The article deals with the models of the lessons of critical thinking and the peculiarities of their design. The attention is drawn to the fact that critical thinking is an important element of the numerous processes necessary for effective learning, which are formed and developed through a complex, systematic and system-defined application of certain strategies, models, methods and techniques. There is given a detailed description of the basic model of the lesson on critical thinking development, which consists of three stages (the introduction, the main part and the summary), has a certain logic of application and provides ways for combining certain methods / techniques. The attention is focused on the correct and full application of the cyclic model of training by D. Kolb while designing the lessons on critical thinking. It is suggested that a five-staged model of the training by R. Duron, B. Limbach and W. Waugh, which is based on the existing theory and advanced methods of cognitive development of children, should be used to apply as the basis for the lessons on critical thinking development. The application of various models of the lessons on critical thinking development makes it possible to make an educational process more diverse and interesting for students, and for teachers. After all, the critical thinking is formed gradually, it is the result of the daily hard work of the teacher and a student, from lesson to lesson, from year to year, which, in a public prospect, prepares children to conscious and responsible participation in social processes, teaches them to make reasonable decisions, effectively solve problem situations.

This article examined the features of critical thinking as a necessary component of modern education. An interactive means of learning technologies, basic model contains three stages of the educational process: «The challenge – thinking – reasoning (reflection)» techniques and critical thinking. It is proved that the development of critical thinking depends on the forms and methods of organization of the educational process. The main and effective in this process are modern pedagogical technologies, interactive teaching methods, information computer technologies, presentations that provide active forms of activity of those who are taught, involve them in the creative process of cognition, research and solving problems, forming their own thoughts. and self-realization. There are many means of interactive learning technologies, most commonly found in the literature are: “battle”, “defense”, “relay”, “journey”, “role-playing” and the like. It is proved that the task of educational institutions of the XXI century is to prepare not only narrowly trained specific specialists. In a situation where the workforce is extremely mobile, specialists are needed who can quickly change their profession. To do this, they need not so much knowledge as the ability to “switch”, do the little-known thing, the ability to think and act on their own. The orientation of education is changing in the direction of transition from specific knowledge, the so-called “dry residue”, to providing the opportunity to adapt in the conditions of “information explosion”, stimulating critical thinking, stock “buoyancy”. There is such an expression: “Education is what remains after everything has been forgotten” – and today, in the understanding of many educators, “knowledge is what you can do using the information you receive,” and education is not what a person knows and remembers, and what constantly determines behavior ” It is recommended to use certain means of interactive technologies in the educational process that promotes the development of critical thinking and gives the opportunity for personal growth and development of individuality.

The author has analyzed the problem aspects of public administration of educational change in modern Ukraine. Special frameworks of public administration of educational change in an information society have been determined. The author has analyzed the categories of the implementation process of educational change. The author has explored the key features of external environment of such activity, formed by regulatory acts for settling relations in a particular area. The author has highlighted a set of contradictions of public management of educational change and recommendations for state agencies regarding the organization of an effective process of implementation of educational change as a social and political process with an emphasis on peculiar properties of the educational change. It is determined that the updated legal and regulatory framework of the educational sector, at the same time, extends the scope of professional freedom of teaching and, hence, sets high requirements for the professionalism of teachers. The change in the focus of educational activity by innovations is declared in terms of practice, interactivity and functionality. The teacher will now create educational and training programs tailored to the needs of students and local communities, will create an open learning environment, taking into account the potential of the school and involving the partners in the educational process. However, it has been proved that the methods of active and problem-searching approach defined in the updated normative provision of education in Ukraine require appropriate conditions for the educational process. An active student becomes an active citizen; school, school environment and class become a micro-society. Like the society itself, the school environment is not devoid of conflicts or problem situations. It is in these conditions that students have the opportunity to learn to consciously identify their own interests and gain experience in civic activity.

AbstractIntroduction: In this article, we want to point out what kind of pedagogical and didactic change is being recorded in Slovakia’s education system and we will point out where it could go and develop to achieve positive results. This article is one of the upcoming outputs in the form of paper and study on the provision of structured, analytical and critical thinking (SAC). In the article, it is shown how the situation has changed and how we perceive the attitude of students during the educational process. Next, it is described current problems and inadequacies in the educational process and define how to use a change of thinking to increase motivation and improve access to knowledge.Purpose: In general, there is a consensus that it is important for teachers to be able to guide their students to problem-solving skills (Aktaş & Ünlü, 2013). It is pointed out that, with the right educational tools, such skills can be stimulated, developed and improved (Jordaan & Jordaan, 2005). This article is designed for all levels of education, but we are mostly concerned with educating future educators. Methods: In this paper, there are described methods that can help to improve the quality of thinking of students and thus increase the level of thinking of the whole society. This article take inspiration from important historical personalities as well as relevant current personalities in their professions. Critical, analytical and creative thinking, also based on logical and structured thinking, is our main method of our educational process. Conclusion: In conclusion, it is pointed out the need to develop SAC as a whole. It is important for the general publica to have better skills in SAC, for example, from the point of view of cognitive mistakes in experts, in the field of political literacy, recognition of misinformation and a better general awareness of rational thinking. As can be seen, SAC is not only about education, but it also closely affects society as a whole. Rapid technological development and digital transformation in all areas of life have resulted in a dramatic change in the nature of thinking and requirements to skills. In the information economy, it is not money or natural resources, or territory but people with their critical thinking and high-quality skills, who have become a valuable asset. In this regard, the educational sector advances to the forefront. However, education hardly complies with the requirements of the new economy and retains its basic features of the industrial era. The curricula and educational processes at universities fail to prepare young people for life in our complicated world, or develop critical thinking; they discourage creativity and ability to cooperate. Curricula tend to focus on the development of professional skills and neglect the development of social and cognitive skills. The study sets out to investigate the usefulness of higher social and cognitive skills in the educational process at the Faculty of Humanities in Perm National Research Polytechnic University and offers recommendations on the development of these skills in the educational process.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of a student’s role as a partner in educational process. It is grounded that sense of modern crisis in education emerged from deep contradiction between traditionally formed, essentially conservative paradigm of educational process and explosive improvement of life conditions in modern society. It is underlined that recognition of a student as a partner, as an equal participant of a dialogue becomes meaningful within system of higher education. Consideration of a student as a partner in the context of project education is underlined by taking into account other’s subject position. It becomes «technically necessary» under conditions of emerging digital civilization to convert basic knowledge into effective learning as well as to program formation of such competences, necessary for a graduating student to solve professional tasks creatively. Adjustment of educational paradigm actually forming «soft skills» primarily enables shift of education processes from traditional subject-object “stuffing students up” with information to subject-subject “students’ self-education management”; students have their research, organizational and creative (in emotional, artistic and intellectual creativity forms) tasks. Such format of educational process organization is already used and known in educational field as project education, which forms valuable cross-functional skills. The offered project education can be a form of partner approach in subject-subject educational cooperation. Considering a student as a partner, a teacher motivates both increasing of hard skills and development of soft skills.
