The relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the fact that modern social and economic environment requires specialists in the area of physical culture and sports to be ready for self-realization of professional potential in terms of market economy, which requires certain knowledge and skills to start and develop their own business. The purpose of the article is to suggest the pedagogical construction of forms and methods of teaching within the disciplines which ensure the formation of entrepreneurial thinking of future bachelors in physical culture and sports. To achieve this goal, abstract-logical and system-structural research methods have been used. The author’s concept of the process of formation of information and communication, economic and managerial components of entrepreneurial culture of future bachelors in physical culture and sports involves the implementation of preparatory, theoretical and practical stages. The formation of entrepreneurial culture at the preparatory stage is associated with the compulsory discipline “Information Technology in Physical Culture and Sports” (second semester). The theoretical stage involves mastering the study material of optional courses “Management in Physical Culture and Sports” (third semester), “Marketing of Physical Culture and Sports” (fourth semester), “Entrepreneurship in Physical Culture and Sports” (fifth semester), “Innovative technologies of sports training and physical culture” (sixth semester). The practical stage includes the preparation and defense of a course work and internships at enterprises that provide physical culture and health services. The disciplines ensuring the formation of entrepreneurship in higher education are defined as “Entrepreneurship in physical culture and sports” and the content module “Startups in the field” of the discipline “Innovative technologies of sports training and physical culture”. The discipline “Entrepreneurship in Physical Culture and Sports” has four credits, each of which corresponds to a certain module. The following forms and methods of organization of educational process have been offered: traditional lectures, lectures-press conferences, lectures-presentations, a round table, business games, method of problem-based learning, work in small groups and a method of individual work. These pedagogical conditions for the development of entrepreneurial thinking contribute to the creation and consolidation of certain patterns of successful business projects in the field, the acquisition of skills of self-analysis of entrepreneurial thinking using appropriate diagnostic techniques, create conditions for creative communication with the audience, collaboration in the creation process, emotional interaction and activate students’ independent cognitive activity, encourage them to perform search and research activities.

The article highlights the features of the health-saving innovative technologies used in the educational process of future specialists in computer engineering training. The basic categories ‘academic freedom,’ ‘innovative form,’ ‘educational activity,’ ‘innovative activity,’ ‘educational classes,’ ‘types of educational classes’ are revealed. The research reveals the peculiarities of the training of higher education graduates of technical specialties, for whom it is essential to master the humanities, the formation of speech competencies, and the study of the basics of rhetoric during educational activities. The example of physical education classes demonstrates a wide range of innovative forms of work, the use of which promotes students’ cognitive activity; it is an essential factor in the formation of young people’s valeological competence and is a priority factor in demonstrating fashion for a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, leisure and recreation, amateur or professional sports, etc. During the preparation of the article methods of analysis of legal norms (in line with the generalization and systematization of current educational legislation), the results of a pedagogical experiment, which took place at Poltava Yuri Kondratyuk National Technical University. Some forms and types of students’ activities aimed at acquiring skills and abilities to use health-saving innovative technologies in further professional activities are considered. The importance of not only physical exercises, popularization of motor activity, but also the presence of thorough internal motivation (which is formed during classes) in future computer engineers in the educational process, which will contribute to the formation of a high level of readiness to use the described technologies, and in further professional activity. The promising areas of further research are substantiation of the structural and logical scheme of studying the humanities in a technical institution of higher education with consideration of key competencies of the specialist at each stage of study; disclosure of methodical features of innovative forms of work, which should be used in educational activities: ‘biennial,’ ‘consulting,’ ‘fresh,’ etc .; study of the specifics of theoretical and methodological requirements for teaching physical education for graduates of technical specialties in the modern processes of reforming the education system.

The article establishes that the student-centered approach is a requirement of time, a response to the educational needs of higher education seekers, as well as employers. The purpose of the article is to generalize the concepts, determine the basic properties and requirements of student-centered education on the basis of the analysis of the national legislation and scientific works of domestic scientists. It was found that the essence of the corresponding paradigm is that the applicant for higher education is a conscious, active, full-fledged, responsible subject of his studies and his own life. It is revealed that the main requirements of the student-centered approach are the creation of an educational environment that takes into account the needs, interests, abilities, general characteristics of applicants, focused on them, as well as establishing between teachers and students as the main subjects of the educational process. mutual respect and trust. It is stated that the full implementation of the student-centered approach is possible only by providing a set of organizational and normative (relevant provisions of educational legislation and local regulations) and psychological and pedagogical, including methodological, (forms, methods and technologies of teaching) to enhance cognitive activity VO, therefore, should provide for solving problems, discussing them in a group, forming and justifying their position) conditions. Emphasis is placed on the fact that student-centered learning is learning that requires the creation of opportunities for higher education to build an individual educational trajectory. As a result of the analysis of the domestic educational legislation it is revealed that ways of realization of an individual educational trajectory are a choice by applicants of educational disciplines of not less than 25% of volume of ECTS credits on OP, and also a possibility of a choice of forms, methods, technologies of training. research, etc. Key words: human-centeredness, academic freedom, higher education, educational program, subject of study, innovative learning technologies, individual educational trajectory.

