The research aims to analyze the main factor determining Chinese Smartphone Customer Satisfaction. The population of this research were all customers who purchased Chinese smartphones in Surakarta, Semarang, Pemalang, Purworejo, Grobogan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking 200 official store customers and 200 black-market customers. The data collection method was a survey by personal questionnaire with an data analysis used multiple linear regression and different tests (independent sample T-test). The results obtained several findings that the price perception, product quality, and marketplace significantly affect customer satisfaction. Finally, there are differences in customer satisfaction felt purchased Chinese smartphones in the official store with the black market. The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

This research was aiming to determine the effect of price perception, product quality and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling by convenience sampling. Sampling using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 126 respondents in Jakarta. For operational variables using the Likert scale. The data analysis method uses regression data analysis which is processed through the SPSS program. Based on the results of this study indicate that significant positive price perceptions, positive significant product quality, significant positive customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. In this research, price perception has the most influence on repurchase intention.

This study aims to see the effect of service quality, facilities and price perception on customer satisfaction in Yogyakarta Pojur Barbershop customers. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study were 155 respondents. The sample in this study were 155 customers who had used barbershop pojur at least once. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, service quality, facilities and price perceptions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and price perception is positive and significant towards consumer satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Constumer satisfaction and loyalty is one indicator of marketing success. This study aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty milk powder with high calcium by attributes attached to high calcium milk powder products. Milk powder used as the object of the research was Anlene milk powder and Hilo milk powder. Attributes used in the study are: brand, flavour, label, price, and promotion. Determination of the sample using multistage sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that milk powder Anlene attributes that affect customer satisfaction is a flavor of (0,001), price (0,018), and promotion (0,023), while milk powder Hilo attributes that affect customer satisfaction is the brand (0,024) and the label (0,015). Anlene milk powder attributes that influence consumer loyalty is priced at 0,017, while the milk powder Hilo attributes that influence consumer loyalty is the brand of 0,021.

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction and repurchase decisions on consumers who buy and use Pepsodent toothpaste. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample size of 105 respondents with non-probability methods in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with as many as 15 indicators measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study are path analysis techniques with classical assumption test and sobel test. The results of the study stated that the variables of customer satisfaction, product quality variables and price perception variables had a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions.
