Virtual photoshoot is a photography trend nowadays. Where virtual photoshoots are an alternative business activity for photographers in the midst of a social distancing policy due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method, and then a phenomenological study approach was carried out. The research sampling was carried out through purposive sampling method, namely the virtual photoshoot actors in the city of Bandung. The results in this study indicate the creative aspects of the virtual photoshoot which consist of methods, creative processes and obstacles. Meanwhile, the aspect of consumer trust consists of establishing a portfolio, educating the virtual photoshoot stage and targeting new potential markets. Whereas the virtual media photoshoots used consisted of social media references, media technology and the relationship between technology and photography media in order to improve business activities amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Various social phenomena are often expressed on the social media twitter to attract responses from the public around the user. One of the interesting public responses in communication studies is language style. The issue of sexual harassment and violence against women is a common topic which gets a lot of response from the public. This research aims to analyze the differences between women and man language on the response column from a thread of twitter social media that is about a woman who had encountered a pressure and sexual harassment by the doctor who carried out the rapid test of SARS-CoV-2 on Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This research was using qualitative content analysis approach toward thread’s response column on the twitter. We have found that the language style of man and women on the thread were different. The language of women relatively unclear compare to the man. The sentences created by the women used a lot of question tag at the end, whereas a man relatively did not. Women also did reluctantly to cuss and abuse compare to man. Women were relatively involved in conversation related with heart while men relatively involved in report conversation. Responses or interruptions by women were not to control, challenge, or threaten, but to support or emphasize the conversation. Meanwhile, men used more instrumental talk, report information, solve problems, and solve problems through information exchange. We also found a similarity between women and man, which was a language of draw conclusion.

Teluk Pambang Village has an attraction with the. Mangrove. .forest ecosystemmin the form of views of the physical environment of waters, rivers and expanses of mangrove vegetation, flora and fauna which are currently being managed as tourist destinations. The .purpose of the researchs is to reveal.. the management .of communication in the development of the village's creative economy. Through ddescriptive qualitativey .methods, the dataa was collected through observation, and interviews with the. mangrove ecotourism management team. The results show that integrated management through various communication resources in the context of effective communication can have an impact on improving the community's economy independently, through the process of planning, implementing, and controlling various elements of communication accordingg to the goals that have been set. The forms of. ccommunicationn in achievingg goals is adjustedt to the character of the local community, through various socialization, mentoring and counseling activities that have used information and technology media. Although the community is aware that tourism has the potential to independently improve the community's economy, it has not yet been implemented properly, there is still room for improvement in each region based on an integrated development approach.

This research was conducted with a focus on the problem of Women's Career Development Glass. The total study is a conceptual framework structure built using quantitative research methods. Research is carried out with the aim of getting a goal. Namely “To Know the Effect of Glass Ceiling on Teacher-focused Women's Career Development. "At the same time, a hypothesis was developed to find out whether individual factors, family factors, organizational and cultural factors significantly influence Women's Career Development Factors. Only this study has been completed with a comprehensive empirical survey using a self-administered questionnaire and the sample consists of. of 110 female teachers. To present and analyze both descriptive and statistical data used. The findings reveal the Glass Ceiling and career development of women have a positive relationship, and also show that individual factors, organizational factors and cultural factors have a significant effect on development. Career of Women Whereas Family Factors have no effect on the Glass Ceiling The results of this study confirm that there is no effect on the effect of the glass ceiling. Taking all these facts into account, there is a better recommendation to be made in this study. In the end, the most important suggestion. Requirements for future research and study limitations have been outlined in this study.

The Covid 19 pandemic has devastated the education system in Indonesia. Children who should enjoy education in formal schools using face-to-face methods, change to distance learning. This raises new problems. To overcome this, it is very necessary to communicate proper education so that children's education can continue as it should. One of the alternative choices for children's education by parents due to the pandemic is homeschooling. homeschooling enthusiasts are soaring amid this pandemic. This paper examines the educational communication that occurred in the implementation of homeschooling in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. This paper is in the form of descriptive qualitative data collection methods through participatory observation, interviews and documentation study. The findings in this paper are analyzed using Bruner's learning theory, which focuses on how a person influences others so that the learning process occurs within him. Analysis was also carried out with William Schutz's Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation (FIRO). This theory emphasizes three kinds of human needs, namely the need for inclusion, the need for control and the need for affection. The result of this research is that educational communication occurs effectively considering that between communicators, namely parents as teachers and children as students and communicants know each other very well, so that parents as teachers can choose and use appropriate teaching methods according to the character of their children. and able to reduce distraction. Teaching materials are also tailored to the needs of children. Besides the national curriculum, parents can also add material that is in accordance with the character of the child.

If we talk about television as mass media, what is meant by watching TV is watching programs that are broadcast by television stations. It's just that, seeing the arrival and influence of new media technology at this time, making many functions of the mass media that began to be seized by new media. This research was conducted to see how the process of transformation of functions and consumption of television and Youtube media is carried out by the people of Padang City. In order to examine the changes in this communication media, of course data is needed on how the actual process takes place in the field. To examine the problem, this study uses MediaMorphosis Theory. The study was designed using a quantitative and qualitative mixed approach that was shaded by a post-positiveist paradigm. The quantitative approach is carried out through an explanatory research survey research design to find out the situation or condition that occurs and the factors influencing it. While the qualitative approach is used to explain the variables studied in more detail. The results revealed that the majority of respondents are more concerned with the content presented than the media platform used. The platform only functions as a tool that makes it easy for them to access the content they want, without them really caring about the conceptual differences from the available media choices.

