ABSTRACTThis research aimed to know the quality of service delivery. Assessment of the quality of service delivery is carried out by various institutions, one of which is the Ombudsman. DPMPTSP Melawi Regency is one of the OPD service providers that occupies the red zone in an assessment conducted by the Indonesian Ombudsman of West Kalimantan Province. To know the reason why red report cards on the quality of DPMPTSP Melawi Regency and provide input in the form of strategies to improve service quality, This aimed use qualitative method, using service dimention theory, then analyzed with SWOT analysis and again measured against the theory of service quality improvement strategies. The results of the research show 4 outlines of strategies that can be done by using strengths to take advantage of opportunities, take advantage of opportunities to overcome weaknesses, use strengths to avoid threats, and minimize weaknesses to avoid threats. The resulting strategy is very useful for improving the quality of service delivery in DPMPTSP Melawi Regency.Keywords: Service, Strategy, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

Abstrak Kurangnya kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu kendala terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien. Pihak rumah sakit juga sering kali kesulitan dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien yang menggunakan layanan BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Kumpulan Pane. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan dilakukan dengan metode Fuzzy servqual. Kualitas pelayanan menggunakan lima dimensi yang terdapat dalam servqual yaitu tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai gap dari kelima dimensi memiliki nilai negatif. Yang artinya kualitas pelayanan di dapatkan belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh pasien BPJS Kesehatan. Nilai gap tertinggi adalah dimensi emphaty (empati) dengan nilai gap sebesar 0.15 dan nilai gap terendah adalah dimensi tangibles (bukti fisik) dengan nilai gap 0.49. dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa dimensi tangibles (bukti fisik) ini yang menjadi perhatian untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Fuzzy, Kepuasan, Pelayanan, Servqual Abstract Lack of quality of service becomes one of the obstacles to the level of patient satisfaction. The hospital is also often difficult to measure the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of patients who use BPJS Health services in the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Collection Pane. Measurement of service quality is done by Fuzzy servqual method. Service quality uses the five dimensions contained in the servqual are tangibles (physical evidence), reliability, responseiveness, assurance, empathy. The results of this study indicate that the gap value of the five dimensions has a negative value. Which means the quality of service is not in accordance with the expected by the patient BPJS Health. The highest gap value is the empathy dimension with the gap value of 0.15 and the lowest gap is the dimension of tangibles (physical proof) with the gap value of 0.49. thus it can be seen that the dimensions of tangibles (physical evidence) is of concern to improve service quality. The study examined the impact of the New Public Management Paradigm on the operation of Federal establishments in Borno State, Nigeria. To achieve this objective, the collected data were analysed using Chi-square, Correlation and ANOVA. The study revealed that there is a significant improvement in the performance of the staff and the quality of service delivery in the Federal establishments under study. The study concluded that the outsourcing of services has improved the quality of service delivery. However, the policy was not being properly implemented because in some of the Federal establishments under study, the same services outsourced were being carried out by very few retained staff. They were not enough to do the job and the outsource firms given the contract, did not provide enough qualified staff to augment the short-fall. The study recommended that qualified service providers (outsourcing firms) in the relevant cadres be allowed to do the job or as an alternative, the Federal government can encourage the setting up of Independent Units in all its establishments to compete with the outsourcing firms in carrying out outsourcing services at a fee, in order to attain qualitaty service delivery.   Keywords: New Public Management, Public service, Outsourcing and Service delivery.

The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Artinya semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan penyedia jasa layanan ojek online di Karawang maka semakin tinggi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 1,7%, sedangkan 98,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan misalnya kualitas jasa dan harga.Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, ojek online

Having more solely loyal customers (those who only use one supplier) is an aspiration for most service providers. Yet, it is unclear whether, or in what way, solely loyal customers differ from customers whose loyalty is divided between more than one service provider. One loyalty indicator is a consumer's evaluation of the quality of service they receive. Using seven sets of cross-sectional data, this research reveals that solely loyal customers give, on average, approximately 10% more positive service quality evaluations than customers of the same provider who also use other providers. The implication of this finding for market researchers and practitioners is that service quality scores could be moderated by the distribution of solely loyal and multiple-provider users in a given sample. Therefore, every service quality survey should measure how many providers a customer uses and control for the proportion of solely loyal customers when tracking change using cross-sectional samples.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on satisfaction and its impact on the restaurant's ability to build customer loyalty. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. The analysis technique used was SEM PLS. The results showed that the quality of service had an impact on satisfaction which led to an increase in restaurant customer loyalty. Managerial implications of research results should be that managers or restaurant owners could improve service quality through reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible so that customer satisfaction increases so that it had an impact on customer loyalty.

