Human Resources (HR) is a major asset that greatly affect the company's progress. Human resourcesas a driver of creativity and innovation in a company which will enhance the company'sreputation and profit. In order to achieve the company's goals is necessary to reward andmotivation for each individual to be able to work better. This study aims to describe, test, andanalyze whether the effect of rewards and motivation on employee performance in the salesdivision of PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani, Surabaya. The sampling techniqueusing sampling techniques saturated. The research population is all employees of the salesdivision of PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani, Surabaya numbering 70 people.Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 15.0. The results showthat there is a positive and significant effect of the variable reward and motivation on employeeperformance sales division of PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani, Surabaya.

Human resources in an organization will play an effective role when driven and controlled by a workforce who has achievements. The most important factor in supporting the success of an organization or company is employee performance. High productivity will be very beneficial for both employers and employees, especially for their welfare. Various efforts that can be taken by a company to develop its human resources to encourage progress for the company are using conducting training, increasing discipline, and giving rewards to employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, discipline,  and rewards on employee performance. The sample in this study were all Sinarmas Banks in the Bekasi district, amounting to 65 people. Statistical analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results in this study explain that there is an effect of training on employee performance, the influence of discipline on employee performance, and the influence of reward on employee performance.

This research examines and analyzes motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (division Customer Satisfaction) that have not been maximized, due to the achievement of the results of performance appraisal in the 2017L and 2018F periods there was a decrease in each assessment indicator which greatly impacted employee performance. The method used is quantitative research. With a population of 110 employees, PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction), with sampling techniques using Slovin formula with a total of 86 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture together (Simultaneous) significantly influence the Performance of Employees of PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction).

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

Employee performance is needed by the company to improve company performance. Therefore, to make it happen, it requires skilled and reliable human resources in their fields. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. The sample used is the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the analysis show that creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar.

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, competence and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study as many as 9 5 respondents who are at BKPSDMD Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership influences and significantly affects employee performance , competence influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership , competence and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects the performance of Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD employees.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Remuneration, and leadership style in PT DKP Tangerang on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and was taken during September 2019 - June 2020. The population studied was 60 employees of PT DKP Tangerang. The sampling method used was saturated sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS ( Statistical Product For Service Solution) program) Version 25.0. The results showed that the variables of work discipline, remuneration, and leadership style partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the company should further improve work discipline by acting more firmly on disciplinary violations, changing the remuneration system to be fairer and changing the appropriate leadership style.

Human resources is one of the most important factors to achieve the goals of a company. Employee productivity is the ability of employees to complete a job effectively and efficiently. Employee productivity can be influenced by several factors, namely compensation, work discipline, and work motivation. This study was conducted to examine the significance of the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on employee productivity at Jimbaran Bay Seafood Café Kedonganan - Bali. 55 samples were used, with the saturated sample method. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that compensation, work discipline, and work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Theoretically this study also provides an understanding that compensation, work discipline and work motivation can significantly increase employee productivity, by increasing compensation, work discipline and work motivation, employee productivity will increase. Abstract  A good company or organization, will focus human resources, because it is expected to perform its function optimally, especially facing the dynamics of environmental changes that occur. This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of Leadership, Commitment, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance PT.Sumre1con in Balikpapan City. The analysis tools used are Multiple Linear Regression Test and Classic Assumption Test, Validity Test and Reliability Test. In the multiple linear regression equation analysis, independent variables including Leadership (X1), Commitment (X2), Organization Culture (X3) together have a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) PT.Sumre1con in Balikpapan City. This is evidenced by the magnitude of R square, R, and F-count> F-table. And leadership variables have a dominant influence on employee performance PT.Sumre1con in the city of Balikpapan, with t-count> t-table and at a significant level ? and the largest partial r-value from the other.

XYZ is a company that produces apparel accessories that has been established for more than 30 years. However, there is a problem in decreasing of employee performance that can be seen on the attendance data of the employees. So, it is necessary to conduct a research to see what factors cause a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship and influence between Competence and Work Environment on the Employee Performance. The method in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis in this study show that Competence has a significant influence on Employee Performance. The Work Environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. In the determinant coefficient test (R²), the influence of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance is quite high as many as 0.555 or 55.5%. This means that Competence and Work Environment have a contribution of 55.5% to explain the Employee Performance, while 44.5% of other variables are not discussed in this study. Based on the regression test, the variable that most affected Employee Performance was the Competency variable (X1) with a value of 0.486 (positive value).
