The study investigated the important of accounting for throughput and its role in supporting the competitive advantage for Sudanese industrial companies. The problem of the study was that the traditional costing systems not considered accurate in providing information that would help support the competitive advantage in the Sudanese industrial companies. Which lead to look for modern systems، especially the method of accounting for achievement، the study Objectives to clarify the role of the accounting method for achievement in supporting the competitive advantage of Sudanese industrial companies. Accounting for through represents a new method in the field of accounting، as result of the continuous changes in the labor market and intense competition that requires the diversity of products and increasing their quality to continue in competition، the research can be fellow the descriptions analysis methodology. The study results: The method of accounting for throughput works to manage bottlenecks in the production process، which helps in delivering the product in a timely manner، which in turn contributes to supporting the competitive advantage for industrial companies. The study Recommendations: the need to continuing research and study in the tools raised by the method of accounting for throughput and their relationship to the various methods that contribute to supporting competition.

For organizations mostly, changes are faster than their speed in responsibility and the ability for adjustment. In this space, organizations face with opportunities and threats. Therefore each invention and innovation causes change that may create opportunity for organization. So having proper structural capital is very important. Organizations should develop their new products and share clear vision in order to improve the effectiveness of their new product development performance. Therefore, this research wants to investigate and model the relationship between structural capital (SC) and new product development performance (NPDP) effectiveness with regard to the mediating role of new product competitive advantage and vision. Automobile industry in Iran is elected as statistical society. In this study, results are obtained by structural equations and path model. Also for better description of results, we use other deducible statistic such as binamial test and one-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. The results of this study bode that structural capital can improve NPDP effectiveness by obtaining competitive advantage and providing clear and comprehensive vision. Also the provided model in this research is supported by data.

The study aimed to investigate the role of knowledge management on competitive advantage in Jordan manufacturing companies from employee’s perspective. The research used the descriptive analytical methodology. In addition a self administrated questionnaire was developed according to research hypothesis and objectives for the purpose of achieve the study objectives. The research sample consisted of. 255 subjects. The self administrated questionnaires were distributed over 0 research sample, 240 questionnaire were collected, therefore the research sample is 240.. All gathered data were checked and coded then analyzed by using the social Packaging statistical System (SPSS). The study concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge management and competitive advantage in Jordanian industrial companies from the point of view of administrative employee perspectives. In addition the data also concluded that here is a relationship between knowledge generation and competitive advantage. Also there is a relationship between knowledge storage and competitive advantage and there is a relationship between knowledge sharing and competitive advantage in Jordanian industrial companies. The study revealed hat there is a relationship between knowledge application and competitive advantage.... The study recommended that Jordan manufacturing companies have to encourage knowledge management use and to notify their employees with the motives behind such use for obtaining their support.

The literature supports that information systems improve the effective performance of any organization and gain a competitive advantage for their success in the business environment. Therefore, the scholars should do more studies that focus on how to enhance organizational performance to let corporations to sustain their competitive advantage. This study aims to empirically investigate the mediating role of competitive advantage with information systems capabilities and organizational performance among managers and department heads working in Jordanian industrial corporations. The study population consisted of all managers and department heads working in 20 Jordanian industrial corporations. The analysis of the data included the calculation of descriptive statistics as well as structural equation modeling, regression analysis, correlation analysis, and factor analysis. The study results showed that information systems capabilities, competitive advantage, and organizational performance were statistically significant. In addition, the result revealed that information system capabilities through competitive advantage influence organizational performance. The study model developed to provide the relationships of information systems capabilities through competitive advantage that can be used by Jordanian industrial corporations as evidence of a positive impact on organizational performance of managers and heads of departments in their corporations.

Our aim in this study is to clarify the role of innovative capabilities strategies in improving the performance of the organization and achieving a competitive advantage in the market. Background: Widespread social paradigms on which the status variances are grounded in any society, gender plays pivotal role in manifestation of mental health problems (Rutter, 2007). A hefty volume of research has addressed the issue in adults nonetheless, little is vividly known about the role of gender in adolescent psychopathology. Sample: A sample of 240 adolescents (125 boys, 115 girls) aging 12-18 years was amassed from various secondary schools of Islamabad with the approval of the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), relevant authorities of the schools and the adolescents themselves. Instruments: Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale (Taylor & Spence, 1953) and Children’s Negative Cognitive Errors Questionnaire (CNCEQ) by Leitenberg et al., (1986) were applied in present study. Results: Multiple regression analysis revealed that cognitive errors jointly accounted for 78% of variance in predicting anxiety among adolescents. Findings also exhibited that gender significantly moderated the relationship between cognitive errors and adolescent anxiety. Implications of the findings are discoursed for future research and clinical practice.