It has been established, that the training of future physical culture specialists for health preservation of students in the context of the development of education in Ukraine is characterized by active innovative shifts, associated with the formation of the content of new higher education, in connection with which its purpose is expanding and changing. Health preservation and health-preserving technologies constitute one of the most promising educational systems. It has been determined, that today the development of a comprehensive program of a higher educational institution is urgent, which would allow solving problems of creating conditions, conducive to preservation and strengthening of health; introduction of a methodology, principles and methods of health-preserving education, software and hardware tools for monitoring, shaping, developing and maintaining the health of participants in the educational process; control over the observance of legislative and regulatory legal acts, regulating the activities of an educational institution on the issues of health preservation.  It is believed, that health-preserving activity of physical culture specialists is a set of actions, operations and procedures that functionally and technologically ensure the achievement of a result in maintaining and strengthening health. We understand health-preserving activity as a professional property, which expresses the degree of assimilation of social experience in the field of ensuring education and health of students by means of physical culture by a future specialist, as well as the ability to use this experience in professional activity. The most significant structural components of the readiness of future physical culture specialists for health preservation of students have been revealed, namely: motivational and creative components. The levels of the readiness of the subjects for the motivational, cognitive, activity, creative and organizational and educational aspects have been determined

The article «Organization of research work of applicants of the second level of higher education in the specialty «017 Physical Culture and Sports» reveals the features of the organization of research activities of applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education in the field. It is proved that research work is an integral part of the educational process in higher education institutions and is provided by a number of legal documents and is implemented by specially organized activities of the educational institution, and directly in the study of general and professional educational components. It is noted that special importance in the research work of applicants for the second level of higher education belongs to the process of its organization. The list of normative-legal documents regulating scientific activity in institutions of higher education is specified, namely: laws of Ukraine; decrees of the President of Ukraine; normative and legal documents of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Statute and Concept of scientific activity of educational institution; orders of the rector; The standard of higher education of Ukraine, etc. It is established that the unsurpassed responsibility for research activities in higher education institutions rests with the educational institution and directly on the organization and conduct of educational components of a clearly expressed professional research orientation. It is proved that the organization of research work in higher education institutions, and directly in the specialty «017 Physical Culture and Sports» in modern conditions is provided by: legal documents, and directly approved and implemented by the Standard of higher education of the second (master's) level of higher education; creation of appropriate material and technical research conditions by higher education institutions; active participation of research supervisors and interest of researchers.

The academics’ research activity is predetermined in the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education». Research activity possesses purpose, object, subject, motives, activity of the subject, means, result of activity described in the article. It was emphasized that results of research activities include academic’s scientific discoveries, masters’ and dissertation papers defended under his supervision, and the effectiveness in organization of educational and initiative research activities for students. Research competence is the personal quality that provides academic with knowledge and comprehension in research activities, ways of presenting scientific results and their use in the educational process. The basis for research competence is the cognitive, activity, value, communicative components While developing academic’s research competence there are following stages: initial, formation, productive functioning. After each stage there may be stagnation period (fading research activity). The main principles for academics’ research activity competence development, namely functional unity, continuity, variability, voluntariness, openness, transnationality are defined and revealed. The indicators for academics’ research competence components development are offered: completeness of knowledge, forming the core of cognitive component; the level of formation of abilities necessary for conducting scientific research, processing, proving reliability, designing and presentation of its results, establishing communication links; the attitude to research activity as a motivator for the performance of professional duties and important factor for ensuring the quality of higher education; the ability to apply the results of scientific research in the educational process and organization and management of research activities of applicants for higher education. The highest level of academic’s research competence development is the foundation of scientific school.

The article presents the experience of language training in the process of teaching languages at a technical University. The article analyzes the current state of language education in a non-linguistic University, and highlights the conditions for its intensive and effective development. The article considers the role and significance of students' textual activity and argues for the need to develop a model of its organization. Various interpretations and definitions of key research concepts are described. Some proposals for the modernization of the existing system of higher education language education, the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process are presented. The author analyzes the signs and various factors that affect the development of creative independence of students, reveals the types of activities and ways to improve cognitive activity.

