The most typical causes of conflict escalation in an organization are described and methods for preventing them or mitigating their destructive consequences are proposed.Conclusions. Analyzing labor efficiency as part of a comprehensive economic analysis of enterprise activities is crucial for the further development of the aviation business. Labor efficiency analysis involves identifying the causes of labor productivity decline and possible directions for finding ways to prevent their negative impact. In addition to economic factors, which are manifested in the adoption of legal standards, it is necessary to take measures aimed at mitigating the impact of socio-psychological factors.

In order to explore the impact of Netspeak on the modem standard Chinese language, this study investigates the features and sources of Netspeak and then examines two anxieties that prevail around Chinese society: (1) Can the English elements in Netspeak be regarded as a sign of "English Invasion" and destroy the purity of Chinese language or even blemish Chinese cultural sovereignty? (2) Can "Netspeak confuse people's perception of what standard Chinese language should be so as to have negative impact on Chinese language? Related literatures both in China and in the western countries are examined. Some linguistic theories are applied or verified. Quantitative research method is used to verify my hypothesis that Netspeak will not have a deeply negative impact on Modem Standard Chinese in the long run, although it has already become a popular social dialect in the China"--From introduction, page 4.

Indonesia is the country with the third largest currency digit after Vietnam and Zimbabwe. In 2010, Indonesia conveyed a discourse on the application of rupiah redenomination, but in its implementation it was necessary to estimate the economic factors that would be affected, especially inflation, where inflation was one of the decisive indicators of the success of the redenomination policy of the currency. To estimate the impact of redenomination on inflation, Indonesia can reflect on the historical data of countries that have implemented the policy. Based on historical data, a model can be applied to Indonesia. Historical data includes macroeconomic variables and forms of government. To get a model with better precision, complete data needs to be considered. The historical missing will make the inferencing obtained invalid and important information that can be used for analysis also diminishes. The case deletion method, mean matching predictive, random forest, and bayesian linear regression can be used to handle it. The results showed that there were 38.18% missing data from total observations and the case deletion method as the best method. Then the condition of hyperinflation, economic growth, and the index of government forms significantly impacted inflation after the implementation of redenomination. So, if Indonesia applies redenomination between the period 2010-2017, with the classification accuracy of 64.71%, it is estimated that it will have a negative impact because the inflation will increase after redenomination is implemented.

This study aims at determining the impact of using smartphones on aspects of early childhood language development. This analytical descriptive study was conducted among early childhood children. Documentation was the technique for collecting the data whereas analysing the data was the library research method. Allowing children to use smartphones which are still at an early age with adequate time control, does not interfere with their language development. Children with these criteria can still develop normally. However, the undesirable effects of using smartphones outweigh the constructive effects. In conclusion, early childhood is already familiar with smartphones and is strongly dependent on them in their activities. With a high quantity of time, children’s language development is not optimal and tends to be hampered.

PurposeThis paper analyses competitive balance in the “big five” women's football leagues in Asia longitudinally between 2010 and 2019.Design/methodology/approachCompetitive balance has been measured using recognised measures of concentration, HICB and NHICB, alongside recognised measures of dominance, i.e., identification of top teams. A time-trend analysis has been employed to identify trends of CB in the respective leagues followed by ANOVA and relevant post-hoc tests to identify difference in concentration measures. A multiple linear regression analysis has been conducted to identify the impact of external economic factors on CB.FindingsSome significant differences were detected in the levels of concentration between leagues. There was also some variation in terms of some leagues being dominated by a fewer number of teams. However, these two measures of competitive balance (concentration and dominance) were not necessarily correlated with each other. The paper also tries to find the optimum number of teams to maintain CB in the women's football leagues in Asia, but an exact figure could not be found.Research limitations/implicationsSome significant differences were detected in the levels of concentration between leagues. There was also some variation in terms of some leagues being dominated by a fewer number of teams. However, these two measures of competitive balance (concentration and dominance) were not necessarily correlated with each other. External economic factors were found to have negative impact on CB.Originality/valueThe paper is an original research and aims to add to the growing body of CB research in world through analysis of competitive balance (ACB).

AbstractIn mathematics education, theories of teaching and learning based on disciplines different from mathematics (“imported” theories) are widely dominating the field. This imbalance greatly reduces the impact of mathematics education both on teacher education and on the teaching practice. In order to return to a balanced situation it is necessary to pay more attention to theories which are based on mathematics. As an example of such a “homegrown” theory, the paper presents the structure-genetic didactical analysis, the research method of mathematics education conceived of as a “design science”.