Innovation is seen as a competitive advantage that many companies use to ensure the continuity and success of your business.NP 4457:2007 is the Portuguese norm that supports management, based on a model of innovation backed up by interfaces and interaction between technical/scientific knowledge, its specific mechanisms and the overall society.Our paper aims to analyse innovation activities and the involvement of human resources in Portuguese firms certified by NP4457 and associated to the implementation of Research, Development, and Innovation (RD&I) management systems. We have collected the data through IPAC’s database, using a survey administered to all firms.Our results suggest the existence of a Human Resources (HR) involvement policy, customers and suppliers. The involvement of stakeholders with innovation activities results of its acceptance as a mechanism able to generate wealth, with benefits for both firms and the community.

Work-Life balance has its importance from ancient days and the concept is very old, from the day the world has been created. There was a drastic change that has occurred in the market of teachers and their personal profiles. There are tremendous changes in various families which have bartered from the ‘breadwinner’ role of traditional men to single parent families and dual earning couples. This study furnishes an insight into work life balance and job satisfaction of teachers working in School of Villupuram District. The sample comprises of 75 school teachers from Government and private schools in Villupuram District. The Study results that there is increasing mediating evidence in Work-life balance as well as Job satisfaction of teachers are not affected by the type of school in which they are working. Job satisfaction or Pleasure of life will be affected as a whole by Work life balance of an individual which is the main which can be calculated by construct of subjective well being.

This paper reports part of an ongoing study exploring the information behaviour of New Zealand men during periods of diminished health and wellbeing. Focus groups were used for this iteration of the study. Results indicate that New Zealand men face both personal and structural constraints to their information-seeking during periods when their health and wellbeing may be compromised. This study highlights that service providers need to develop more effective information delivery mechanisms and support services for men. These services need to be appealing to men and reflect men’s information seeking preferences. The role of LIS professionals in supporting this endeavour is discussed. Cet article présente une étude en cours explorant le comportement informationnel d’ hommes néo-zélandais durant des périodes où leur état de santé et de bien-être est amoindri. Des groupes de discussion ont été utilisés pour cette itération de l'étude. Les résultats indiquent que les hommes en Nouvelle-Zélande font face à des contraintes à la fois  personnelles et structurelles dans leur recherche d'information pendant les périodes où leur santé et leur bien-être peuvent être affaiblis. Cette étude met en évidence le besoin pour les fournisseurs de services de développer des mécanismes de diffusion de l'information plus efficaces et des services de soutien pour les hommes. Ces services doivent être attrayants et refléter les préférences des hommes dans leurs recherches d’information. Le rôle des professionnels de l'information dans le soutien à cette entreprise est discuté.


Technology united with research and development has evolved as a grave differentiator of the agriculture sector in India including production, processing, and agriculture packing and marketing of given crops. Near about 50 percent of the Indian workforce was engaged in the agriculture sector but its share in GDP was only 14 percent, much lower in comparison to former. Though, certain agriculture items showed a steady annual increase in terms of kilograms per hectare. Agriculture transformed significantly over the past few decades but when it comes to investment in research and development there is a lot more which needs to be done. The paper analyzes the role of various research and development institutions in boosting the growth of the agriculture sector that helps in attaining sustainable agriculture development and self-sufficiency in the production process since independence. It also focusesed on the various issues faced by these development institutions. The findings unveiled that since independence a lot more was done to boost the research and development in the agriculture sector at both the center and state levels but a proper implementation of these policies along with transparency could bring more desirable outcomes than were gained at present.

The article substantiates the need for orientation towards professionalism in the development of the content of professional education of specialists in the field of culture and education; emphasizes the role of social and humanitarian knowledge in preparing these specialists for work in the context of the synthesis and convergence of professional competencies belonging to different professional fields; there is a need for the implementation of trans-professional models of training specialists in the field of culture and education due to the joint efforts of representatives of socionomic professions, teachers, managers, psychologists, and practitioners.