This study aims to determine the processes and obstacles in the production stage of Anak Indonesia video episode of Anak Singkong (The Children of Cassava) by TVRI West Java region, which raises the culture of the indigenous people of Cireundeu, Cimahi, who consume cassava as the main food substitute for rice. Through a descriptive qualitative methods, this study collected data through observations and interviews with the Anak Indonesia production team. The results showed the implementation of the pre-production stage includes finding ideas, research and location hunting, writing manuscripts, selecting talents, preparing meetings, and selecting tools. The production stage includes a shooting process based on the script created in the pre-production stage; The post-production stage includes image sorting and image blending with sound (natural atmosphere, narrative). These three stages are carried out with the principle of being effective and efficient, to avoid over budgeting of production cost. The obstacles encountered were technical and nontechnical, which the team had to overcome, especially production assistants. The conclusion of this research is the production process of a television program requires good coordination, because it involves many people who carry out their respective roles. Supervision and accuracy in carrying out work are very important so that the prepared shows can be presented according to the agreed concept.

This study analyzed tourism communications related to community satisfaction in tourism services, quality of products, and the attraction of Lake Toba. Quantitative descriptive research using non probability and purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents were women as many as 58%. While for men 42%. Thus women are more likely to like Lake Toba tourism. Based on the simple linear regression equation, it is known that Y = 12.691 + 0.736X, which means that every 1% addition of the level of community satisfaction (X) will increase Lake Toba tourism by +0.736. While the comparison of the t value and t table, it is known that the t value of 28.600 is greater than the t table of 1.98447, so it is concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, that community satisfaction influenced on Lake Toba Tourism. The magnitude of the influence of community satisfaction on Lake Toba Tourism is obtained from the SPSS output with an R Square value of 0.893. This means that the effect of community satisfaction on Lake Toba Tourism is 89.3%, while 10.7% is influenced by variables are not in this study

Media massa yang sudah ada sejak orang Eropa masuk Indonesia, telah mengalami banyak perkembangan. Media cetak pertama yang diterbitkan orang Eropa, Bataviasche Nouvelles, hanya memuat informasi-informasi mengenai pemerintahan VOC, Perdagangan, Hiburan, Iklan Lelang dan Sejarah Koloni Belanda di Hindia. Juga tentang penyebaran Agama Katolik dan Protestan, serta perkembangan gereja di Hindia. Pada perkembangan selanjutnya, mulai bermunculan berbagai media massa seperti koran dan majalah yang tidak hanya milik orang Belanda saja, tetapi juga dibuat oleh kalangan rakyat pribumi, seperti Medan Prijaji, Otoesan Hindia dan banyak lagi lainnya. Media terus berkembang hingga hari ini. Tidak ada yang berubah dalam tujuan media, dari dulu hingga kini, yaitu untuk menyampaikan informasi. Namun metode penyampaian dan isi berita tampaknya jauh berbeda. Salah satunya dalam penyampaian berita mengenai perang dan terorisme. Di masa Belanda, berita mengenai perang dan terorisme tidak diberitakan dengan gamblang. Sementara itu, hari ini media massa seolah-olah terbagi menjadi dua fungsi, sebagai pelindung bagi para pejabat pemerintahan, dan sebagai penyebar propaganda. Dalam pemberitaan mengenai terorisme, media hari ini bahkan sangat terbuka dalam memberitakannya. Penangkapan anggota terorisme yang di dalamnya memuat aksi tembak-menembak juga disiarkan secara langsung. Telah terjadi pergeseran pola penyampaian media dari era Penjajah Belanda hingga Era Reformasi, terutama dalam isu sensitif seperti terorisme. Artikel ini menggunakan gabungan pendekatan naratif dengan pendekatan historis, dalam melihat perkembangan media massa melakukan pemberitaan terorisme dari masa penjajahan Belanda hingga masa reformasi hari ini. Kecenderungan penelitian ini adalah historis, yang dicampur dengan narasi-narasi yang dibangun oleh tokoh yang menjadi  sumber informasi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur berupa arsip-arsip media massa sebagai sumber data, dan dilengkapi dengan wawancara dari ahli terorisme sebagai narasumber sebagai penguat analisis.

One way of ex-Commercial Sex Workers to be accepted in society is by studying religion and looking for preachers who can help them understand religious communication. Meanwhile, the Da'i provide religious communication through da'wah to try to save ex-Commercial Sex Workers to get the right path. This research focuses on social phenomena about how Da'i's communication experience provides lessons through religious communication of spiritual coaching in former prostitution at Padang City. The experience can be seen from three aspects, namely religious communication of former prostitution in spiritual formation based on subjective experiences, symbolic interaction forms constructed by Da'i in conveying religious communication to ex-prostitutes and how Da'i constructs religious communication behavior in former prostitution after resign as sex worker. This research uses a qualitative method with a constructive paradigm. The data collection method is interview, observation and documentation. The informants of this research are da'I and former prostitution. This research was analyzed and dissected with phenomenological, symbolic interactional theory and reality construction. The results of this study are the communication of the Dai Religion in Spiritual Development in Former Prostitution in Padang conducted the first stage of the Moral Development method, the Second Stage of self-transformation and the third Stage of intellectual capacity building. Symbolic interaction is shown by Dai in communicating communication messages through verbal symbols that is more to language. Construction of the Meaning of Former prostitution by Dai to former prostituses after quitting employment in disguised prostitution is that ex-prostitution must be appreciated.
