<p><em>Advancement of science and technology is growing rapidly can lead to positive effects and negative effects on mental students, such as the still many students who are less disciplined in dressing at school or even when following the lesson in the classroom and the lower the morale owned of the students themselves. Seeing such a phenomenon is feared will be increasingly declining mental and student behavior. So in this case the improvement of the quality of Hindu religious learning is very important role for Hindus in particular and not limited to students, because religion is a guide in behaving well in accordance with religious norms that will bring good mental changes in improving attitudes and behavior behavior, personality and budhi pekerti and moral existing in learners.</em></p>

Abstract. Most employees participate in workplace meetings, and their experiences in meetings can vary greatly, which can lead to positive or negative effects on both job attitudes and behavior. In this study, we examined the effect that a meeting attendee’s competence in the meeting topic had on their participation in the meeting and their perception of meeting effectiveness. Results indicated those with higher levels of competence in the meeting topic were more likely to participate and through participation found their meeting more effective; this relationship was stronger when employee dissent in the meetings was high. Leaders should ensure that those who are present in a meeting are competent in the topic of the meeting and encourage them to participate.

<p><strong><em>Abstract<br /></em></strong><em>Laboratory is one of the supporting facilities in im[roving the learning process. Problems found by students regarding the information system laboratory facilities at STMIK Indonesia Padang are</em><em> the computers that suddenly die when operated, the less cold room, display data is blurred, making the inconvenience in the learning process that causes the students less satisfied with the services provided. Students will feel satisfied if the service is expected to match the received. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to analyze the quality of services provided to the students so that it can support the role and function of the laboratory optimally and what attributes need to be improved the quality of service. The method used is Fuzzy Service Quality (Servqual) method. The results showed that the service quality received was not in accordance with the expected because there is a gap of -1.55 for tangibles dimension. Attributes that need to be improved the quality of services are laboratory space is cool and comfortable, the use of laboratories relevant to the field of science, the responsibility of laboratory assistant, the availability of professional teachers and attitudes and behavior of labor officers.<br /></em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak<br /></em></strong>Laboratorium merupakan salah satu fasilitas pendukung dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang ditemukan mahasiswa mengenai fasilitas laboratorium sistem informasi pada STMIK Indonesia Padang adalah komputer yang tiba-tiba mati saat dioperasikan, ruangan yang kurang dingin, data <em>display</em> yang buram sehingga membuat ketidaknyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Mahasiswa akan merasa puas apabila layanan yang diharapkan sesuai dengan yang diterima. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa sehingga dapat mendukung peran dan fungsi laboratorium secara optimal serta atribut apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode <em>Fuzzy Service Quality </em>(<em>Servqua</em>l). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang diterima belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena terdapat <em>gap</em> sebesar -1.55 untuk dimensi <em>tangibles</em>. Atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya yaitu ruangan laboratorium yang sejuk dan nyaman, penggunaan laboratorium yang relevan dengan bidang ilmu, tanggungjawab asisten labor, tersedianya tenaga pengajar yang professional dan sikap serta perilaku petugas labor</p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><strong> : sistem pendukung keputusan, laboratorium, <em>fuzzy</em>, <em>servqual</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p>

Recent advancements in online streaming technologies have re-centered the audience as an important part of live broadcasts, including live political events. In fall 2020, each of the U.S. presidential and vice presidential debates were streamed on a number of online platforms that provided an integrated streaming chat where the public could comment in real-time alongside the live debate video. Viewers could simultaneously tune into what the candidates were saying and see what a sample of their peers thought about the candidates. This study examines large samples of comments made in social chat feeds during the livestreamed debates on the ABC News, NBC News, and Fox News Facebook pages to quantify key features associated with the quality of political discussion on these platforms. The results reveal that consistent with the quasi-anonymous, constrained nature of dynamic chat, the comments made are generally short, include a substantial degree of toxicity and insults, and differ significantly in their content across platforms. These findings underscore the importance of further study of online streaming chat as a new source of potential influence on political attitudes and behavior.

