Climate change is causing shifts in seasonal weather patterns and variation in seasonal time scales in India. Factors including uneven distribution of water, faulty agricultural practices and water policies, low prices of farm products, and debt are leading farmers to commit suicide in Umarkhed Taluka of the Yavatmal District. This study aimed to develop a sustainable solution to water scarcity in the surrounding watershed by introducing optimization modeling in reservoir operation. Past studies have conducted different hydrologic analyses to address the water scarcity issue in this region. However, none of the studies incorporated optimization in their models. This study developed an integrated hydrologic and optimization model that can predict the daily reservoir releases for climate change scenarios from 2020 to 2069 based upon Representative Concentration Pathway (RCP-4.5 and RCP-8.5) climate change scenarios from 2020 to 2069. The integrated simulations were able to deliver around 19% more water than the historical discharge at the most downstream station of the Wardha Watershed. The simulated approaches store less water than the actual unoptimized scenario and deliver water when there is a need at the downstream locations. Finally, because the downstream locations of the Wardha Watershed receive more water, a localized storage system can be developed and a transfer method can be utilized to deliver sufficient water to the Umarkhed Taluka.

<p>School bullying is a highly concerned problem due to its effect on students' academic achievement. The effect might go beyond that to develop health problems, school drop out and, in some extreme cases, commit suicide for victims. On the other hand, adolescents who continuously bully over time are at risk of becoming involved in gang membership and other types of crime. Therefore, we propose a simple mathematical model for school bullying by considering two variables: the number of victims students and the number of bullies students. The main assumption employed to develop the mathematical model is that school policy bans bullying and expels students who practice this behavior to maintain a constructive educational environment within the school. We show that the model has two equilibrium points, and that both equilibrium points are locally and globally asymptotically stable under certain conditions. Also, we define a threshold parameter with a new criterion called the bullying index. Furthermore, we show that the model exhibits the phenomena of transcritical bifurcation subject to the bullying index. All the findings are supported with numerical simulations.</p>

The objective of this article was to identify the characteristics of crime investigation in the action of provoking someone's suicide on the Internet, identifying the main problems, characteristics of the investigation and prospects for improvement of the crime investigation methodology. For the development of the article the following methods were used to meet the objectives: comparative legal method, historical and comparative methods, which made it possible to analyze the state, problems, and prospects for the development of Ukrainian legislation in the field of liability for causing someone to commit suicide. The article also involves the method of systematization, which provided the opportunity to study the genesis and changes in the legislation that regulates the matter. It was concluded that there was a lack of good practices and an effective system for investigating Internet crimes, due to the peculiarities of the development and use of the Internet, as well as rapid technological advancement. Comparing the experience of the EU and the US, it was determined that preventive and educational functions are the main ones in this area, helping to prevent relevant crimes.

BACKGROUND In recent years there has been a growth of psychological chatbots performing important functions from checking symptoms to providing psychoeducation and guiding self-help exercises. Technologically these chatbots are based on traditional decision-tree algorithms with limited keyword recognition. A key challenge to the development of conversational artificial intelligence is intent recognition or understanding the goal that the user wants to accomplish. The user query on psychological topic is often emotional, highly contextual and non goal-oriented, and therefore may contain vague, mixed or multiple intents. OBJECTIVE In this study we attempt to identify and categorize user intents with relation to psychological topics. METHODS We collected a dataset of 43 000 logs from the iCognito Anti-depression chatbot which consists of user answers to the chatbot questions about the reason of their emotional distress. The data was labeled manually. The BERT model was used for classification. RESULTS We have identified 24 classes of user intents that can be grouped into larger categories, such as: a) intents to improve emotional state; b) intents to improve interpersonal relations; c) intents to improve physical condition; d) intents to solve practical problems; e) intents to make a decision; f) intents to harm oneself or commit suicide; g) intent to blame or criticize oneself. CONCLUSIONS This classification may be used for the development of conversational artificial intelligence in the field of psychotherapy.

