<p>The background of this research is the facts at that the last decade has been so many literature and research about job satisfaction. Eventually organizational culture, and organizational commitment has the most important role in creating a job satisfaction in the Swasta hospital at Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.</p><p>The design of this research applies descriptive research and correlation research with  organizational culture as independent variables and organizational commitment and job satisfaction as dependent variables. The primary data is taken from respondents which are employees of the Swasta hospital at Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. As conclusion, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational culture  toward organizational commitment, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational culture toward job satisfaction, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational commitment toward job satisfaction, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational culture  toward job satisfaction with organizational commitment as mediating variable.</p>

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, employee empowerment, and job satisfaction of organizational commitment. This research was conducted at Hotel Klapa Resort Pecatu. The number of population taken as many as 60 people, in this study the method of determining the sample used is the census. Data collection is done through primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Analytical techniques conducted in this study using multiple linear regression method using independent variables of leadership, employee empowerment, and job satisfaction. Based on the results of research can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect. Employee empowerment has positive and significant impact to organizational commitment. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Based on the results of management research Hotel Klapa Resort Pecatu need to create leadership with an exemplary attitude. If the leader has become an exemplary figure for his employees in leading the company, then the employee will follow the exemplary attitude of the leader. Increased leadership attitudes are expected to increase organizational commitment for the achievement of organizational goals.

Organizational commitment is one of the important issues in the world of work. The purpose is to explain the effect of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at Puri Saron Seminyak Hotel. Population is 109 people, in this study the method of determining the sample used using the formula slovin obtained results 52 people. Data collection is done through primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using independent variables of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Hotel Puri Saron Seminyak's employees. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of Puri Saron Seminyak.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction

Save Street Child (SSC) is a nonprofit organization in which its main activity is focused on the empowerment of the street children. This research aims at analyzing the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, analyzing the job satisfaction as the mediating variable of the organizational culture’s influence on the organizational commitment, and analyzing the volunteering tenure as the moderating variable of the organizational culture’s influence on the organizational commitment. This research involved all of 63 volunteers in SSC organization in Malang City as respondents. Closed questionnaires were used to collect the primary data. Further, the data were analyzed by using the PLS (Partial Least Square). The research results show that the organizational culture affects the job satisfaction, whereas the organizational culture does not have any influence on the organizational commitment. In addition, the job satisfaction influences the organizational commitment, and it also becomes the mediating variable of the influence of the organizational culture on the organizational commitment. The last finding also shows that the volunteering tenure is not the moderating variable of the organizational culture’s influence on the organizational commitment. This study is useful for understanding organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in nonprofit organizations.

Turnover intention is essentially a desire to move employees from one workplace to another. This is a company's challenge in maintaining labor competition. Human resources are believed to be the main factor determining the success of an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Career Growth on Turnover Intention Employees, Compensation effect on Turnover Intention, And influence Job Satisfaction as variable intervening to TurnOver Employees in PT. Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center). This research is expected to be able to help find out the main factors causing employee turnover intention and overcome the problem of Turnover Intention so that it helps companies reduce losses both in terms of costs and time. This research uses quantitative research methodology simple random sampling. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling method by formulating certain criteria using primary data sources. The number of samples in this research were 164 respondents. The variables used in this study used Dependent Variables, Intervening Variables and Independent Variables, then to get conclusions in the research that carried out statistical tests with the aim of finding out which dependent variables would influence the independent variables in the study. This study used SPSS version 23 to carry out statistical tests, Results of testing that has been done, partial regression test (t) shows that each is dependent the variables studied (career growth, compensation, and job satisfaction) have a significant influence on independence variable (Turnover Intention).

Abstract— This research aim to know influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture to organizational citizenship behaviour of PDAM Tirta Taman Sari Madiun City. This research is quantitative analytical research with primary data. These samples in this research is 104 regular employees. While used data collecting technique that is with questioner and documentation. The research instrument used was the Likert scale. The calculation data analysis technique uses Smart PLS, which includes descriptive statistical analysis, the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing by looking at the t-statistical value. The result showed job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords—: job satisfaction; organizational commitment; organizational culture; organizational citizenship behaviour.

One of the main functions of the government is to organize public services as a form of the general duty of government for the welfare of the community, including the government of Tonra District of Bone Regency. Bureaucracy or government services are government instruments to realize efficient, effective, equitable, transparent and accountable public services. The research was conducted at tonra district office of Bone District of South Sulawersi Province. The population in this study is all employees in the tonra district government area numbering 60 people. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from respondents' answers to a number of questions and statements in questionnaires related to research variable indicators. Research variables consist of independent variables (X1) namely competence, and job satisfaction (X2), as well as dependent variables namely ASN performance (Y). The results of the study obtained that the variables of competence and job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously (together) have a real (significant) effect on the performance of ASN in the scope of the government office of Tonra District of Bone Regency. Thus it can be concluded that the factors of compote and job satisfaction are very important to note in human resource management and institutional/ organizational management, especially in the government office of Tonra District of Bone Regency.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and communication on internal audit employees' performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with the mediating variable of Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were 284 employees of the internal audit of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Whereas in this study using saturated samples, the entire population of this study became research respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed using the Amoss 26 Structural Equation Models method. This study uses competency and communication independent variables as well as employee performance-dependent variables and job satisfaction mediation variables. The results of the study prove that there is an effect of competence on job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on job satisfaction; there is an influence of competence on performance; there is an effect of communication on performance; there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance; there is an influence of competence on performance through job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on performance through job satisfaction.

<p><em>This research is concerning the influence of job motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to see how far the influence of job motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses primary data obtained from 150 respondents. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is organizational commitment, while the independent variables are job motivation and job satisfaction. This study used the structural equation modeling (SEM) to test job motivation, job satisfaction and organizational relationship models. The results show that job motivation positively influences job satisfaction, but job satisfaction surprisingly does not have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job motivation positively influence organizational commitment</em></p>