The purpose of writing this paper is to present the relationship between service delivery innovation and service quality in service organizations and to establish a research conceptual framework about this relationship. There are few studies that illustrate the relationship between service delivery innovation and its impact on service quality. This paper theoretically examines the antecedents and consequences of service delivery innovation and its influence on service quality. Authors suggest that customer service is an important mediator between service delivery innovation and service quality which affects the service quality of a firm. The recommended framework and its relationships with service quality present practical guidance for service managers to observe their service delivery in an effort to improve service quality by delivering superior customer service for their customers in a distinctive manner that leads to enhances firms competitiveness.

The low quality of service is a problem that affects people's satisfaction. The Padang City One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service, and sometimes it is problematic in assessing the quality of its services. The object of the study is to see the Service quality of Community Licensing in the Padang City DPMPTSP. In this research, there are 15 respondent data originating from the licensing and complaints section of the Padang City DPMPTSP. Based on the analysis of the data, a research was conducted on the quality of community satisfaction. The fuzzy servqual method can be used to explain the uncertainty about information about certain parts of the problem at hand, such as community satisfaction, response quality, expectations and service quality. The results of this research show the distribution data and the percentage of business actor satisfaction quality on service performance so that it can be seen that 47.41% of business actors are satisfied with the performance of the service and 52.59% of business actors who assess the Padang City DPMPTSP service as very satisfactory. Conclusion From the test results Fuzzy servqual method has been able to provide knowledge on the quality of service quality. To assist the licensing and complaints department in improving the service quality of the Padang City DPMPTSP.

Safaricom Public Limited Company faces diverse challenges regarding service quality aspects. The communication authority of Kenya ensures that the quality of service amongst the mobile service providers in Kenya is in compliance with Kenya Information and Communication Act of 1998. While the other telecommunication players like Airtel and Telkom Kenya improved in their service quality, Safaricom failed to register any service quality improvement. Safaricom further failed to meet the minimum service quality on eight of the ten regions that were checked by Communication Authority of Kenya. Safaricom has consistently performed poorly and below the minimum set quality threshold in relation to service quality for the four years preceding 2016 financial years in its performance. This study therefore sought to examine the influence of service characteristics on service quality of Safaricom Public Limited Company in Nakuru County. The study was guided by the following specific objectives: to examine the role of service intangibility, service inseparability, service perishability and service variability on the service quality of Safaricom public limited company in Nakuru County. This study adopted expectancy theory and servqual methods in meeting its objectives. This study used descriptive research design to guide the study in meeting its objectives. The study targeted the customers who enter into Safaricom Public Limited Company shop in Nakuru County in any particular day. A sample size of 95 customers was used. This study used structured questionnaires to obtain data from respondents of the study. This study used subject matter experts who comprises of the research supervisor and the four managers from the Safaricom Public Limited Company. Cronbach’s Alpha test of internal consistency was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire using the data obtained from the pilot study carried out using 10 respondents from Airtel Kenya. The filled questionnaires were checked for completeness and then coded and entered into Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for analysis. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the analysis of data. The entire analysis was presented in form of tables. The study revealed that the multiple regression model used in this study was statistically significant in predicting the level of service quality at Safaricom Public Limited in Nakuru County. In respect to this, it was found that quality of service at Safaricom Public Limited in Nakuru County could be significantly be predicted using service variability, service perishability, service intangibility, and service inseparability as predictor variables. It was also revealed that 77.6% of the variability in service quality at Safaricom Public Limited in Nakuru County is due to changes that occur in service variability, service perishability, service intangibility, and service inseparability. The model was found to be accurate in its prediction due to a small standard error of the estimate of 0.11327. The study findings and recommendations are of great importance to Safaricom Public Limited Company in understanding what needs to be addressed in order to improve the quality of service they offer to their customers. This study will also benefit customers of Safaricom Public Limited Company in receiving quality services as a result of readdressing the previous methods of service delivery. Future researchers and academicians stand to benefit from this study as it lays the foundation on which their studies was based.

The hospital is a health institution that is engaged in services. The quality of a service will encourage consumers to form strong bonds with the company. If the service received exceeds consumer expectations, service quality is perceived as ideal quality. Conversely, if the service received is lower than expected, the quality of the service is perceived as poor. Thus, whether the quality of service is good or not depends on the ability of service providers to consistently meet consumer expectations. This study aims to measure the service quality of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Installation of RSUP Sarjito Yogyakarta using the Servqual Method.       The subjects of this study were consumers of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Installation of the Sarjito Hospital Yogyakarta, while the object of this study was the quality of service for the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Installation of the Sarjito Hospital Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is 99 respondents. The data analysis of this research uses SERVQUAL analysis.       The results of this study indicate that the service quality of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta provides satisfaction to consumers.
