Along with the rapid development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) globally, which seems to spread to various segments in the world, it creates competition for every country to take part in the progress of science and technology. To achieve this goal, a mature strategy is needed for equitable distribution of science and technology, a good synergy between institutions and human resources is needed. West Kalimantan has the potential in terms of territory and existing human resources to have the development center, because Universitas Tanjungpura is the largest university in West Kalimantan which has the potential to become a center for science and technology activities, of course with flexible laboratory facilities as a forum for development. The purpose of this design is to produce a design for the Tanjungpura Science and technology laboratory building. Design starts from determining the problem in the design, collecting primary and secondary data related to the design process. Primary data in the form of a field survey on Jl. Prof. Dr. Hadari Nawawi and secondary data from books, journals, and data from related institutions. The data is then processed and analyzed to produce floor plans, views, section and the perspective of exterior and interior. Adaptable architecture design considering physical aspects, spatial aspects, building character and contextual aspects in the design process. This concept resulted in a building design consisting of several separate masses then connected by bridges to achieve spatial attachment, flexible spaces that are comfortable and safe for users and their environment. Standarized and adaptability are the core of the Tanjungpura Science and technology laboratory design

The theater usually has an attractive form to attract the attention of visitors and also has good sound control in the auditorium so as not to cause sound distortion. Performances in Medan are still inadequate to accommodate international performances. Particularly in Medan, the enthusiasm of the community towards art tends to be high, but the facilities of the place lack to accommodate performances. Data collection methods are carried out by collecting primary data through a process of field comparative study and secondary data through literature studies & comparative studies. The design approach used in design studies are analyzing the physical, conditions around the site, potential, the limits that exist on the site, Site and environmental approaches are analysis of site conditions and the best solutions, the user approach is building analysis to meet the need for facilities and quality in accommodating the show, literature studies related to titles and themes and theories that support design ideas. The Metaphor is chosen as a truss design theme to convey the shape of building design by combining metaphorical forms of buildings and the prominence of the same metaphorical theme in the building to those who visit and see buildings to prevent sound distortions by using porous materials. Medan is a big city in Indonesia as a design area with consideration of a strategic location. It is expected that with the presence of this performance center, domestic and foreign tourists and especially Medan people themselves can enjoy the comfort and get to know traditional music and dance in Indonesia.

The goal of our study was to provide a situation analysis of clinical psychology services in South Africa’s public rural primary healthcare sector. In this setting, the treatment gap between human resources for and the burden of disease for mental illness is as high as 85%. The majority of South Africa’s mental health specialists – clinical psychologists and psychiatrists – practice in the country’s urban and peri-urban private sector. At the advent of South Africa’s democracy, public clinical psychological services were negligible, and the country is still facing challenges in providing human resources. The study was based on the analysis of both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by interviewing the heads of 160 public hospitals classified as rural by the Department of Health, while secondary data comprised a literature review. The number of clinical psychologists working in the public sector indicated a substantial growth over the last 20 years, while the number employed and/or doing out-reach to public rural primary healthcare areas shows a shortfall. Clinical psychology’s numbers, however, compare favourably to that of other mental health specialists in public rural primary healthcare settings. Since the National Mental Health Summit of 2012, strategies have been implemented to improve access to mental health care. In clinical psychology’s case relating to human resources, these strategies have showed encouraging results with a substantial amount of participating institutions reporting that clinical psychologists form a part of their proposed future staff establishment.

Children are the future successors of the nation who must be equipped with supporting knowledge and education. One of the factors that influence the development of children are children’s creativity. Creativity is important for children because creativity is useful as a human need to be creative, creativity allows children to express themselves and thoughts in solving problem and many more. Creativity activities in schools are limited, namely 4-5 hours due to strict curriculum (Kemendikbud, 2012). The facilities that support the development of children's creativity in Pontianak is quite limited. This condition shows that Pontianak needs facilities that support the development of children's creativity, namely the Child Creativity Center in Pontianak. The design method starts from identifying the problem by looking at the issues, data collecting consists of primary data and secondary data, and then the data is analyzed which produced pre design drawing. The emphasis on the design is child-friendly which includes aspects of safety, comfort, freedom and stimulates children's potential. This concept produces a mass building design with a circular shape that has been transformed. The use of the right colors, shapes, materials and dimensions is the core of the design of the Children's Creativity Center in Pontianak.

This article discusses the Implementation of Forced Tax Collection and Confiscation in an Effort to Optimize Tax Receipts at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. Answering these problems used normative and empirical juridical research methods. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Field studies by conducting interviews with informants namely Bailiffs and Taxpayers. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. From the results of the study showed that the implementation of tax collection with forced letters and seizures carried out by the Bailiff at the Binjai Primary Tax Service Office had been carried out in optimizing tax revenue. In reality, there are still some obstacles, namely the low compliance of taxpayers paying taxes, the address of registered taxpayers is difficult to find, the lack of supporting data, the number of bailiffs, and legislation. To overcome these obstacles, socialization and outreach activities to the public are carried out intensively and continuously, improving the address of registered taxpayers, adding bailiffs and human resources, increasing cooperation with third parties and clarifying the laws and regulations on active billing actions in order to achieve targets and realize tax revenues.
