The population in this research is Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar), with the sample of university student at Untar. The research technique used is non-probability sampling with a snowball sampling approach, with 155 respondents. The data validity test was done by using the validity, reliability and normality test. The requirements that must be met in multiple regression analysis are the classic assumption test, which consists of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. After that, the data processing and analysis tests were carried out using the F test, T test, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. All of the above tests were processed using the IBM SPSS 25 software. This results of this research indicate that Ha is accepted, which means that Self Esteem and Self Disclosure partially and simultaneously affect Students’ Adjustment at Universitas Tarumanagara.

Intensity to produce a quality human capital is not sufficient by having basic skills for certain field only. The need to have a competitive attitude to enhance their level of competency is much concern for many employers nowadays. Hence, this study is conducted to identify the competitiveness factors that influence the level of competency among graduates, especially who employed in the service sector in Malaysia. This study used survey methods by distributing questionnaires for data collection. The study used stratified purposive sampling by distributing a questionnaire to 450 graduates from 13 services sectors based on a statistic from the Ministry of Higher Education 2016. The finding from the exploratory factor analysis found that seven competitiveness factors were consisting of 47 items that form the competitiveness attitude among graduates. However, based on multiple linear regression analysis, only five models of competitiveness factors have a significant relationship with graduates’ competency which are job competitiveness, organizational management competitiveness, dominant competitiveness, goal competitiveness and self-improvement competitiveness. In fact, aggressive competitiveness and general competitiveness does not influence graduates’ competency level significantly. Thus, the more competitive attitude of graduates such as emotional control, innovation, and competitiveness to be the best is vital for their future marketability. In addition, it is hoped that their level of competence can be enhanced through the development of competitive factors for the advancement of the country's higher education talent.

The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of stores existence toward sales turnover of stalls in Mataram city. Associative research design was adopted as the study guide. Purposive sampling techniques were used in which 100 copies of the research instrument were administered to stalls owner in Mataram city, out of which 100 copies of questionnaire were filled and returned. Test of validity and reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyse the data generated from respondents. The findings revealed that stores existence variable consisted of services, product diversification, price, and comfortable of consumer have significant influence on sales turnover of stalls at 0,05 level (2-tailed). The result of the research shows the variables negatively affecting sales turnover of stalls. Furthermore, price ranks the first follow by comfortable, product diversification, and services. This research will help the owner of stalls to understand and recognize the ranking of variables affecting sales turnover of stalls in Mataram city. Keywords:   Stores Existence, Stall, and Sales Turnover.

The empirical study aims to analyze and measure the social and environmental involvement of large Moroccan firms operating in the main sectors of activity and located in different geographical areas. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the authors empirically test the impact of CSR on overall performance on a sample of 44 companies. The main findings reveal that CSR is a driver for improving image and reputation, enabling the firm to achieve overall corporate performance. On the basis of the main results, they set out some managerial implications and further directions for CSR research in developing countries.

Population in this study were primary consumer goods sector companies in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on sample selection, there are 52 companies that required The data analysis technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression analysis.. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the results show biological asset intensity have a significance below 0.05, namely 0.006. This shows that biological asset intensity have a significant positive effect on biologiocal asset disclosure. However, the firm size and managerial ownership variables have a significance value above 5%. This means that the two variables do not have a significant effect on biological asset disclosure in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019.

The present study was aimed to explore the impact of gratitude and forgiveness in predicting subjective well-being in young adults. The sample for the study included 300 participants between the ages of 18 and 24 years who were conveniently selected from a university in Karachi city. Gratitude Questionnaire (McCullough et al., 2002), Heartland Forgiveness Scale (Thompson et al., 2005) and Flourishing Scale (Diener et al., 2010) were used as the measures to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed gratitude to be nonsignificant predictor of subjective well-being, whereas, forgiveness was found to be a significant predictor of subjective well-being . Further, weak positive relation of gratitude with subjective well-being (r = .14), and forgiveness with subjective well-being (r = .34) has been found. However, the explanatory power of this model was revealed to be significant (R2 = .12), suggesting that the variables share an important association which needs further extensive study. This study implies that forgiveness and gratitude may be effectively used in psychotherapy and substantially integrated in general counselling for young adult clients.
