Economic efficiency of livestock production is determined using a system of indicators, among which the main (generalizing) indicator of economic efficiency of livestock production is the achieved level of labor productivity. This indicator has a significant impact on other derivative indicators. A comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of farming systems should be carried out using a generalized indicator of the efficiency of the used resources of the livestock enterprise and an indicator of the share of growth of livestock products. The matrix method is the most acceptable for the analysis and an estimation of efficiency of work of the livestock enterprises. It allows: to rank livestock enterprises according to the achieved level of efficiency (static task); to study changes in the level of efficiency of livestock enterprises during the analyzed period (dynamic task); determine the dependence of farm performance on intensive and extensive factors. To assess the economic efficiency of feed production in animal husbandry use the indicator “marginal productivity of feed (feed protein) unit”. Evaluation of productive use of dairy cows is carried out using the coefficient of productivity intensity, which is calculated by the ratio of the average milk yield per day to the lifetime milk yield of cows. The complexity of livestock mechanization, individual technological lines or specific machines and equipment is determined by the calculated technical and economic indicators, comparing them with the indicators obtained in practice of the existing facility or basic analogue, or with the best examples of domestic or world practice. The application of the above indicators of analysis and evaluation of livestock efficiency will provide: assessment of the effectiveness of production systems by livestock enterprises in modern conditions of their development; objective characteristics of farming and the main results of activities in animal husbandry; identification of the most rational options for improving the efficiency of animal husbandry; comparative assessment of the efficiency of livestock enterprises operating in the same natural and economic conditions; measuring production efficiency in livestock and related industries; identification and evaluation of a set of measures for the development of animal husbandry aimed at improving the efficiency of its operation.

The directions of sustainable development of agri-food complex, maintaining a high level of its competitiveness based on modernization of production are presented. The goal is to determine the patterns of changes in economic indicators as a result of introduction of new technologies in sheep breeding. Tasks requiring an early solution: analysis of factors contributing to the growth of fixed assets in livestock farms in Kazakhstan; research on the application of the automation system in livestock industry. The methodological basis of the article is a set of general scientific principles and methods: a systematic approach, synthesis, generalization of information. Results – the mechanisms of using modern equipment in sheep-breeding model farms are shown, the economic efficiency of methods for optimizing animal husbandry is substantiated. The ways of reducing the cost as a result of increasing the level of the material and technical base are considered, which requires, in contrast to other livestock sub-complexes, less investment. The importance of such indicators as resource saving, growth of labor productivity, profitability of production, cost reduction, capital intensity, capital productivity, capital-labor ratio is argued. Conclusions – one of the most important scientific and technical problems is the development of a technical policy, as well as a system of machines and technologies for mechanization and automatic control in livestock sector for the formation of market for technical means, equipping livestock producers with them, which will ensure the competitiveness of domestic food in the world market and meet the demand for food products in domestic market.

In the article it is revealed the essence of interpretation of the phenomenon of «aesthetic competence» from the point of view of philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, sociology, and cultural studies. Emphasis is placed on the interconnection of synonymous terms «readiness» and «preparedness»: «readiness» is a concept broader than competence and preparedness, which may be single, fragmented, that is, not to provide the full capacity to perform the functions of an activity. The essence of the outlined phenomenon is analyzed through its separate concepts, taking into account their relation: «aesthetic competence» with the concepts «competence», aesthetics «. Artistic and aesthetic competence is defined as a system of internal means of regulation of artistic and aesthetic actions, which includes artistic and aesthetic knowledge, social guidelines, skills and experience, aesthetic orientation, based on knowledge and sensory experience, free possession of artistic and aesthetic means and perception of artistic and aesthetic situation. The essence and features of aesthetic competence are revealed. The modern approaches to defining the concept of «aesthetic competence» are highlighted. The components of aesthetic competence are revealed. Specific features and factors influencing the development of aesthetic competence are highlighted. In conclusion, it is noted that the concept under study, aesthetic competence, should be differentiated into such varieties as aesthetic and artistic competence, while each of them, for a particular artistic profession, will at the same time have a general and specific meaning.

