Purpose of the study: The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the development of aquaculture is one of the key tools to ensure the necessary level of food security both in Russia in particular and on a global scale in general. The purpose of the article is to assess the development of aquaculture in Russia, in the context of global trends. Methodology: To analyze the existing problem, theoretical and empirical methods, data aggregation methods, expert evaluation, classification and structuring of information, reference and statistical data, and a comparison method were used. Results: The paper summarized the scientific and theoretical foundations of the definition’s essence of the “aquaculture” concept, as a result of which this concept was clarified, a classification of the main sub-complexes of aquaculture was given. The main vectors for the implementation of a systemic approach to the development of aquaculture, which have their relevance both nationally and globally, are highlighted. The article analyzes the current state and development trends of world aquaculture and fisheries, as well as the development of domestic aquaculture. The authors share the position of most scientists that in the medium term, aquaculture will occupy a dominant position compared to fishing, not only for environmental but also for economic reasons. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that in Russia, despite the presence of huge resource potential for the development of aquaculture, the main indicators for the functioning of this industry are significantly lagging behind global trends. Applications of this study: Measures aimed at the formation of the growing trends of aquaculture development in Russia were proposed. Novelty/Originality of this study:  It can be noted that the implementation of the presented set of measures will contribute to the formation of growing trends in the development of aquaculture in Russia, which will correspond to the main global trends in this field.

The results of this article show that 2D-CNN has great potential in the field of soil recognition and classification combine with LIBS, and provides a new and reliable data processing method for LIBS to classify materials with similar chemical properties.

The issues of improving the methods for analyzing the income of the service company by the example of trade are discussed in the article. The main emphasis in the study is made on the factor analysis of gross income: a classification of factors into overt and latent is proposed for calculating the coefficients of its sensitivity to changes in factors by various methods, for ranking them by significance, and estimating the impact of changes in resource potential on income. The proposed additional areas of revenue analysis will improve the quality of analytical work and allow to take a more informed approach to the development of areas for their growth.

Pengelolaan terhadap sumberdaya alam menjadi point penting terutama dalam menjaga manfaat, kesinambungan dan berkelanjutan sumber alam. Potensi sumberdaya alam yang tersedia dengan pengelolaan yang baik dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia. Potensi sumberdaya alam dapat menjadi daya tarik masyarakat dan dapat dijadikan sebagai tempat wisata. Kawasan Tanjung Bastian merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata yang berada di Kab. TTU. yang identik dengan pantai serta juga arena pacuan kuda dan pemandangan alam. Dalam pengelolaannya upaya mempertahankan kondisi ekologi di wisata Tanjung Bastian seperti kegiatan penanaman vegetasi diareal kawasan wisata sebagai upaya konservasi lahan sebagai regerasi vegetasi. Kelangsungan hidup vegetasi dapat tumbuh pada kondisi pertumbuhan yang stabil dan mampu bersaing dengan kondisi fisik lingkungan dan iklim yang ekstrim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan vegetasi dan faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakan pertumbuhan vegetasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tanaman yang berhasil hidup sebanyak 53 tanaman yang terdiri dari 6 spesies, dengan jumlah yang hidup terbanyak terdapat pada spesies Delonix regia sebanyak 15 tanaman, dan spesies yang paling sedikit ialah spesies Senna siamea dengan jumlah 3 tanaman. Klasifikasi kriteria penilaian keberhasilan vegetasi bahwa tingkat keberhasilan vetegasi di kawasan tanjung bastian termasuk dalam kategori agak rusak dengan nilai 57,3%.ABSTRACTResources management nature becoming point to important especially in maintaining benefits, continuity and sustainable natural source.Natural resource potential available with proper management would be of avail for human life. Natural resource potential can be attraction the community and can be used as tourist destinations. The area of tanjung bastian is one of the area who was in District North Central Timor are identical to the beach and also the racetrack and natural scenery. In its management efforts to maintain ecological conditions in Tanjung Bastian tourism such as planting tourism areas as an effort to conserve land as vegetation regeneration. The survival of vegetation can grow in stable growth conditions and be able to compete with extreme environmental and climatic conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the success rate of vegetation and the factors causing damage to vegetation growth. Based on the results of observation plants who succeeded life 53 a plant consisting of 6 species with the numbers of life most there are to a species Delonix regia as many as 15 plants and the least species is Senna siamea with 3 plants. The classification of the assessment criteria vegetation that the level of success of success in the vetegasi tanjung bastian included in a category in quite poor repair the % 57,3.

Increasing the efficiency of resource potential usage is of particular importance, since it allows substantially increasing the level of resource use and the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural production. From this point of view, the study of theoretical, methodological and practical issues of assessing the resource potential, the effectiveness of its use allows us to substantiate the priority directions of the development of the agricultural sector of the economy and is extremely relevant. The research was conducted with the purpose of revealing the level of availability and the degree of efficiency of resource potential using of agricultural organizations in the Ulyanovsk region. To assess the availability of resource potential, the system of indicators was used: financial support, material security, labor supply, state support, cadastral value of agricultural land, humus content. The carried out regression modeling made it possible to identify three clusters of the region’s areas with varying degrees of efficiency in the use of the resource potential. The cluster trajectories of the study areas are analyzed, reflecting the dynamics of their distribution according to the traits under study: the typologies of the regions were analyzed according to statistical data for 2005, 2010, 2015. Based on the analysis, it can be noted that the regions of the Ulyanovsk region are rather heterogeneous according to the available resource potential of the agrarian sector of the economy and its implementation. Analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the resource potential use of the agrarian sector of the economy of the Ulyanovsk region showed that in 17 districts of the region during the analyzed period the cluster numbers did not change, which indicates stability in the current situation with the state and use of the resource potential. The article proposes the classification of agricultural organizations in terms of the level and effectiveness of using the resource potential and recommendations for increasing it for each cluster.

