The purpose of marketing is to introduce a product and increase sales. Another Coffee Hati is one of the franchise business fields that has opened four hundred branches in Indonesia, one of which is Kopi Hati Hati Sukasari Bogor. Managing a business during a pandemic is an interesting thing, where cafe owners must of course have ways to attract consumers and also make consumers still feel safe when buying products at the venue. In running its business, of course Kopi Hati Hati Sukasari Bogor has a strategy that can make its business grow. Of course the strategy includes a review, regulations, promotions, and its target market and before implementing the strategy there are also several things that have been considered such as a first review. In this research has a very important role. This research uses a qualitative methodology with a case study method. Collecting data in this method by means of in-depth interviews, documentation, archival records and participant observation. In this research, there is an interaction that symbolizes symbols such as regulations and the use of language in daily activities at Kopi Hati Hati Sukasari Bogor.Tujuan sebuah pemasaran adalah memperkenalkan suatu produk serta meningkatkan penjualannya. Kopi Lain Hati merupakan salah satu bidang usaha franchise yang telah membuka empat ratus cabang di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah Kopi Lain Hati Sukasari Bogor. Mengelola bisnis di masa pandemi merupakan hal yang menarik, dimana pemilik café tentunya harus mempunyai cara bagaimana menarik konsumen juga membuat konsumen tetap merasa aman ketika membeli produk di tempat tersebut. Dalam menjalankan bisnis nya tentu Kopi Lain Hati Sukasari Bogor mempunyai strategi yang dapat membuat bisnisnya semakin berkembang. Tentunya strategi tersebut meliputi peninjauan, peraturan, promosi, serta target marketnya dan sebelum menjalankan strategi tersebut juga ada beberapa hal yang telah diperhatikan seperti peninjauan terlebih dahulu. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dalam metode ini dengan cara wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, rekaman arsip dan observasi partisipan. Dalam penelitian ini terjadi adanya interaksi yang melambangkan simbol-simbol seperti peraturan dan adanya penggunaan bahasa dalam kegiatan sehati-hari di Kopi Lain Hati Sukasari Bogor.

Competition in the television industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, especially now that the era of media convergence is expanding. NET TV as one of the national private companies is present with strategies, marketing, and Human Resources (HR) development by combining conventional methods with new ways. The writing of this paper is on program development concepts which include: pre-production, production, and evaluation. For marketing strategy, NET.TV reduces to Kotler and Keller who see marketing strategies starting from the target audience, consumer classification, and target market determination. This journal writing uses a qualitative approach, with a constructivist paradigm, and uses the case study method. The data was obtained through literature review, observation, and in-depth interviews with editors, HRD, Marketing, and NET.TV Head of Production. The results showed that NET.TV followed production procedures by relying on the creativity of human resources without deviating from the technical rules of production. Likewise, related to marketing, they utilize social media with human resource creativity.

