The company has realized that its human resources are an important asset for the company and also as partners. Because human resources contribute to the company by carrying out their roles and duties in company activities, the company should understand very well what the rights and obligations of employees are, so that the company management pays attention to the various needs needed by employees, so that the company can maintain good relations with its employees. With a good relationship with employees, it can maintain employee loyalty to the company, and ultimately there will be employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, employee loyalty, and employee ability on the desire of employees to change jobs at the 212 Mart Cooperative in Tangerang City. Researchers in taking samples using non-probability sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who currently work as employees at the 212 Mart Cooperative. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires, then processed with the help of Smart PLS analysis. From the test results it can be concluded that job satisfaction does not have a positive but significant effect on the desire of employees to change jobs, and employee loyalty has a positive but not significant effect on the desire of employees to change jobs, while the ability of employees has a positive and significant influence on the desire of employees to move. Work at 212 Mart Cooperative in Tangerang City. Perusahaan telah menyadari bahwa sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya adalah menjadi asset penting bagi perusahaan dan juga sebagai mitra kerja. Karena sumber daya manusia memberikan konstribusi kepada perusahaan dengan menjalankan peran dan tugasnya dalam kegiatan perusahaan, maka perusahaan sebaiknya memahami betul apa yang menjadi hak dan kewajiban karyawan, sehingga pihak manajemen perusahaan memperhatikan berbagai kebutuhan yang diperlukan karyawan, agar perusahaan dapat menjaga hubungan baik dengan karyawannya. Dengan adanya hubungan yang baik dengan karyawan dapat menjaga loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan, dan akhirnya akan ada kepuasan kerja karyawan, sehingga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Loyalitas karyawan, dan Kemampuan karyawan terhadap Keinginan karyawan Pindah Kerja Pada Koperasi 212 Mart di Kota Tangerang.  Peneliti dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden  yang saat ini bekerja sebagai karyawan di Koperasi 212 Mart. Data yang didapatkan dengan penyebaran angket, kemudian diolah dengan bantuan analisis Smart PLS . Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif tapi signifikan Terhadap Keinginan karyawan Pindah Kerja, dan Loyalitas karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang positif tapi tidak signifikan Terhadap Keinginan karyawan Pindah Kerja, sedangkan Kemampuan karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Terhadap Keinginan karyawan Pindah KerjaPada Koperasi 212 Mart di Kota Tangerang.

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Superpoly Industry in Jakarta. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 88 employees of PT Superpoly Industry. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment significantly influence the job satisfaction of PT Superpoly Industry in JakartaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Superpoly Industry di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 88 karyawan PT Superpoly Industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Work Environment, Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction at Pt Citra Crocotama International in Jakarta. This research was conducted using probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 77 employees of Pt Citra Crocotama International. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that the work environment, motivation and organizational commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction Pt Citra Crocotama International in Jakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Citra Crocotama International di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 77 karyawan PT Citra Crocotama International. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This research aims to determine the influence of leader member exchange to employee job satisfaction in PT Sandy Globalindo. Leader-member exchange is variable (X) and job satisfaction is a variable (Y). The research method that used is the analytic method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this research is 101 employees. Descriptive analysis showed that the leader-member exchange in PT Sandy Globalindo in the category enough with a mean of 2.91 and job satisfaction of employees at PT Sandy Globalindo in the category enough with a mean of 3.04. Simple linear regression test results indicate that the variable leader-member exchange impact of 38.2% on job satisfaction while amounting to 61.8% of job satisfaction influenced by other things that are not explained in this research. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of leader-member exchange to employee job satisfaction in PT Sandy Globalindo.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Resource-based theory (RBT) has long been used to gain a perspective for understanding the relationship between human resource management and the attainment of effective organizational leadership. In this study, we investigate the effect of transformational leadership (TL) on employee intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. In addition, we examine whether mediators in employee group interaction behaviors act as mediators in the TL process. Overall, we attained significant results which were consistent with the RBT predictions but we moved beyond previous RBT studies, offering new findings and insights. It was found that TL has a significant influence on both interaction behaviors and employee job satisfaction, interaction behaviors have a significant influence on satisfaction, and the interaction behaviors act as mediators to enhance the effect of TL on satisfaction. It is suggested that interaction behaviors should be incorporated with TL to increase employee satisfaction because interaction behaviors are highly dependent on TL to support the integration of information, resources, and technology in group goal attainment, which helps to increase satisfaction.

Supplier companies have dynamic and complex processes that require qualified human resources. Job satisfaction is important for individuals and companies, because job satisfaction is not only related to work pleasure, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees who work at supplier companies. This research was conducted at a hotel supply company, namely PT. Exagon. The research approach with quantitative data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS 20 program, data analysis includes validation, reliability and multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. From the results of the analysis and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to increase the productivity and performance of employees who work in supplier companies and the results of this study are expected to be a reference in human resource management studies.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Self-Efficacy, Work Motivation, and Mediated by Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office. The method of this research uses quantitative research with SMART PLS analysis tools. In this study the entire population is also sample because the population are 57 employees, consisting of 34 male and 23 female employees. The results of this study indicate that:There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of work motivation on employee Job Satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at PT.