Under the current processes of consolidation of territorial communities, the policy of their social, economic and ecological stability based on efficient nature management is related to the condition and nature of the use of natural resources by people in their activity to maintain their existence. Conducting economic activity, people use various natural resources. Therefore, objective and distinct assessment of natural resources is of particular importance. The development of a territory and entities located there depend on this assessment. Natural resources capacity is considered in modern science as the most important factors of economic development of both the regions and the country in general. The paper aims to research the problems of the use of natural resources capacity of a territorial community and to define the ways of their efficient use. Scientific approaches to classification of natural resources capacity of a territorial community are systematized and its nature is outlined. The structure of natural resources capacity of territorial communities is formed. Main problems of the use of natural resources capacity of territorial communities are defined. Conceptual and structural model of natural resources capacity of a territorial community is characterized. Major aspects of forming of modern financial-economic mechanism of capitalization of a community’s natural resources are examined. The paper reveals that natural resources capacity of territorial communities provides an opportunity to improve the level of financial capacity of a community by filling local budgets through the development of relevant territories. The approaches to the improvement of the efficiency of the use of natural resources by territorial communities in conditions of authorities’ decentralization in Ukraine are suggested.

The purpose of the article is to define and substantiate the system of indicators of the forest industry capitalization as a factor in increasing its competitiveness. Research methods. Empirical method (for estimating the indicators of the level of capitalization of the forestry complex in the dynamics), synthesis (problems and directions of increasing the capitalization of the forest industry), abstract-logical (theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions) are used. Research results. The features of forestry activities are disclosed and the classification of forest industry entities is given depending on regional characteristics, in particular, the forest resource potential on them and their geographical location. Ways are proposed regarding the possibility of increasing the level of capitalization (as a factor in increasing competitiveness) of the forest industry by introducing a number of organizational, technical and managerial innovations, including diversification of activities, priority areas of cooperation with local governments and with subjects of the agro-industrial complex. Scientific novelty. The conclusions about the features of the investment attractiveness of the forestry industry as a necessary factor in increasing the level of capitalization were further developed, and positive and negative trends were generalized in the context of the prospects for increasing the level of capitalization of the forestry complex. For this, the system of indicators of forestry capitalization has been identified and studied, and the calculation of each of them in dynamics has been provided. Practical significance. The necessity of applying relative criteria for diagnosing the competitiveness of the forestry sector of the economy has been established. Proposals for a list of relevant criteria have been made. Quartz is an important mineral element and the most abundant rock-forming mineral that controls the mineralogy of a reservoir. At the surface, quartz is more stable than most other rock minerals because it is made up of interlocking silica that makes it quite resistant to mechanical weathering. Quartz abundance is an indication of mineralization in many metal deposits; therefore, identification and mapping of quartz in rocks are of great value for exploration and resource potential assessments. In this study, thermal infrared (TIR) bands of the Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) imagery were used to identify quartz contained rocks in Gua Musang. First, the image was corrected for atmospheric effect and the study area subset for further processing. Thereafter, spectral transformation (principal component analysis (PCA)) was implemented on the TIR bands and the resulting principal component (PC) images were analysed. The three optimal PCs were selected using the strength of spectral interaction and the eigenvalues of each band. To discriminate between quartz-rich and quartz-poor rocks, RGB false colour composite and greyscale image of one of the PCs were analysed. The result shows that volcanogenic igneous rock and carbonate sedimentary rocks of Permian formation are quartz-poor while Triassic sedimentary rock made up of organic particles and sandstone is quartz-rich. On the contrary, the quartz content in the metamorphic rock varies across the area but is richer in quartz content than the igneous and carbonate rocks. Classification of the composite image classified using maximum likelihood (ML) supervised classification method produced overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient of 96.53%, and 0.95, respectively.

The essence of subsidence and flooding of the territories was exa­mined. Using the route observation method, the phenomenon of subsidence and flooding within the Chervonohrad industrial mining region of the Lviv-Volyn coal basin was evaluated. The obtained results were compared with the data of geodetic monitoring and aerial photographs decoding. The intensity of subsidence and flooding of the surface was compared with the natural and technogenic factors. The classification of factors of subsidence and flooding of the coal mining area within the Chervonohrad industrial mining region of the Lviv-Volyn coal basin was carried out. Geological, climatic, and landscape factors were distinguished and grouped together as natural factors, while mining and residential factors were combined into a technogenic group. The selection of each factor is justified by the results of field and experimental explorations within the area of research. Relationships between factors of subsidence and flooding were established.
