This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction and repurchase decisions on consumers who buy and use Pepsodent toothpaste. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample size of 105 respondents with non-probability methods in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with as many as 15 indicators measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study are path analysis techniques with classical assumption test and sobel test. The results of the study stated that the variables of customer satisfaction, product quality variables and price perception variables had a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. ABSTRACT This study analyzes the effect of product quality, price perception, promotion, location, service quality on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bebek Kaleo Restaurant, Tebet, South Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.Data collection through surveys with 105 respondents incidentally in October 2020. Data analysis techniques through Path Analysis, The Simultaneous Influence of Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Location, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction as well as Consumer Loyalty, Product quality, price perception, promotion have no effect on consumer satisfaction, location, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product Quality, Location Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty, Promotion and Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, all independent variables can directly influence the consumer loyalty variable without intervening customer satisfaction.Keywords : Product Quality, Price Perception, Promotion, Location, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

Service quality in an economic aspect is very important and a challenge for every company. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions and satisfaction regarding product quality at Wuling Tulungagung Dealer.The method in this study used a qualitative design with data collection methods through interviews and data analysis using content analysis. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions of product quality on customer satisfaction at Dialer Wuling Tulungagung has fulfilled the pillars of success. Its implementation is to provide quality service that has an impact on good consumer perceptions and consumer satisfaction accompanied by quality Dialer Wuling Tulungagung products.

Pertamax is a non-subsidized fuel PT. Pertamina (Persero) and the company's biggest challenge is to change the buying pattern of people in order to switch from Premium to Pertamax. To change the buying pattern of a company's society should look at consumer behavior as well as the attributes contained in the product in order to provide satisfaction and re-purchase decisions. These attributes are product quality and promotion. This research aims to determine the quality of products and promotions positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction, knowing product quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly towards purchasing decisions, and product quality and promotions have a positive and significant effect on the re-purchase decision through consumer satisfaction of Pertamax in the Makassar city. The population in this study was the consumer of Pertamax in the town of Makassar, which was designated 100 samples of respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and observation studies, using path analysis techniques.  The results of the product quality are positive and significant to customer satisfaction. Promotions have a positive and insignificant impact on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. The quality of products directly has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Directly promotion is positive and insignificant to repurchase decisions. The quality of products indirectly through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence over the repurchase decision. Indirectly promotion through consumer satisfaction had a positive but insignificant influence on the repurchase decision of Pertamax in Makassar city.

Rosela (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is used for drinks because it contains organic acids, polysaccharides, and flavonoids that are useful in preventing cancer, controlling blood pressure, promoting blood circulation, and promoting defecation, so it is feasible to be developed. Teaching Factory Tegalampel Bondowoso Processing Division of the PP Negeri 1 Vocational School captures the potential for the development of rosella by producing Minrose processed products, ready-to-drink and healthy packaging drinks from Rosela flowers as one of the superior products suitable for consumption for all people. Sales fluctuations assume that managers need to conduct studies by conducting price policies and building positive perceptions about product quality through customer satisfaction for purchasing decisions. Researchers used samples to consumers or buyers of Minrose products at the age of 15 to 60 as many as 70 people. This study uses path analysis analysis method that shows the results that the price affects consumer satisfaction (ρX1.Z = 0.387 with Sign. 0.001), product quality has an effect on customer satisfaction (ρX2.Z = 0.294 with Sign. 0.009), the price has no effect on purchasing decision (ρX1.Y = 0.046 with Sign. 0.630 and Indirect effect = 0.157 and Total Coefficient = 0.203), product quality affects purchasing decisions (ρX2.Y = 0.457 with Sign. 0,000 and Indirect effect = 0.117 and Total Coefficient = 0.576 ), consumer satisfaction affects the purchasing decision (ρZ.Y = 0.407 with Sign. 0,000) Minrose products at the Teaching Factory of the Processing Division of SMK PP Negeri 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of menu variations and tastes, perceptions of price, cleanliness on customer satisfaction at Duta Minang Restaurant Jln. Brig. Gen. Katamso. This study uses the dependent variable namely menu variation and taste, price perception, cleanliness and independent variables, namely customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is Simple Accidential Sampling. Simple Accidential Technique Sampling, which is known as opportunity sample or free sampling, was chosen because of comfortable accessibility and proximity to the researcher. Samples are only taken at consumers of Duta Minang Restaurant Jln. Brigadier General Katamso totaling 100 people. The procedure for collecting data uses questionnaires that are distributed to be filled by Duta Minang consumers. Data processing uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 tools. Based on data analysis and the results of hypothesis testing in this study it can be concluded that menu variations and tastes have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance level of 0,000. Price perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0,000. Cleanliness has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance level of 0.016. This gives the implication that companies with good hygiene can increase customer satisfaction. And simultaneously the variable variations in menu and taste, price perception, and cleanliness positively influence consumer satisfaction with the value of F obtained at 207,528 and an error rate of 5%, the ability of the regression equation in this study, to explain the magnitude of variation that occurs in the dependent variable of 86 , 2% while 13.8% is explained by variables that the researcher cannot explain.

The purpose of this research to analyze The effect of price and product quality black pepper coffee on purchasing decisions and impact on customer satisfaction The sampling method in this research was accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents.. Instrument testing and data analysis, namely path analysis with the LISREL 8.80 application program. The results showed that the price and product quality had a positive effect on the purchasing decision Black pepper coffee at Bang Azis Coffee Shop. Price, Product Quality and Purchase Decisions have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction.

ABSTRACT            For the purpose of this study namely, to analyze the effect  of product quality, and brand image, on the purchasing decisions of the oppo brand handphone at the Max-Indo Padang shop. The population in this study is, all consumers who had bought the oppo brand mobile in the Max-Indo store in Padang City. Which numbered 1,836 people, while for the study sample were 100 respondents. The sample technique  used is, purposive sampling method by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression and statistical test T. The result of the study show that the product quality variable has a significance value of 0.034 and the brand image has a significance influence of 0.000. then the product quality, and brand image variables have a significant influence on the purchase decisions of the Oppo brand mobile phone at the Max-indo Padang shop. Keyword : Product Quality, Brand Image, and Purchasing Decision.

Product quality and services have been the most concern of the trade and service. One of the efforts that can be used to improve and maintain the competitiveness of a company is to increase consumer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of consumer interest in the products and services provided by McDonald’s, 2) to analyze the performance of McDonalds company in giving satisfaction to consumer, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction on products and services. Data collection in this study was done by distributing 255 questionnaires to consumers. Importance Performance Analysis method was used to analyse the effect of quality of the product & service on consumer satisfaction. The results show that consumers were satisfied on the product quality and service provided. The level of consumer satisfaction was 84,64% (satisfied) for the product quality and 83,06% (satisfied) for the service quality.