AbstractSchizophrenia is a disease that attacks the nervous system that can cause changes in attitudes and behavior. Schizophrenic patients are prone to have aggressive behavior that can cause a loss of control of a person's behavior that is directed at oneself, others, or the environment. Violent behavior in oneself can take the form of self-injury to commit suicide or allow oneself to be in the form of self-abandonment. One technique to reduce aggressive behavior in schizophrenic patients is the de-escalation technique. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of de-escalation techniques to reduce aggressive behavior in schizophrenic patients based on available literature evidence. The study used a literature review method. The databases used to search articles are Wiley, PubMed, Science Direct, and the Google scolar search engine. Articles are selected based on the suitability of the keywords, topics and inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been determined. The search results obtained as many as 5 articles, 4 articles in Indonesian and 1 in English. The critical review instrument used to assess the quality of the article is the instrument by Hawker. There are findings that de-escalation techniques are effective in reducing aggressiveness in schizophrenic patients. Efforts to reduce aggressive behavior with de-escalation techniques have a more significant effect than those without de-escalation techniques.Keywords: Aggressive behavior, risk of violent behavior, de-escalation technique, Schizophrenia. AbstrakSkizofrenia merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem saraf yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan sikap dan perilaku. Pasien skizofrenia rentan memiliki perilaku agresif yang dapat menyebabkan hilangnya kendali perilaku seseorang yang diarahkan pada diri sendiri, oranglain, atau lingkungan. Perilaku kekerasan pada diri sendiri dapat berbentuk melukai diri untuk bunuh diri atau membiarkan diri dalam bentuk penelantaran diri. Salah satu teknik untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif pada pasien skizofrenia adalah dengan teknik deeskalasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas teknik deeskalasi untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif pada pasien skizofrenia berdasarkan literatur evidence yang tersedia. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review. Database yang digunakan untuk pencarian artikel adalah Wiley, PubMed, Science Direct, serta mesin pencarian Google scolar. Artikel diseleksi berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan kata kunci, topik serta kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan sebanyak 5 artikel, 4 artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan 1 berbahasa inggris. Instrumen telaah kritis yang digunakan untuk menelaah kualitas artikel adalah instrumen oleh Hawker. Terdapat temuan bahwa teknik deeskalasi efektif dalam mengurangi agresifitas pada pasien skizofrenia. Upaya untuk menurunkan perilaku agresif dengan teknik de-esakalasi memberikan pengaruh lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diberikan teknik de-eskalasi. Abstract Background: The corona virus infection disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is likely to put healthcare professionals across the world in an unprecedented situation. Methods: 683 healthcare workers were recruited in this study. Short form-12 items (SF-12), Societal Influences Survey Questionnaire (SISQ), and Disaster-Related Psychological Screening Test (DRPST) were used to survey participants. Multiple linear regression and structural equation model (SEM) were used to explore the possible factors to the societal influences and quality of life. Results: Female, older, more education years, married, regular intake and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) frequency had positive effects to SISQ. To physical component summary (PCS) of SF-12, chronic illness, sleep score, PTSD frequency and social distance had negative effects and exercise habits had positive effect. To mental component summary (MCS) value of SF-12, age, participate in clubs, volunteer or charity activities and social information had positive effects and PTSD frequency, sleep score, social anxiety and depression had negative effects. Under SEM analysis, PTSD had positive effect to SISQ. Sleep score and MCS value had negative effects to SISQ. PTSD severity, older age, Sleep score, smoking and Nursing staff had negative effects to PCS value. Young age, PTSD frequency, sleep score and depression had negative effects to MCS value. Conclusion: Healthcare team members with severer PTSD symptoms suffered more societal influences. Relative to PTSD severity, PTSD frequency was more important to the quality of life. Members of older age, who frequently participate in clubs, volunteers or charity activities had better mental life quality.

