine how the influence of NPL and LDR on profitability with CAR as a mediating variable are path analysis techniques. Before analyzing the pathway, the first classical assumption is tested, namely normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that NPL does not have a significant effect on the CAR, LDR has a negative and significant effect on the CAR, NPL has a negative and significant effect on profitability, LDR and CAR has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of LPD in Denpasar City. Banks that have high levels of bad credit, risk bankruptcy. Knowing the factors that influence credit risk will deal with the risk of non-performing loans earlier. The factors studied to determine the effect on credit risk are capital adequacy, credit distribution, and operational efficiency. By using a purposive sampling method to determine the sample, a sample of 120 companies with a period of 3 years of observation, namely 2015 to 2017, obtained 1440 observation samples. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique used. The results obtained after conducting the analysis are capital adequacy, credit distribution, and operational efficiency have a positive influence on credit risk.