En el presente trabajo de investigación se intenta dar cuenta del vínculo entre el fenómeno de crianza y las dificultades escolares de 10 alumnos de sexto grado en una escuela primaria pública de Culiacán, Sinaloa, México. Tiene como objetivo analizar las condiciones de la crianza que inciden en las dificultades escolares de los estudiantes y que, por su carácter subjetivo, plantean limitantes a la labor educativa.  Para ello se utiliza el enfoque cualitativo y el método de estudio de casos. Las técnicas de recolección de datos fueron la entrevista a profundidad, dispositivos grupales e individuales psicoanalíticamente orientados, observación participante y un cuestionario exploratorio aplicado a profesores. Destacan en los resultados seis tipos de conflictos familiares que afectan o modifican la crianza, generando distintas modalidades de expresión en cada caso, tales como: desinterés por la escuela, agresividad, bajo rendimiento escolar, entre otros. Se retoman los aportes del psicoanálisis para su estudio.AbstractIn the present research work tries to account for the bond between the phenomenon of parenting and schooling difficulties than 10 sixth grade students of a public elementary school in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. We aimed to analyze the conditions of parenting difficulties that affect school students and that its subjective nature, pose limitations to educational work. For this reason we use the focused qualitative and case study method. The data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, group and individual devices psychoanalytically oriented, participant observation and exploratory questionnaire applied to teachers. Results highlight six types of family conflicts that affect or modify the parenting, generating particular ways of expressing discomfort in each case, such as disinterest in school, aggression, poor school performance, among others. A marketing communication aims to introduce a product, field or service in order to increase sales. Cocopi is one of the beverage businesses that has been located in various places in Jakarta, especially in Muara Karang Pluit. Cocopi is loved by many people from offices, school children to the elderly, so Cocopi is active in the Go-Food application. At the time of covid-19, managing a business is very difficult because of the many obstacles faced. So many things that must be re-planned and changed to keep employees and cocopi customer healthy and safe, then a lot of experience that can be taken in this situation and condition at the time of covid-19. And one way to survive during covid-19 used by cocopi is to promote through Go-Food, so that it is safe for everyone and still runs according to the rules. This research uses qualitative methodology with case study strategy. This data collection method with in-depth interviews by Cocopi Manager as well as documentation, non-participant observations, the conclusion of this research is an interaction process that has meaning or symbol in daily activities in Cocopi Muara Karang PluitSebuah komunikasi pemasaran bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan suatu produk, bidang atau jasa agar meningkatkan penjualan. Cocopi merupakan salah satu usaha minuman yang telah berada di berbagai tempat di Jakarta, terutama di Muara Karang Pluit. Cocopi di gemari banyak orang baik perkantoran, anak-anak sekolah sampai lansia, sehingga Cocopi aktif dalam aplikasi Go-Food. Pada saat covid-19, mengelola bisnis sangatlah sulit karena banyak sekali kendala yang dihadapi. Begitu banyak hal yang harus di rencanakan ulang dan di ubah agar karyawan dan kostumer cocopi tetap sehat dan aman, lalu banyak sekali pengalaman yang bisa diambil dalam situasi dan kondisi pada saat covid-19 ini. Dan salah satu cara agar tetap survive selama covid-19 yang digunakan cocopi adalah mempromosikan lewat Go-Food, sehingga aman bagi semuanya dan tetap berjalan sesuai aturan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data ini dengan wawancara mendalam oleh Manager Cocopi serta dokumentasi, observasi non partisipan, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah proses interaksi yang mempunyai makna atau simbol dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di Cocopi Muara Karang Pluit.

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution with a boarding or boarding system. With the levels of Santri who register at the pesantren come from various ages, the santri teachers must have the ability to communicate and treat so that the students are able to adapt to new habits in pesantren education. This research was conducted to explore the forms of interaction and communication of the teachers as an effective method of delivering messages to the new students. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, with the case study method. Data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that age is a very important factor in communication to shape perceptions, values, cultural backgrounds, knowledge, roles and the environment that have a high influence on the effectiveness of delivering messages that can create the desired communication. So that the method of delivering effective messages by the teachers to the new students is through the Parenting communication pattern approach using: 1) Permissive communication patterns (tend to behave freely) but remain focused and under supervision, 2) take an approach based on parenting with implementing the concept of reward and punishment ala Rasulullah SAW. With the results of this research, it is hoped that it will become an additional reference for teachers who are responsible for the new santri class to learn parenting and communication as the basis for the ability to convey messages so that the vision and mission of the pesantren can be realized, namely creating the nation's generation.