AbstractTourism is vitally important to the Austrian economy. The number of tourist destinations, both farms and other forms of accommodation, in the different regions of Austria is considerably and constantly changing. This paper discusses the position of the ‘farm holiday’ compared to other forms of tourism. Understanding the resilience of farm holidays is especially important but empirical research on this matter remains limited. The term ‘farm holiday’ covers staying overnight on a farm that is actively engaged in agriculture and has a maximum of 10 guest beds. The results reported in this paper are based on an analysis of secondary data from 2000 and 2018 by looking at two types of indicator: (i) accommodation capacity (supply side) and (ii) attractiveness of a destination (demand side). The data sets cover Austria and its NUTS3 regions. The results show the evolution of farm holidays vis-à-vis other forms of tourist accommodation. In the form of a quadrant matrix they also show the relative position of farm holidays regionally. While putting into question the resilience of farm holidays, the data also reveals where farm holidays could act to expand this niche or learn and improve to effect a shift in their respective position relative to the market ‘leaders’. However, there is clearly a need to learn more about farm holidays within the local context. This paper contributes to our knowledge of farm holidays from a regional point of view and tries to elaborate on the need for further research.

Modern technologies, digitalization and the formation of a new stage of industrialization, called «industrialization 4.0» in the absence of achieving the final goals of the previous stages of transformation, testify to the rapid and multidirectional flow of transformations in society. Despite the desire to unite a tremendous amount of information, each science, discipline, industry, production, etc., is changing based on an individual vector of development, remaining within the framework of digitalization mechanisms recommended by law. This generally does not contribute to the formation of a synergistic effect in certain activities. In this article, the author considers the possibilities of interdisciplinary methods to counter illegal logging through synergy of wood verification methods. The analysis of illegal logging from the point of view of violation of the rights of the Russian Federation, as the owner of the resource, and wood, as material evidence, the storage of which is impossible in a criminal case, together with the results of surveys, allowed the researcher to form and graphically present a mechanism for the implementation of material evidence (wood), identify problematic issues and propose possible ways to resolve them with an emphasis on reducing procedural costs and developing criminal proceedings. The author's definition of the term «wood verification» is proposed, the classification of methods (dendrochronological, forensic identification (including tracological, botanical, forest-pathological, forestry), visual, odorological, stable isotopes, genetic), as well as their characterization. The study concludes with a conclusion on the advisability of transforming the approaches used by some units of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in order to achieve a synergistic effect in the process of verifying illegally harvested wood and countering criminal encroachments of an environmental orientation.

The aim of the study was to examine the effect of livestock production on the economic efficiency of investments in irrigation projects. The study was based on a model focused on field crop/livestock production using the data of crop yields in field crop production with or without irrigation, financial results of cattle fattening and milk production and the input and output price relationship. The influence of livestock production on the economic effects of irrigation system utilization was evaluated using the indices of economic efficiency of investments - internal rate of return, net present value and pay-back period. The data on the amount of investments required for the construction of the irrigation system, economic benefit achieved by optimizing production under both irrigated and non-irrigated conditions, with and without livestock production were used to determine these indices.

Social attribution can appear spontaneously or through long considerations and thinking process. Factors influencing attribution is the attribution style; planned and unplanned attribution. This kind of behavior can arise due to emotional factors. Meanwhile, children's social attributions arise because of stereotypes or labeling that have been attached to society, thus it has an impact on children's understanding of gender since they were born. The existence of social construction regarding gender roles cannot be separated from how the paradigm views the labeling of the characteristics of women and men is. In children, this social attribution usually occurs because of the stereotype of gender roles taught to children. This stereotype is a labeling that begins based on the perception or point of view of a person. While gender role stereotypes are part of the discussion about gender "sex", namely social expectations that define how men and women think, feel, and act, which are part of the product of the stereotype itself.

The introduction provides a brief review of the literature on methods for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects, based on which the choice of optimal sources of financing is made. In the main part of the work, various scenarios for the implementation of an investment project are disclosed: sources of financing that are alternative to the baseline scenario are attracted. In the final part of the work, the considered scenarios are assessed and conclusions are drawn. For each enterprise, improving the financial and economic efficiency of its activities is one of the priority tasks. These tasks include the need to increase the return on capital, the choice of funding sources that have a positive effect on economic efficiency. This paper examines the ways of choosing the optimal, from the point of view of the impact on economic efficiency, instruments for financing an investment project. A practical case of project financing with an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of an investment project is considered. To analyze the alternatives, a financial business model was developed, which allows you to quickly make changes, update performance indicators and make decisions about the required capital structure. It is concluded that the optimal capital structure with the highest NPV indicator and that when assessing the efficiency parameters, it is necessary to make an adjustment for the possible presence in the company's capital structure of funding sources that distort the comparability of the project in relation to projects without such sources (for example, budget grants).