Introduction. The article is a definition of the importance of solving the identified problems of implementation and effective use of modern sports and health technologies. The aim of the study is to characterize innovative technologies in health-improving activity of the teacher. Material and methods: literature analysis, clarification of causal relations, systematization, abstraction and concretization, the analysis of documentation and results of activity of researchers on a problem. Results. The role of innovative processes in the improvement of the methodical system of physical education of students is considered. The concept of «innovation» is characterized through the prism of the individual style of the teacher-innovator. The orientation of professional training of the future teacher of physical culture on formation and development of the professional personal readiness of the future teacher is defined. Psychological and pedagogical conditions that allow to build the educational process of physical education on the basis of taking into account the individual psychological characteristics of students are described. The formation of students' readiness for innovative activity through in-depth study of theoretical issues of improving the educational process, the positive aspects of pedagogical theories, ideas and technologies is considered. Conclusions. The method of the round table is found to be an important method of active training of future teachers to carry out innovative health activities. Computer programs, which are used to control the strengthening and preservation of the health of young students by means of physical culture and monitoring the physical condition of children of primary school age, are described. The author notes that an effective way to increase the level of physical activity is the creation and implementation of various popular fitness hybrids of health and sports. Examples of successful use of innovations in physical education lessons are identified. It is noted that the results of the study indicate the propriety of making changes in the process of training future physical education teachers

Integration of science, higher education, innovative entrepreneurship contributes to the solution of topical problems caused by global challenges. The article shows that universities integrate scientific, educational, innovative activities both within their structural units and in cooperation with other participants in regional innovative systems. The aim is to identify the trends in multichannel funding of universities in the regions, which creates the conditions for the integration of educational and research activities, and summarize the experience of universities that have created strategic academic units (SAUs) as one of the forms of integrating science and higher education. Based on the statistical analysis of financial receipts to universities from various sources in 2015 and 2019 (form VPO_2), the trends and structure of the funding distribution by type of educational and research activities in the regions of the Russian Federation were compared. It has been revealed that educational activities dominate in universities, accounting for about 70% of all income, and research activities 12–13%. Regional cases of the universities (ITMO, NNU, TSU, NSU, SFU) were analyzed. They integrated science and education in the form of SAUs. The cases were prepared on the basis of a content analysis of roadmaps for the period 2016–2020, interviews, and other open information. The analysis has showed that the organizational model of each SAU is created on the basis of the uniqueness and competitiveness of the university’s scientific and educational specialization by mechanisms that ensure the integration of the educational process and research activities through the involvement of students, graduate students in research and innovative projects. It is concluded that the flexibility and versatility of training programs and research at the university in the SAU format is formed in cooperation with many participants in regional innovation systems, which leads to the demand for its services by enterprises in the regions of the European part of the country and Siberia. The synergy of educational, research and innovation activities is achieved within the framework of both one university and through its network interaction with other Russian and international universities, scientific organizations, and enterprises. The experience of creating SAUs can be used by regional administrations, corporations in the development of world-class scientific and educational centers within the framework of the Science national project and national research and flagship universities of the strategic academic leadership program.

In the article essence of interactive teaching methods is explained in the article and the advantages of their application in the educational process of higher education institutions are argued. The importance of the focus of the modern educational process not only on professional but also on personal growth of students is outlined. It is about the need to create conditions for the formation of personality traits such as mobility, ability to integrate into a dynamic society, critical thinking, the ability to generate new ideas, the ability to make non-standard decisions and be responsible for them, communication skills, teamwork skills, skills educational situations, etc. The essence of interactive learning is defined, which consists in mutual learning, group form of organization of educational process with realization of active group teaching methods for solving didactic problems. The peculiarities of using interactive teaching methods in the process of preparation of future teachers are revealed. The essence of the most common interactive teaching methods is considered. Working in pairs is an effective method that involves sharing ideas with a partner and further voicing your thoughts to the audience. It is effective to use the Microphone method to update background knowledge, which enables each student to say something quickly, alternately, by answering questions or expressing their opinion or position. Collective discussion, such as Brainstorming, is at the forefront of the educational process of higher education. The Carousel method is most effective for simultaneously involving all participants in the educational process in active work with different partners to discuss discussion issues. The Learning-to-Learn method enables students to pass on their knowledge to their classmates. The method of projects that determines the acquisition and application of practical skills by students. An important tool for the cognitive activity of future professionals is a discussion that involves broad public discussion of some controversial issue. The role of interactive teaching methods in the process of formation of personal and professional qualities of future teachers is revealed.