Marketing communication is important especially in determining the success of a product. Starbucks that must be able to struggle in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that attacks many economic sectors in the world must set their marketing communication plans to match their initial targets. Although there are many considerations in determining planning in the midst of COVID-19. Starbucks image branch 6 establishes in advance the business objectives, strategy, tactics, rules, monitoring, and evaluation. In this research has a very important role. Determination of the right strategy and also how they set business goals in the midst of a pandemic virus will have an effect on their sales, of course after that they must also carry out monitoring and evaluation to see what they have set. This research uses a qualitative methodology with a case study method. Collecting data in this method by means of in-depth interviews, documentation, archival records and participant observation. In this research, there is an interaction that uses symbols such as regulations and the use of language in daily activities at Starbucks, the sixth image branch, especially in the midst of this co-19 pandemic.Komunikasi pemasaran merupakan hal yang penting terlebih dalam menentukan keberhasilan dari sebuah produk. Starbucks yang harus dapat berjuang di tengah masa pandemic COVID- 19 yang menyerang banyak sektor perekonomian di dunia harus menetapkan perencanaan Komunikasi pemasaran mereka agar sesuai dengan target awal mereka. Walaupun banyak pertimbangan dalam menentukan perencanaan di tengah COVID-19 ini.Starbucks cabang Citra 6 menetapkan terlebih dahulu Tujuan bisnis, Strategi,Taktis, Aturan, Monitoring, dan Evaluasi . Dalam penelitian ini memiliki peran yang sangat penting.Penentuan Strategi yang tepat dan juga bagaimana mereka menetapkan tujuan bisnis di tengah pandemi virus ini akan memberikan dampak ke penjualan mereka, tentu setelah itu mereka harus juga melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk melihat apa yang telah mereka tetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dalam metode ini dengan cara wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, rekaman arsip dan observasi partisipan. Dalam penelitian ini terjadi adanya interaksi yang menggunakan simbol-simbol seperti peraturan dan adanya penggunaan bahasa dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di Starbucks cabang Citra Enam terlebih di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini.

Marketing communication of a product is done to improve product quality and introduce products to consumers. Starbucks is a famous coffee shop in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the process of symbolic interaction in the formation of brand loyalty among Starbucks card users. This research uses symbolic interaction theory, brand loyalty and sales promotion. Symbolic interactions play a very important role in increasing consumer brand loyalty. This research uses a qualitative methodology. Data collection in this research was conducted by in-depth interviews and participant observation. The analytical method used in this research is a case study. The results showed that consumer loyalty to Starbucks, so they want to use Starbucks cards occurs because of the quality and promotion of Starbucks. And symbolic interaction is very influential in the process of brand loyalty formation such as promotions, rules and language used. Komunikasi Pemasaran terhadap sebuah produk dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memperkenalkan produk kepada konsumen. Starbucks adalah sebuah kedai kopi ternama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses interaksi simbolik dalam pembentukkan brand loyalty diantara para pengguna kartu Starbucks. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik, brand loyalty dan sales promotion. Interaksi simbolik berperan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan brand loyalty konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipan. Metode analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keloyalitasan konsumen terhadap Starbucks, sehingga mereka mau menggunakan Starbucks card terjadi karena kualitas dan promosi di Starbucks. Dan interaksi simbolik sangat berpengaruh pada proses pembentukkan brand loyalty itu sendiri seperti promosi, peraturan dan bahasa yang digunakan.

<p>Abstract<br />This study aims to describe the factors causing the decrease of early child participation in Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPA) Al Huda and its interaction. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. This research was conducted at TPA Al Huda Dukuh Tanggung Desa Menjing. The sample of this study was 11 children. Data collection was conducted with in-depth interviews and participant observation. Data were analyzed with interactive model analysis. The results of this research include 1) Factors causing the decline of early childhood participation in TPA Al Huda that is a) They have received Islamic learning in kindergarten, b) They do not get special attention from parents, c) Their siblings do not participate, and ) They get Influence from more mature friends, e) They have different sects, and f) They participate in the new mosque dumping. 2) The interaction of factors causing the decline of early childhood participation in the TPA Al Huda shows that the majority of children are affected by more than one factor. </p><p><br />Abstrak <br />Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penuruan partisipasi anak usia dini di Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPA) Al Huda beserta interaksinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada TPA Al Huda Dukuh Tanggung Desa Menjing. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 anak. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terlibat. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi 1) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan partisipasi anak usia dini di TPA Al Huda meliputi a) Telah mendapat pembelajaran agama Islam di TK, b) Tidak memperoleh perhatian khusus dari orang tua, c) Kakak kandung tidak berpartisipasi di TPA, d) Pengaruh teman yang lebih dewasa, e) Berbeda aliran/mazhab, dan f) Berpindah ke TPA masjid baru. 2) Interaksi faktor penyebab penuruan partisipasi anak usia dini di TPA Al Huda, menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas anak terdampak lebih dari satu faktor.<br /><br /></p>

