This study aims to determine the processes and obstacles in the production stage of Anak Indonesia video episode of Anak Singkong (The Children of Cassava) by TVRI West Java region, which raises the culture of the indigenous people of Cireundeu, Cimahi, who consume cassava as the main food substitute for rice. Through a descriptive qualitative methods, this study collected data through observations and interviews with the Anak Indonesia production team. The results showed the implementation of the pre-production stage includes finding ideas, research and location hunting, writing manuscripts, selecting talents, preparing meetings, and selecting tools. The production stage includes a shooting process based on the script created in the pre-production stage; The post-production stage includes image sorting and image blending with sound (natural atmosphere, narrative). These three stages are carried out with the principle of being effective and efficient, to avoid over budgeting of production cost. The obstacles encountered were technical and nontechnical, which the team had to overcome, especially production assistants. The conclusion of this research is the production process of a television program requires good coordination, because it involves many people who carry out their respective roles. Supervision and accuracy in carrying out work are very important so that the prepared shows can be presented according to the agreed concept.

Budgeting of production costs is very useful as a tool to find out and predict the costs of  production process in order that any surplus or deficiency of the production components can be avoided.  As a result,  carrying out performance measurement for cost control becomes  more simple and  eventually the goal is achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the production cost budget as a means of controlling production costs. The data used in this research are gained from the  interviews with relevant authorities  and direct observation to record the budget and the realization of production costs in 2018 and 2019. Analysis of the difference in costs is conducted at PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia using  qualitative methods. The results of the research is obtained by comparing the budgeted costs with costs realization. The control of production costs can be done optimally. However, the company does not have  factory’s overhead costs budget that distinguishes between fixed overhead costs with variables. It is also found out that there are  deviations in direct labor costs resulting from the increased spending due to the hiring of new employees.     Key words : Production Cost Budget and Cost Control

This study aims to find a comparison of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured in the CV. Mitra Setia Blitar uses the company's method and uses the Job Order Costing (JOC) method. The method used in this study is quantitative. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data is in the form of map production cost data while qualitative data is in the form of information about map production process. The result of calculating the cost of production of the map between the two methods results in a difference of Rp. 306. Calculation using the company method is more expensive than using the Job Order Costing method. Calculation of cost of goods manufactured using the company method is Rp. 2,205,000, - or Rp. 2,205, - each unit. While using the Job Order Costing (JOC) method is Rp. 1,899,000, - or Rp 1,899, - each unit. So that the right method used in calculating the cost of production is the Job Order Costing (JOC) method

The art of chisel mask is developed in Tumpang Malang area as part of dance costume fairs, puppet show andcultural ritual, although in its development, this mask sculpture is also sold and become a tourism commodity. The potentialsales of mask sculptures is increasing, especially because of the demanders are foreign tourists, cultural enthusiasts andcomponent of tourism activities. That is, Topeng Malangan has the potential to be developed as an export commodity. Thesales system is still limited to cultural events or when there is a visit of education and tourism to the arts-padepokan. Thisprompted some people around the padepokan to start a home industry to meet the availability of the mask. In general, theproblems encountered by the craftsmen are (1) availability of raw materials, especially for suitable wood species, (2)production equipment, especially for pre-carving process and preservation of product, (3) there is no standard marketingscheme, (4) does not have a business management system, and (5) highly skilled craftsmen are still very limited. The solutionsoffered are divided into three stages: (1) technological strengthening, including strengthening production process technologyand increasing the number of craftsmen; (2) establishing business management; and (3) establishing trademarks, copyrightsand product marketing expansions

The complex fault block reservoir has the characteristics of small area and many layers in vertical. Due to the influence of formation heterogeneity and well pattern, the situation that “water fingering is serious with water injection, on the contrary, driving energy is low” frequently occurs in water flooding, which makes it difficult to enhance oil recovery. Asynchronous injection-production (AIP) process divides the conventional continuous injection-production process into two independent processes: injection stage and production stage. In order to study oil recovery in the fault block reservoir by AIP technology, a triangle closed block reservoir is divided into 7 subareas. The result of numerical simulation indicates that all subareas have the characteristic of fluid diverting and remaining oil in the central area is also affected by injected water at injection stage of AIP technology. Remaining oil in the central area is driven to the included angle and border area by injected water and then produced at the production stage. Finally, the oil recovery in the central area rises by 5.2% and in the noncentral area is also increased in different levels. The AIP process can realize the alternative change of reservoir pressure, change the distribution of flow field, and enlarge the swept area by injected water. To sum it up, the AIP process is an effective method to improve the oil recovery in complex fault-block reservoir by water flooding.

Fused cast Zirconia-Alumina-Silica material (AZS) is the key refractory to glass furnace. In order to reduce production cost and optimize production process, the influences of riser position and riser size on temperature gradient, solidification time, residual melt modulus, solidification fraction, and cooling rate of cast system were studied by the finite element simulation method according to the brick size of 600 mm × 400 mm × 300 mm. It turned out that it would be more efficient in feeding when riser located at the center of maximum surface of a brick or when the height of riser is 250 mm-270 mm, while the volume ratio of brick to riser is 2.95-2.74, on condition that the size of riser upper surface is 450 mm × 450 mm and the bottom 150 mm×150 mm.
