Introduction: Improved hospital performance can improve employee performance. The better employee performance, the more services provided to patients Employee performance is influenced by work motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. Methods: This research uses a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study was 79 employees. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis. Motivation is assessed by questionnaire and performance evaluation uses observation sheets. Results: Employee motivation and performance are included in the high category (82.3%) and (92.4%). There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance (r = 0.775 p (0, 00) <0, 05). The effect of intrinsic motivation (r = 0.737) is stronger than extrinsic motivation (r = 0.325). There is the influence of sub-variable responsibility (p = 0.032), recognition (p = 0.002), work performance (p = 0.007), career development (p = 0.000), work (p = 0.016), promotion (p = 0.029)) working conditions (p = 0.001) on employee performance. Conclusions: Overall there is a strong influence on the work motivation of hospital employees. Work motivation still needs to be maintained and improved for better employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership and compensation on work motivation and its implications on the employees performance of PT Asuransi Parolamas Pekanbaru Branch. Population and sample of this research are all employees of PT Asuransi Parolamas Pekanbaru branch, amounting to 101 employees. The type of data using primary data, method of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of the data based on the description of a variable that contains a statement in the form of a questionnaire given to employees of PT Asuransi Parolamas Pekanbaru result that the Leadership, Compensation and motivation affects employee performance in PT Asuransi Parolamas Pekanbaru, validity and reliability showed that the variables Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Performance valid and reliable for subsequent analysis. Path analysis for linear regression analysis on the first level where all variables are positive effect obtained linear regression first level as follows: Y1 = 0.315X1 + 0.584X2+ 0.227є and the ability of leadership and compensation variables in explaining the variations that occur in the variable involvement at 77.3% , multiple linear regression second level, Y2 = 0,092X1 + 0.041X2 + 0.375 Y1 +0.021є and the ability variables leadership, compensation and motivation in explaining the variations that occur in the variable engagement by 97.9%. Partial test (t test) where variable signifikan Leadership and Compensation influential on motivation and leadership and motivation Job significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Asuransi Parolamas because the level of sign less than 0.05. whereas compensation does not affect the performance of employees of PT Asuransi Parolamas Pekanbaru Branch for sign> 0.05. Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Employee Motivation and Work Performance

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the assessment of work performance, compensation, work motivation and employee performance at PT. BCA Tbk KCU Jambi; and to know the effect of work performance assessment and compensation directly and indirectly on employee motivation and performance; and to know the influence of motivation on performance. The population in this study was employees at PT. Bca. Tbk KCU Jambi with a total of 125 employees. The size or number of samples in this study was determined based on the theory developed by Slovin with a value of e = 10%, so that 56 samples were obtained. Analysis techniques use path analysis to see direct and indirect influence, and continued by testing R Square and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously with t test and F test. Where based on the results of t test (partial) and test F (Simultaneous) shows that the assessment of work performance and compensation has a significant and positive influence on motivation and performance, as well as motivation also has a significant and positive influence on performance. This explains that if the assessment of work performance and compensation can be carried out properly, it will have a positive influence in improving the motivation of work that has implications for improving employee performance at PT. BCA Tbk KCU Jambi. Based on some of the conclusions obtained, the suggestions that can be given in this study include the future expected leadership of PT. Bank Central Asia. Tbk Jambi Main Branch Office can carry out performance assessments carried out objectively. In addition, this research needs to be followed up again to see what factors can affect employee performance comprehensively, in order to answer other factors (epsilon) that affect employee performance.

Background: Workload may indirectly cause stress. The ability to manage work stress may affect staff’s motivation and performance. The staff performance will affect decision-making in improving the service quality. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between stress management, work motivation and work performance. Method: This was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 19 medical record staff, working at Prof. Dr. R Soeharso orthopedic hospital Surakarta, were selected for this study. A set of questionnaires were developed and administered to measure stress management, work motivation and work performance. Data were then analyzed with a bivariate correlation analysis. Results: There were statistically significant correlations between work stress management, work motivation and work performance. The ability to manage stress positively increased the motivation (r= 0,56; p= 0,013), as well as the work performance (r= 0,49; p= 0,036). Moreover, a higher motivation will lead to a higher performance (r= 0,42; p= 0,071). Conclusion: There were positive relationships between work stress management, work motivation and work performance. Key words: work stress management, motivation, performance.

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Islamic Leadership on Work Motivation, Islamic Performance, and Welfare of Islamic Hospital Employees in Tulungagung Regency. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees of Islamic Hospital or Islamic nuanced hospitals in Tulungagung. While population in this research are employees of Islamic hospitals in Tulungagung District, and sampledby 133 people. Methods of research using quantitative structural equation models with AMOS software. The results can be summarized as follows: Islamic leadership influences employee motivation in Islamic hospitals. Islamic Leadership affects the performance of Islamic Hospital employees. Islamic leadership affects the welfare of employees in Islamic hospitals. Working motivation affects the performance of employees of Islam Hospital. But the motivation and performance did not effect significantly to the employee welfare at the Islamic hospital in Tulungagung.

Purpose Today, organizations work hard to improve the motivation of their employees and related knowledge, skills and abilities to enhance work performance. Among many other variables, self-efficacy proved to have an influential role in work performance. The main purpose of the current study is to investigate the role of occupational self-efficacy on work performance through intrinsic motivation by using a longitudinal analysis. Design/methodology/approach Participants were 76 employees from diverse organizations operating in an organized industrial region in Turkey. Participants filled in a weekly questionnaire during ten consecutive weeks. Findings Results of multilevel analyses confirmed our hypotheses by showing that occupational self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation have a significant influential role over work performance, and intrinsic motivation serve as a partial mediator in this relationship. Originality/value The study findings also reveal important information for organizational and managerial practices to improve employee motivation and performance.

Work is a mandatory thing that must be done to meet human needs. People work to make ends meet. One of the necessities of life can be fulfilled by means of income, namely wages or salaries. To get wages or salaries we are required to work professionally with the consequences of getting a bigger income. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the salary on work motivation and employee performance of UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang. population is all employees at UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang, as many as 35 employees. The sampling method used in this study was saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using Simple Linear Regression. The result of this research is that there is a relationship between salary and work motivation and employee performance.

Employee performance is one of the determinant factors for the achievement of organizational performance. Therefore, improving employee performance is an important issue that must be considered. Many factors can affect employee performance, such as: leadership and motivation. Based on the existing issues in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor, this study examines three variables, namely: leadership, motivation, and performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on motivation and performance of employees in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor. The population in this study were all employees of the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese by the number of employees as many as 152 people, while the sample is 110 by using a sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with the questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis tool is used path analysis. The results obtained in this study are positive and significant effect of leadership on the motivation, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the increased work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the motivation is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Therefore, in the future to improve the performance of employees, the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese leadership should develop in order to get better and improve employee motivation.