The implementation of One Village One Product (OVOP) program in Indonesia refersto the economic development of one village with one main product from the villagers’ creativity. Naga traditional village is one of traditional villages producing handicraft from natural resources. The use of ICT for promoting and marketing faces obstacles related to ICT adoption and digital readiness of the villagers. Case study method was deployed through in-depth interviews to five key informants. Based on the diffusion of innovation theory, the result shows the ICT adoption is in early majority level and their digital readiness is in the unprepared group

AbstractThis study aims to identify, analyze and describe the vulnerability of workplace accidents that are commonly experienced by groups of Bajo Tribal fishermen. In addition, the types of causes of work accidents and the strategies of Bajo fishermen divers overcome the vulnerability to workplace accidents. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative (case study method). While, data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the types of work accidents that are often experienced by Bajo diver fishermen are cramping of limbs (feet, hands, and stomach),to temporary paralysis and total paralysis. Some of the causes of Bajo diver work accidents are accidents when using fish bombs; forget (kalupang) using a modified compressor when diving; exhausted when diving (kamaleang); exposed to very cold lumps of water that resemble ice water; and attacked by sea ghosts (kasamperoang). The strategy of the Bajo divers in overcoming work accidents begins with "paruru" (rituals carried out in the house before going to sea), "racing nails" (the ritual of feeding boat guards and marine guards on boats), "niba pinah" ( the ritual of throwing betel nut into the sea to ask for protection from the guardians of the sea), observing the conditions of the sea, and understanding the symptoms of illness and its treatment personally, handling families, involving traditional healers and medical personnel.   Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kerentanan kecelakaan kerja yang pada umumnya dialami oleh kelompok-kelompok nelayan penyelam Suku Bajo. Selain itu, juga dijelaskan jenis-jenis penyebab kecelakaan kerja dan strategi penyelam nelayan Bajo mengatasi kerentanan kecelakaan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode kualitatif (studi kasus) yang bersifat deskriptif. Sedang, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis-jenis kecelakaan kerja yang seringkali dialami nelayan penyelam Suku Bajo adalah kram anggota tubuh (kaki, tangan, dan perut), hingga lumpuh sementara dan lumpuh total. Beberapa penyebab kecelakaan kerja penyelam Bajo adalah adanya kecelakaan saat penggunaan alat bom ikan; lupa (kalupang) menggunakan alat kompresor yang dimodifikasi saat menyelam; kelelahan saat menyelam (kamaleang); terkena gumpalan air yang sangat dingin yang menyerupai air es; dan diserang hantu laut (kasamperoang). Strategi penyelam Suku Bajo dalam mengatasi kecelakaan kerja, diawali dengan melakukan “paruru” (ritual yang dilakukan di dalam rumah sebelum melaut),“pakang balapati” (ritual memberi makan penjaga perahu dan penjaga laut yang dilakukan diatas perahu), “niba pinah”(ritual membuang pinang ke laut untuk meminta perlindungan kepada penjaga laut), mengamati kondisi laut dan memahami gejala sakit dan pengobatannya secara personal, penanganan keluarga, melibatkan dukun dan tenaga medis modern.

  El objetivo de este artículo es analizar en qué consiste el rol del dirigente de la Corriente Campesina Nacional (COCAN) como mediador de las estructuras de poder del Estado y los criollos del Impenetrable (una región localizada en la provincia del Chaco, noreste de Argentina) durante el periodo 2012-2015. Se aplica una metodología cualitativa, que consistió en observación participante y entrevistas en profundidad. Se concluye que la COCAN lleva a cabo múltiples prácticas organizativas para resolver las problemáticas de las poblaciones rurales: implementación y gestión de proyectos estatales, negociaciones con autoridades políticas y promoción de actividades culturales y productivas.  Abstract The aim of this article is to analyze the role of the leader of the “Corriente Campesina Nacional” (COCAN) as a mediator between state agents and the “criollo” population in the “Impenetrable” (a region located in Chaco, north east of Argentina) during the period 2012-2015. A qualitative methodology is applied, using participant observation and in-depth interviews. The article concludes that the COCAN uses diverse organizational practices to solve rural community problems: implementation and management of state projects, negotiations with political authorities and promotion of cultural and productive activities.