AbstractSchizophrenia is a disease that attacks the nervous system that can cause changes in attitudes and behavior. Schizophrenic patients are prone to have aggressive behavior that can cause a loss of control of a person's behavior that is directed at oneself, others, or the environment. Violent behavior in oneself can take the form of self-injury to commit suicide or allow oneself to be in the form of self-abandonment. One technique to reduce aggressive behavior in schizophrenic patients is the de-escalation technique. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of de-escalation techniques to reduce aggressive behavior in schizophrenic patients based on available literature evidence. The study used a literature review method. The databases used to search articles are Wiley, PubMed, Science Direct, and the Google scolar search engine. Articles are selected based on the suitability of the keywords, topics and inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been determined. The search results obtained as many as 5 articles, 4 articles in Indonesian and 1 in English. The critical review instrument used to assess the quality of the article is the instrument by Hawker. There are findings that de-escalation techniques are effective in reducing aggressiveness in schizophrenic patients. Efforts to reduce aggressive behavior with de-escalation techniques have a more significant effect than those without de-escalation techniques. Keywords: Aggressive behavior, risk of violent behavior, de-escalation technique, Schizophrenia. AbstrakSkizofrenia merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem saraf yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan sikap dan perilaku. In this paper, we consider the tactical features associated with the planning and preparation of the initial investigative actions in cases related to the inducement to commit suicide via the Internet. Special attention is paid to the preparation of the operational investigation team when receiving a report of a suicide, as well as conducting such investigative actions as an inspection of the scene of the incident and a search. The authors pay special attention to the specifics of digital data, the need to attract a specialist for their detection, recording and seizure in the cases under consideration. The authors point to the need for international legal cooperation, which justifies the extraterritoriality of digital data.

Cybercrime today is one of the fastest growing types of criminal activity that encroach on various social groups of community. Today, in addition to criminal acts aimed at economic profit, the level of criminal infringements aimed at the personal rights of children, has increased, as has the involvement of minors in the commission of serious and particularly serious crimes. Crimes against children committed in the information environment are different from traditional forms of criminal abuse, and are characterized by particular cruelty, a high level of proficiency of perpetrators, anonymity (identity of a perpetrator is hidden behind an information code) and transnationality. Conditionally the activities of cybercriminals can be categorized as offences aimed at the personal rights of children and criminal acts aimed at involving minors in offences through the information environment. Cybercriminal activities include, inter alia, trafficking in children in information and telecommunications networks; sexual exploitation of minors, including involvement in prostitution; inducement of children to commit suicide; and others. Such acts constitute serious or particularly serious crimes aimed at violating the personal rights of children, whose protection requires the development of national legislation and constant international cooperation. The author believes that specific international treaties on cooperation in the detection of cybercrime should be concluded, as well as general rules on the definition of various forms of cybercrime.

Suicide is a major public health issue and the risk of attempting and committing suicide increases with age. We present the case of an elderly couple who decided to commit suicide together by self-poisoning using levamisole-adulterated cocaine. The choice of committing a double suicide, the method selected (self-poisoning), the drug self-administered (cocaine), and the route of administration (ingestion) are events rarely encountered in the forensic pathology practice, especially not in combination. In this article, we will review the literature regarding the frequency and features of these methods of suicide. An overview of the effects and mechanism of action of levamisole is also provided, highlighting the importance of including this substance and its metabolites in the routine toxicological analyses for cocaine deaths.

The occurrence of violence against children is due to trivial problems, in this violence mostly occurs in children, even the impact of violence on children is very dangerous, because many children will be depressed, have prolonged trauma, are sensitive, tend to be quiet, rebellious, and more dangerous. Again, children will commit suicide because they are no longer strong with violence. In dealing with these problems, children really need therapy, so that children can return to being like other children, although in realizing it again becomes a child's personality in general it is very difficult. This act of child abuse is very detrimental to the future of the child, because it is clear, the future of the child will be bad, of course the child will not develop well, in the concept of child abuse will use the research method to be carried out namely descriptive research methods, in this study aims to describe every event or incident objectively, from here the violence in child abuse will be well structured, from the results of the analysis a data will be carried out, whose function is so that problems in child abuse research can get the right solution with the help of play therapy for child victims of child abuse abuse . In play therapy, children can get the best direction, even though they can't fully recover like other children, it's just that play therapy can alleviate every problem in child abuse victims.