A objetividade, tendência do pensamento científico atual é característica do mundo globalizado. Educação, neste contexto, representa um processo lento que demanda tempo, comprometimento e desejo por parte do educando e do educador. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi o de analisar e refletir a educação em saúde e sua influência na qualidade de vida. Estudo de revisão bibliográfica composta por 16 artigos consultados na BVS e publicados em português. Os achados evidenciam que a educação em saúde tem sido muito discutida na literatura, uma vez observada a precariedade fortemente presente na relação entre as ações e as políticas de saúde e que a mesma deve ser discutida tanto no aspecto individual como coletivo, possibilitando a aceitação de novos métodos que promovam a saúde e as escolhas saudáveis, livres e naturais por meio da reflexão, baseada em estratégias que permitam mudanças de atitudes e comportamentos. O Enfermeiro, na compreensão de sua essência, pode exercer o cuidado sob o aspecto de uma educação crítica e transformadora, favorecendo o bem-estar e contemplando as necessidades biopsicossociais em suas ações.Descritores: Cuidado, Educação em Saúde, Enfermagem. Health education and quality of lifeAbstract: Objectiveness, a trend of current scientific thinking is a feature of the globalized world. Lack of independence of students solving problems with friends while playing or when the learning process is taking place. The problems that occur often make the parents intervene. Related to this problem, there is a game method that can train student cooperation and responsibility, the game is usually called Gobak Sodor. This game has a positive impact on students' attitudes and behavior. Thus, the writer wanted to know whether there was a significant effect of giving the traditional Gobak Sodor game on student behavior. The research technique used is to use quantitative methods. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used paired sample t-test, based on the results of the pretest and posttest, the average value of student behavior was 42.97 and the post-test was 46.94. The results of hypothesis testing obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 at the pretest and posttest with a value of 0.000 <0.05. In accordance with hypothesis testing, namely the value of Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This shows that there is an effect of giving the traditional Gobak Sodor game on student behavior.

In the context of a very turbulent environment where various challenges are more and more present, companies often apply different strategies in order to harmonize their business with new and often unfavorable conditions. One of the possible strategies of companies is the downsizing strategy. Downsizing, as an organizational strategy, usually involves a reorganization that can be implemented in different ways, but in which the resulting outcome often causes a reduced number of employees. Research around the world has highlighted the various effects of this strategy on the performance of organizations. On the one hand, cost are reduced as it strives to increase profitability and productivity. On the other hand, various problems often arise in the form of attitudes and behavior of employees, reflected in the changed quality of service that is provided, employee satisfaction, their loyalty and willingness to leave the company. The aim of this paper is to explore the relation between the application of different approaches to the downsizing strategy in organizations and the perceived service quality. The survey was carried out on a sample of 160 companies in Serbia, based on the data collected during the Cranet project, from 2015 to 2016. The methodology used during the research included research of the available literature and results of previous studies, as well as the application of statistical techniques for data analysis, factor analysis, Spearman’s correlation and hierarchical linear regression. The results of the research indicate that there is a negative link between the observed variables, that is, the implementation of the downsizing in certain forms is associated with a lower level of the perceived quality of service.

In recent years, studies have often been devoted to the frequent on frequency , motives and consequences of consuming energy drinks by the student population at universities. These studies have been common in many countries. The aim of this study was to identify the patterns of energy drink consumption among college students of the Serbian University of Belgrade and to understand the attitudes, motives and consequences of consuming these beverages. The result of this study indicates that energy drink consumption is a common practice among Serbian university students (72.0% use energy drinks and 1.1% consume them regularly). Out of the total number of surveyed students 12.9% consumed energy drinks with alcohol. The most frequent negative effects in students who had used energy drinks were: weight gain (24.2%), headaches (2.6%), thirst (18.9%) and hunger (11.6%). Many of the students surveyed (62.0%) cited that their main motive for using energy drinks was improving their academic capabilities, commonly used as a way to study longer and improve mental focus. But, 10.5% of the surveyed students felt the effect of increased concentration after using energy drinks. This indicated the students' confusion and disagreement between their motives for using energy drinks and the effects achieved. A large number of surveyed students (85.3%) did not check the composition of energy drinks before consumption. The results show that students need education in this regard. This research is part of a study called "Attitudes and Behavior of Students in relation to Food and Nutrition" and is a form of preventive action to combat the widespread use of energy drinks in the student population.

This research established the youth entrepreneur satisfaction forming path and behavior intention model on the base of classical customer satisfaction index model, and took the 172 youth entrepreneurs as research object, who have been supported by China Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YBC) Mianyang Office since 2007. This study applies factor analysis and structural equation model to reveal the satisfaction formation mechanism which affects by the youth entrepreneurs expectations, guidance quality and guidance value perception, as well as the entrepreneurs’ subsequent behavior affected by the satisfaction. The results show that the mentor image has significantly positive effect on the youth entrepreneur expectation. The latter affects the satisfaction through the guidance quality perception to exert influence on the youth’s guidance value perception; youth entrepreneur expectation, guidance value perception and guidance quality perception have positive effects on satisfaction. As for the youth entrepreneurs’ behavioral intention, the youth’s satisfaction had significantly negative effects on their complaint and significantly positive effects on their loyalty. In addition, there were significantly negative effects between the youth entrepreneurs’ complaint and loyalty.
